Caper salad

Ingredients

smoked chicken meat 300 g
Champignon mushrooms 300 g
cheese 150 g
celery root taste
capers 2-3 st. l
mayonnaise

Cooking method

  • Finely chop the chicken meat, add to it the mushrooms fried with onions and grated cheese.
  • Grate a slice of celery root on a coarse grater (celery can be replaced with parsley and basil) and mix with the rest of the ingredients.
  • Then add the capers and mayonnaise.

Capers, capers, kaportsa - a spicy seasoning of pickled or salted flower buds, young shoots and green fruits of a thorny tropical shrub (of the same name).
