Sponge cake with jelly and fruit (Panasonic SR-TMH 18)

Ingredients

Biscuit:
eggs 4 things.
sugar 1 tbsp. (190 g)
premium flour 1 st. (130 g)
vegetable oil 3 tbsp. l.
boiling water 3 tbsp. l.
baking powder 1. tsp.
Jelly by Dr. Oetker 2 packages
Vanilla Pudding by Dr. Oetker 1/2 bag
Milk 250 ml
Red currants 1 tbsp.
Peaches 1 PC.

Cooking method

  • FROM biscuit recipe I met for the first time at the Good Kitchen forum, it was given by Morgana:
  • Beat eggs with sugar, gently stir in a glass of flour mixed with 1 tsp. baking powder. Pour vegetable oil into a glass, stir it with boiling water and pour into the dough. Stir and place the dough in the multicooker bowl.
  • Baking in my multicooker took 1 hour. There are multicooker in which 45 minutes is enough.
  • Jelly:
  • made from jelly bags from Dr. Oetker I took with the taste of wild berries - 2 sachets. According to the instructions, one sachet needed 200 ml of water, but I put less (approximately 150-170 ml). Poured boiling water over and stirred for 2 minutes, until the contents of the bags dissolved.
  • Poured a thin layer on the bottom of the multicooker saucepan and put it in the refrigerator. When it froze, I put the fruit (this time I had peaches and red currants), poured a thin layer of jelly again (so that the fruit would not float) and into the refrigerator. Frozen, poured the remaining jelly, except for 2 tbsp. l.
  • Interlayer for biscuit.
  • While the jelly was solidifying, I boiled 1 glass of red currants with 1 glass of sugar. Rubbed through a sieve and added the remaining 2 tbsp. l. jelly.
  • Cooked Dr. Oetker pudding (1/2 packet), added mashed red currant to it. A whole package could be prepared.
  • Assembling the cake
  • Cut the biscuit into two halves. Soaked with pureed currants. She put one half in a slow cooker on fruit with jelly, then a layer of pudding with mashed currants and a second layer of biscuit on top. I pressed it lightly with my hand and put it in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
  • Before getting it, I put the multicooker on a towel moistened with hot water, quickly turned it over from the multicooker onto the steamer.
  • The cake is ready.
  • You can use any fruit, a lot of room for improvisation ...
  • This is how he was in the cut

Note

At home they asked me to make a cake without cream. I did it for the first time with jelly and was satisfied with the result, because the cake turned out to be very tender with a fluffy biscuit, light acidity, and a refreshing pleasant taste.
In addition, there is room for further improvisation, since you can take a wide variety of fruits and cream to taste.

Just now I saw that on our forum there is a big topic about a biscuit on boiling water, which I used in this cake. It turns out that you can still put a link, which I will gladly do, there it is in great detail, with discussions describing its preparation.https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=84460.0
