Cooking method

  • Turn on the Browning mode, level 2-3, 10-15 minutes.
  • Cut the onions, carrots, peppers, crush the garlic, cut the tomatoes - fry for 1 tbsp. l. vegetable oil. Add chopped smoked sausages, bacon, mushrooms. If vegetables and freezers do not need to be thawed, then put them frozen, so the vegetables will not lose their color. If necessary, turn off the multicooker before the set time.
  • Add meat to the pan (cut in portions), potatoes, sauerkraut, herbs, salt, spices, add water about 1.25 liters, mix, and turn on the Multi cook mode for 15 minutes 110 * C, and bring it to readiness.
  • If the cabbage is too sour or salty, dilute it halfway with fresh cabbage.
  • I do not recommend salting a lot of cabbage soup, it is better to do this when the cabbage soup is ready, and the sauerkraut and smoked meats will completely give their salt to the broth.

The potatoes will not boil down, because they will be in an acidic environment, and for example, I cut potatoes large for 2.5x2.5 cabbage soup.
