Ingredients

beet 4 kg
tomato 2.5KG
white cabbage (or pepper) 0.5KG
onion 200 g
garlic 200 g
salt 75 g
sugar 150 g
vegetable oil 250gr
vinegar 9% 150 g

Cooking method

  • Cook the beets until half cooked, peel, grate. Remove the skin from the tomato, chop or scroll through a meat grinder. Chop the cabbage, chop the onion, rub the garlic. Mix all vegetables with the rest of the ingredients. Boil from the moment of boiling for 30 minutes, put in sterilized jars, roll up, wrap for a couple of hours.
