I would not say that vinegar is strong. But here it is, everyone has different tastes. To be honest, I refused vinegar, because I add tomatoes. If in doubt, then, as an option, make just a couple of cans for a sample. Reduce the recipe by 3 times. You can immediately cook soup from the blank (from a part), you can let it stand for a couple of days (so that it is infused for a little) and then cook. You do it and don't roll it up, check if it works or not. This is the third year that I have been closing and taking the recipe as a base, but altering it in detail. You can adjust it to your taste.
