I bought a mixture of lettuce leaves in the store, instead of feta I wanted soft tender cheese and bought burata, although this is still not quite what I wanted. Instead of missing vinegar I poured a spoonful of white wine, instead of red onion - ordinary. I was afraid to put a whole piece of orange and in the end I regretted it.
