Honey trough (Panasonic SR-TMH 18)

Ingredients

flour 2 tbsp.
egg 1 PC.
sugar 1/2 tbsp.
honey 150 g
soda 1/2 tsp
almonds or walnuts 50 g
coruca, musk. walnut, cloves, ginger, cardamom 1/2 tsp
cocoa 2 tbsp. l.
sugar 2 tbsp. l.
milk 5 tbsp. l.
butter 50 g

Cooking method

  • Honey (I took candied), soda (I have 1/3 tsp.), Put the spices in the microwave for 1.5 minutes at full power. The honey rose in a big hat. I read this technique in the recipe for a honey cake with yeast natamylove and decided to use it.
  • In the meantime, I beat 1 egg with sugar with a broom, added a little cooled honey, flour, mixed everything well. Then I added coarsely chopped nuts (I have almonds). The dough turned out to be quite thick, but viscous. I greased the MV saucepan with butter, laid out the dough with a spatula, and smoothed the surface with a wet hand.
  • I put it on baking for 60 + 20 minutes.
  • Allowed to cool slightly and covered with chocolate icing.
  • To prepare the glaze, mix all the components except the oil and cook for 4-5 minutes until thickened over low heat. Remove from heat, add oil and stir. You can cover the gingerbread.
  • Cut the cooled gingerbread into squares.
  • P.S. You can also cut the gingerbread into 2 cakes and grease with sour jam.

I have been baking such a gingerbread for a long time in the oven, and today I made it in MV with one idea from natamylove... I am in a hurry to share because the result pleased. The haircut is very soft and fluffy. The dough took 10 minutes to prepare.

I prepared a gingerbread - such an impression that we cooked with the author Elenka according to different recipes. Although everything was measured out down to a milligram-BUT, the dough is loose, did not interfere and did not stick, by no means "viscous". I had to add another egg to collect everything BEFORE KKUUCHCHIA
After baking - the result is no - the dough did not rise when the cake cooled down. It is a pity for the time spent, and the products are by no means cheap - only 150 grams of honey, and 50 grams of walnuts.
Forgive me the author of the recipe, but in similar recipes here, but in the forum, the recipe goes for 2 eggs and necessarily butter (butter 50 grams or vegetable 100 ml). Or the reason is different.

I've always succeeded.And in a slow cooker, the gingerbread is higher and lighter (like other pastries).
So the recipe is definitely not to blame here, it can be seen whether you have products or something else ... I don't know ... maybe you forgot to add soda?

And the gingerbread is not lean, of course.

The oil is in the glaze, and I did it without it. Well, I thought in the test, just one egg, that's what you need. But nothing came of it.

I have the same trouble as Valeria 12, I measured all the ingredients with scales, but the dough didn't even stick in a lump, let alone flow. I also added an egg, it turned out to be a thick sticky dough. When baking, the gingerbread rose, but it came out incredibly dry, it already gets stuck in the throat. Then I read the comments.
