  • Put water in a large saucepan, I had 2 kg. eggplant, because 5 kg is a lot for me ..., so, for 2 kg. eggplant need a saucepan of 9-10 liters.
  • While the water is boiling, prepare the eggplant. Wash, peel, chop coarsely.
