Thanks to everyone who answered!

I checked everything about the hoses, nothing was pinched. Today I tried to run the rinsing program without any dishes at all (in order to exclude the fact of incorrect laying) and, moreover, with a drain hose pulled out of the sewer and running into a nearby bucket.
The unpleasant buzzing did not disappear, while he noted that during the buzzing, the water did not drain and did not collect (I looked at the counter). There was a thought, perhaps the sound appears during the pumping of water into the heat exchanger from some "internal" accumulated earlier reserves. H. h. generally.
On the recommendation of Bosch support, he checked the drain filters and pump blades. Everything is clear.
I called the service, they have only one verdict: "Tear it out of the furniture and bring it, we can’t do anything on the spot, because this is an installation."
Tried to record sound today. The quality is so-so, the microphone is not very good

And what is this spoiled service you have? The master called me several times: he diagnosed, changed what was needed. And he also came to the washing machine ... how can you drag large items to the service? Such equipment can break down from one transportation. When sold, it is specially packed. And the fact that there is a built-in, so it slides out perfectly ... or are such masters who do not know this?
p. from. the sound is really very strange

50 hertz. It was some kind of coil that fell off the mounts, or a valve or relay.
The service is also quite strange.

In Sochi, we pulled the Ardo washing machine at one time ... (by the way, Ardo is heavy, I don’t know what ...) And the master did not want to go to the dishwasher, we danced with tambourines for a week ... I arrived (for a fee) ...
k.alena
So they do not go for free ... but it also costs money to drag a typewriter to the service, and there will be goals
matroskin_kot
Duc, we don't want to go even for money ... And there are few good masters ... I AM PLAYED WITH my PMM TAAAK !!!! What kind of "diagnoses" were made ....
_sav_
I also received a response from the support service (I also sent them a sample)

The source of this sound may be a solenoid valve. From the record you provided, I cannot adequately assess the level of this "hum" and say whether it is a malfunction. If this operation of the device causes you concern, you have the right to contact the service center.
To inspect the appliance of large household appliances, the master must go to the house, but dismantling the appliance from the furniture is not included in the terms of warranty service and can be performed by agreement with a representative of the service center at the expense of the consumer. If the inspection of the device fails for reasons beyond the control of the master (for example, the inability to remove the device from the furniture), or the visit will have to be paid by the consumer.
I recommend that you contact the service center again and agree on the conditions for the visit of the master to you for inspection.

Nothing else remains, I will call the SC again.
Thanks to all!

Continuation of a story. Gritting my teeth (in 2 weeks I got used to it and fell in love with the new assistant in the kitchen) I took the car out of the furniture and decided to turn it on once more "in sight". In general, I found the source of the buzz. Here is the side of the machine from the side where the heat exchanger hangs (circled the culprit)

Dishwasher malfunctions

Here's the culprit closer

Dishwasher malfunctions

When water is drained from the heat exchanger, this device vibrates and buzzes "thanks to" the gaps between the cylindrical body and the metal rim. I took a photo below and outlined the gaps.

Dishwasher malfunctions

If you stick a toothpick into the gap, the buzzing disappears. I sent a photo and a description of the "repair" to the Bosch support service. If they approve, I will make the seal more civil and I will not call the master.
magari
I would stick the service not only with a toothpick ... And not in a very soft place ...

Are you sure the problem is over ?! And if you are later charged with this as "AWOL" and will not be accepted as a guarantee, do not let B. that, ttttttttttttttttttttt
I'm shocked: Bosch is so exhausted that a toothpick changes everything ?! I would immediately return such a PMM. There are two weeks by law. It is not at all clear on what knee it was collected on Malaya Arnautskaya.

Let's see what they answer. In theory, the warranty should not be affected, since I did not open anything, did not break the seals.
It is not realistic to return the car, because I bought it in an online store in Kiev, while I myself was in another city. Yes, and in the conditions of a 2-week return, so many conditions are spelled out that they would hardly be taken back.

