Inside, they are damp, "cool" of some kind (maybe it should be so?), And the cheese was already dry, pulled out very hard from the molds (everything stuck), baked for a long time (maybe because I looked into the oven all the time?). In general, they ate, of course, but either all the same the cook from me is "awful", or I have confused something. And the recipe is decent, easy, and since others succeed, then you can calmly do it. Thanks for sharing it. Trying is also interesting and useful! It's a great school and a good experience!
