Apple pie with rosemary in a Panasonic multicooker

Ingredients

Apple mixture:
Sour apples 2 pcs.
Butter 2 tbsp. l.
(30 g)
Finely chopped fresh rosemary

Sugar 1 tbsp. l.
Dough:
Wheat flour 250 g
Salt pinch
Brown sugar
(regular white sugar)

Soft drain. oil
+ mold oil

Baking powder 1 tsp
Cinnamon 0.5 tsp
Syrup
(I took 1 tbsp. l. honey)

Cooking method

  • Peel the apples, remove the seeds, cut into small cubes. Draining. Melt butter in a frying pan, add apples, rosemary and apple juice, simmer over medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add 1 tbsp. l. sugar, simmer for another 1 minute. Set aside. heat the oven to 180 degrees (top and bottom heating) or 150 degrees (blowing).
  • For the dough, sift the flour into a bowl, mix with baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Whisk the plum in another bowl. butter with sugar. Then add the molasses and eggs one at a time, beating after each. Add flour mixture and sour cream alternately, whisking after each addition. Add apple mixture, stir.
  • Place the dough in a greased drain. butter form and bake in a preheated oven for about 60 minutes.
  • Allow the finished cake to cool for 10 minutes in the pan, then remove and allow to cool completely. Sprinkle with icing sugar and serve with whipped cream.
  • Baking in MV 65 minutes. 10-15 minutes after the end of baking, open the lid of the MB and leave for another 10-15 minutes. Remove the cake and let cool.

Very aromatic and delicious apple pie! Wishes from my eaters: next time cut back on sugar and take a little more rosemary.