I have Siemens SN25M280EU, full-size non-recessed (14 sets), for a year and a half. So, it almost always, after taking water, hums for a while in the same way as a transformer with poorly fitted plates hums. However, initially no one promised silence - according to her passport, she has 51 dB. But nobody spends the night in our kitchen, so this is not a problem or disadvantage for us. In all other respects, it works perfectly, especially considering our Spartan conditions (rusty water from the well and the walking tension of the private sector). I was specifically looking for Siemens, because initially I wanted some kind of German not at an exorbitant price, and a little better than Bosch.
Recently, error E24 popped up on the scoreboard. Fortunately, this is eliminated on its own - the internal drain channel is just clogged, in front of the drain pump. I cleaned it, and again plows like a papokarlo ...
Lydia
And I'm in this topic ... Cry in the vest, I guess.

Since the middle of October last year, a 45-centimeter Boshik has been living in our house (primitive in function: no display, delayed start (timer), from programs - rinsing, quick wash (35 *), ECO (50 *), normal wash (65 *), the successor to the ingloriously deceased Electrolux. A week ago, a problem arose: the car stopped drawing water. The pump hums, but ... there is no water in the car. And the "tap" does not light - there is no signal that the car does not receive water (well, here, maybe the light bulb just burned out, I don’t know ...) I checked everything that I could check myself (in accordance with the instructions). Servicemen were called through the store (the car is under warranty, although I don’t know if this is a warranty case). from my own experience, what a leisurely service Bosch has - the master should appear only on the next Saturday - 2 weeks after the call. To top it off, the hot water was turned off. So, while waiting for my dishes, not only were they by hand, but also cold or heated in saucepan with water.

It looks like the solenoid valve of the aquastop is dead. It was better to call the service directly, bypassing the intermediary (store), so it would most likely be faster.
Lydia
Yes, you are probably right about the direct call. I was stupid. I will consider for the future. Tell me, can they find fault with the fact that the machine is connected through an extension cord (and the extension cord to a separate grounded outlet)? And could this be the cause of the malfunction? In the kitchen, we begin repairs and change the furniture, we will make a separate socket for the PMM ...
Creamy
Lydia, does your model have such a function as "Aquastop"? It seemed to me that maybe I was mistaken that inexpensive models are not equipped with Aquastop? Look in the passport for the dishwasher. Maybe the reason is different?
Lydia
Creamy : Yes, I looked: there is no aquastop. This means that the point is really something else. But I will not poison myself this week, driving various options in my head. We are waiting for servicemen.
Taia
I have a cheap Zanussi-aquastop ...

In principle, they should not find fault. If there is no aquastop. there is an inlet valve. Most likely the point is in him. Only now I do not know if it changes separately or together with a water block

I'll find out in a week ... I hope ... I am now worried that the words "non-warranty case" do not sound - I am too reluctant to pay. But you don't want to wash the dishes without a machine even more.
Lydia
Today we were finally visited by a PMM repairman. The reason for the non-operation of the machine is water in the sump. The master drained the water, drained the pallet with toilet paper, drove it (the car), but did not find out the reason for the appearance of water in the pallet. Diagnosis: "HZ, perhaps the pressure drop in the water pipes (or something like that, I did not remember), or maybe the saline solution has corroded something somewhere, call if anything" (these are not the words of the master, but my free retelling actually), left the phone number. The machine is working. Until. We will check from time to time whether it has dripped into the pallet.

Yes, and asked when I put salt in the car. I opened my eyes and said: when the signal "no salt" appears, before the next wash. "And not after washing?" Eh, no, I say, I'm literate. If I put salt in the compartment, and I am not going to wash the dishes yet, I turn on the rinse. So thanks to the forum, somewhere here I read about this even before the appearance of a dishwasher in our family.

Lydia
My misadventures with the PMM continue. After the visit of the master, the machine worked for exactly 10 days and everything repeated: a puddle on the floor, pumps honestly try to pump out water and cannot, forced shutdown of the machine, a new call to service. We waited for the master for a week and a half, appeared yesterday. He determined the reason for the appearance of water in the pan - he said that the oil seal had leaked, replaced it and left. This time the machine did not work for a day. Yesterday, on the 30-minute program, she washed the dishes twice, and today, for the 2-hour program, it all happened again. Another call to service. But today is Sunday, and the girl on the phone is only recording requests. She said that they would call me back tomorrow and tell me when the master would be there. Everything is aggravated by two more factors: 1) I live in the north of Moscow. and it seems that servicemen visit our city once every 2 weeks, so I most likely have to live 2 weeks without a car; 2) our hot water is turned off from tomorrow - not only do we wash the dishes with our hands, but also cold water. Well, or warm up.

