Czech potato salad

Ingredients

Potatoes 300g.
Juice and zest of 1 lime *
Olive oil 50 ml.
Fresh ginger 10g.
Green onion 1beam
Salt, ground white pepper taste
Sour cream 150g.
Fresh mint 5list

Cooking method

  • Christmas in the Czech Republic is not Christmas without this salad.
  • Peel the potatoes, cut into 1cm cubes, boil in boiling water or steam. Rinse the finished potatoes with cold water and transfer to a bowl.
  • For dressing, combine lime zest and juice, grated ginger, finely chopped green onions, ground white pepper and olive oil.
  • Season the potatoes with the mixture and refrigerate.
  • Sour cream with chopped mint can be served with the salad.
  • Delicious salad, but sour for me. * I would limit myself to 1 st. l. juice.