Now a question. The warranty period ends on the 20th of October. How to prevent me from being pushed? Well, I can "repair" this car until the end of the warranty ...

The 3rd visit of an engineer from the service center was the last: the washing chamber is leaking, the car cannot be repaired. So now I'm trying to get my money back and buy a new PMM.

And at the end of the epic: we finally got our money back, we bought a new car. This time Siemens.
Love.
My dishwasher Electrolux ESL 4131 worked for five years correctly, and two weeks ago the malfunction indicator 20 came on 10 minutes before the end of the process, this is a clogging of the siphon, the siphon was cleaned (and it was clean), they tried to wash the dishes, several times it came on again 20 , and then the 30 caught fire, a leak. They took the car for repair, found a leak, changed the pipe, but when turned on in the workshop, 20 lights up again several times and the car started working. The master warned that the electronics might have flown. At home, the machine worked for another week and caught fire again 20. After switching on, it buzzes for three minutes and turns off, water is not drawn. I called the master, it makes no sense to change the electronics, almost the cost of a new car, but suggested trying to change some part for about a thousand, she says that there is a suspicion that the car does not feel that there is no water. I wrote it as confused as I could, now I sit and think what to do. Buy a new one or keep fixing? Here Lga wrote about her problem "The water did not come in, because the mesh on the solenoid valve (as the son called it) of the water supply to the PMM was completely clogged", and we can try to clean it, although the master said that he tested all the hoses and valve, everything is clean but this valve did not open (as I understand it, the valve is a box at the end of one of the hoses). sazalexter, Jefry, wink advice.
sazalexter
Love. It looks like a problem with "brains", as a rule, is treated by banal soldering of the controller board. From experience, after 5-6 years of work, such a defect occurs. The repairman will most likely not undertake this work, look for a television technician or just someone who knows how to solder well. For a couple of thousand this problem is solved

And at the end of the epic: we finally got our money back, we bought a new car. This time Siemens.

I quote myself. The new PMM is a little over a month old, but it is buggy from the 1st day. The glitch is this: with an unfinished program, it can stop with water in the washing chamber. All the lights go out - that is, the machine has shut down, as if it had finished work. In these cases, I drain the water by starting the machine again and after 10 seconds canceling the program (reset) - the machine then drains the water for a minute and stops (as it is written in the instructions). After that, you can turn on the sink on the same or another program - it will work normally, until the end of the program. But you never know how it will be. This was 6 times a month. The car is under warranty. sazalexter , can you tell me something too? Or are there no options other than calling the service?
Love.
sazalexter, thanks again for the advice, while we were looking for an electronics engineer, they pulled out the board themselves, wiped all contacts with alcohol, some suspicious contact disappeared, collected, drove away at high speed without dishes. Well, now I've loaded the dishes and enjoy the sounds from the dishwasher, because it washes !!! The main thing is not to jinx it.

Well done! If with a soldering iron on YOU, carefully examine the relay soldering, these are such black rectangular boxes on the board. More often than not, they fall off.

I either poured too much of it, or I have problems in the dispenser, or ..: lol: I poured it in the wrong place (I joke, of course, there, up to the MAX mark) But after the wash cycle - knee-deep foam !. Rinse aid FINISH, and powder. And the dispenser is at "1". Our water is very soft, salt is not needed) And in general, by what principle is rinse aid supplied to the car, something electronic or mechanic, if there is a dispenser? THIS IS BLIIIN! Volume is about 1/3 bottle of Finish.
We pour the rinse aid up to the MAX mark, my dispenser is at 1, the dosage depends on the model, mainly electronic-mechanical. Salt is needed in ANY case, if you do not want to face the repair of PMM. It looks like rinse aid has spilled past, on the door, try washing again.

Thanks for the answer! And for the efficiency! Only now about salt ... If the manufacturer writes that if it is less than 0.7, then you do not need to pour, but we have 0.3, then ... Do you still need to fill up the tunnels? Thanks again!

Where do you have it? In St. Petersburg, salt is highly recommended, in the water, in addition to hardness salts, there is iron oxide (III) Fe2O3 nH2O and iron metahydroxide (FeO (OH), Fe (OH) 3 God protects

Good afternoon friends!

After installation, PMM UNIT 20b stopped working. Before connecting, we checked everything, did a test run - no problems. A week ago, furniture makers installed and secured the PMM. My wife and I started the dishwasher yesterday, and she gives error E2 after short attempts. There is no water in the wash compartment.
Help with advice or link. The instruction has been lost.
Rita
Have you poured water into the salt compartment and poured salt?
If there is no water in the wash compartment, maybe there is a tap somewhere that needs to be opened. For example, I have a tap under the sink so that the water supply to the dishwasher can be shut off. Maybe yours is the same, but the furniture makers closed it during the installation, and then forgot to open it. Check it out!

No, salt and water were not poured / covered.

And during test runs, they did not fill / fall asleep.

I checked the tap last night, it's open; there is a possibility of pinching the hose, but it is minimal, and it is not so easy to completely squeeze it, everything was prepared for it, cut out

I thought that the water was not drained, but visually there is no water, everything is dry.
I will test the hypothesis about a not tightly closed door.

I will taste salt, water ...

I will definitely unsubscribe.

I don't know such a PMM, I can only assume that there is no water or the operation of the aquastop if it is in the machine.

Dear participants in the discussion.
Found information on my problem.

Dishwasher error codes Unit UDW-20B

Code - Meaning - Possible causes
E1 - Long withdrawal time. - The water tap is closed.
E2 - Long time to drain the water. - The drain hose is set too high.
E3 - Long heating time, but the required temperature has not been reached. - Failure of the temperature sensor or heating element.
E4 - Overflow. - Too much cold water.
E6 - Temperature sensor malfunction. - Short circuit or breakage.
E7 - Temperature sensor malfunction. - Open circuit.
I had error E2 - The drain hose is set too high. The cause has been eliminated.
I hope this information will help someone else.

Small but important addition: It turns out that when installing the door lining, the "masters" accidentally pulled out the chip, apparently responsible for the water drain sensor. I connected everything, checked it - it WORKS!

Success and less breakdowns to you.
Best regards, Constantine.

Hello forum users!
Problem: I have an EDESA 1LE-031 SX dishwasher. For the time being, everything worked fine. Suddenly glitches started. First, after turning on, it turned off after 15 minutes. I squeaked 4 times, then 4 more, and so it sounded until I turned it off. Shows the end of the program. Then it began to turn off within 2 minutes after the start of the cycle. Sometimes it blows to the end, sometimes it turns off after about 1.5 hours (we use the economical mode). Now the problem is. It seems to me that it turns off after draining the water. Is there a blockage in the drain system? I looked - there the hose is not screwed on, like a filling hose, but comes straight out of the machine ... How to clean the drain system or tell me, please, what other options could be for solving this problem? Thanks in advance for any help

The typewriter is 5 years old. There can be no question of any guarantee ... It seems to have read the entire forum. How to treat electronics? In our area the people are "a little bit hawk-handed", well, with a soldering iron, no way ... The fact is that the apartment and the property in it (including the dishwasher) is insured. There has been a surge in electricity recently. I know this for sure, because the machine guns were knocked out onto the antenna for the whole house. So I want to coincide with the breakdown of the PPM (I think it's real because of this) to the insured event in the form of a jump in electric / energy ... What do you think about this? Could a breakdown occur due to the jump?

So I was faced with the fact that the machine stopped washing. At first I thought that I was not placing the dishes correctly. But today, for example, the pan stood alone on the lower level, so it remained dirty inside. 60C mode, 1 hour. I washed it again. Maybe something with nozzles that spray water ?? How and what can you see ??

It seems to me easy, because modern machines do not put any fuses - the board is on immediately.

You need to remove these spinning things and rinse them inside - tomato seeds and other small particles can get stuck there, which interfere with the normal pressure.
