Yoghurt was made in jars. I measured the temperature a couple of times - it was 37 degrees.

Ala, great testing!

Thank you. Yesterday I cooked borsch, and everyone was very happy with the chicken. I'm glad that Delfochka appeared in my kitchen.

I made soup today. Fried pieces of meat, then onions, carrots in the frying mode. I poured the chopped potatoes and poured water over it. I switched it to soup / porridge mode and after an hour the cool soup is ready. In the course of cooking, I opened salt-pepper-greens. CLASS !!!

It seems to me that soups are equally good everywhere in cartoons, and when a cartoon still costs that much money, it's generally a thrill. In general, I understood what happiness is - now not to stand in the kitchen, it is especially important in the heat ... and if this one also bakes and makes yogurt ... well, vaaashsche.

I'm in a hurry with my report. I bought a cartoon on Friday. First I boiled water with lemon, and then I cooked pilaf. On frying, how good are carrots and onions + meat, then pour rice and rice mode (for some reason I forgot that there is a pilaf mode). Zamalo gave me some water, I need a bucket of 1x1 rice to water, but I got it very tasty.
Then I cooked apple compote on the soup-porridge mode. For some reason, it became dark brown. Gee, and what is he? But delicious.
Then she baked a biscuit - super. It turns out so wet.
And then Ostap suffered. I decided to make strawberry jam from the book. I collected strawberries in the garden, added a little plums and apples to hold up to 1 kg, 1 kg of sugar, half a glass of water and for the stewing mode. Yeah, how it sizzled. gurgled, a red fountain rushed through the steam valve. Hour washed all ethno. It was then that the first drawback appeared. I cooked with jam with an open lid. It turned out that the cartoon does not have a slow boil rzhm. Boils in all modes is almost the same - too violently, and everything that has the ability to run away (jam, milk, etc.) immediately runs away. I tried all-all modes - the result is the same. Only on baking it immediately seems to boil a little, but then it still begins to gurgle with might and main. In the mode, the heating does not boil at all.
On the second day, I cooked apple jam, also - for a kilo of apples, a kilo of sugar, half a glass of water. Brought to a boil in the stewing mode, then cooked with the lid open.
I baked a cheesecake "Yarmarka" - this is delicious, I was really scared right away that the dough was dull and not baked, but it was just so moist with cottage cheese.
I would be grateful if someone succeeds in coming up with something, otherwise it turns out that everything that likes to run away should be cooked only with the lid open, and everything that requires languor (jellied meat, for example) cannot be cooked, it cooks very violently. Here is my report.

respect you are so brave, the jam is running away So in almost all MVs that you have to tweak them, and then more, they then stop functioning correctly, because it runs into all the lower holes and the sugar is caramelized and ... and ... and in general, everyone died (c). This is a bitter experience, but in general you can buy a cooker for jam - there milk and jam do not run away and it is cooked for exactly 10-15 minutes with a set and release of pressure.

IRR. but for me Vesochka did not die in all the holes after the raspberry jam. My husband took it apart, we washed it, ate the caramel and it began to work even better!
And I would have bought a slow cooker for jam, I think so. I made apple jam there, super.

It was not my current Vesochka that was all covered in raspberries, but the whole kitchen ... And the student at that time was left in the kitchen to look after the jam. Mom thinks of removing the valve and cooking, there is no valve in place, mom is here on the forum, and son is screaming. Jam rushing !!!!
By the way, mine is not jam, but I did something similar in a microscope in a hostel. From the same apples.
I have already cheated on 3 students ... They gave one of them, two bought them themselves. They master. And my main consultant said he would be, like he is already special, for 3 years already he has different multi.

Girls, I cooked again after that incident with the jam. But I removed the valve. It certainly rose, but did not jump out. Again, I didn't download much. only 1 kg of berries and 800 sugar. But I will not try to advise, so that later you will not buy new multi!
fronya40
yeah, after I untwisted it, I decided to quit with this business)))) milk was pouring there, jam was just everywhere, on the floor, in the cartoon .... I just cook a little, so somehow I can handle it!

Hello everyone! Well, you scribbled here for 6 days while I was away.

I report that I bought this multicooker in the Kharkov Foxtrot. I managed to cook milk buckwheat porridge, two charlottes and yogurt at Activia.

And then ... Then they took it away from me! They said that you already have a lot of multicooker at home.

She cooked her usual porridge in milk with the addition of water. As soon as the milk began to boil, I opened the lid.

The foam was up to the top of the bowl.

I closed the lid and she then calmly, without running away, cooked. The porridge is excellent.

But I can't say that my experience was 100% successful, I didn't have enough endurance.

And I didn't have time to repeat it.

Oh, and I forgot to ask you, Dechenki. Do you want to make yogurt in separate jars or bake something in a mulvark in a silicone form - is it real? For example, if you put milk in jars with sourdough, then pour some water to the bottom? And if you push the silicone mold with the dough into a saucepan, then you also need to pour water or not? : girl_red: Call me, but it’s not me, I’m such an experimenter, it’s my son-a physicist that bothers me, everything is interesting to him ...
Vitalinka
Kalinovich , I can say about yogurt, I made it only yesterday.
Pour milk with sourdough into jars. Put a silicone mat or napkin in a saucepan so as not to scratch it, put the jars and pour some water over the hangers. The "yogurt" mode is 6 hours, but I got it ready in 4 hours. Good luck!

Good day to all. Cooked today potato biyron made according to the recipe, put pilaf on the program. in our multicooker, this is not necessary !! the potatoes are delicious, but the bottom is no longer a crust, it is burnt onion - brown (almost black) and bitter ..
most often offset - everything lagged behind without problems.
probably next time I'll try it on rice - it must be too tasty. and pour half a glass of water, I think it should be enough

many also make yogurt in jars. Once I did it right in a saucepan, the second - in a glass pan, in a water bath. This is more convenient for me - no need to shift it at the end.

The oven is in a silicone mold ... hmm ... I don't think so.

bake in silicone. Without water.

here Vika wrote and many bake. I just have a question - why? it falls out of the pan perfectly + do not wash the mold itself. And yet, it is better not to bake in an empty pan, it will be more whole, especially since the pan for our MV has a spare wheel for now, like our MV itself.

porridge / soup.just try to pour a lot of water, without topping up to the side of 3-4 cm and see for yourself.

Well, here I am starting today testing the newly arrived Delfochkas. Keep your fists. so that there are no punctures in them. Especially the one to whom they are intended.
When I went to pick them up, it’s good that they didn’t bring 3, but 4. One was pummeled at the bottom. Well, tell me why you need to bring exactly the runoff of the skok ordered. Really not a bit with a margin. We have a strange Foxtrot in Yalta. Damn, as luck would have it, I prepared a bunch of food yesterday. Well, nothing, I'll go Gashin's soup, put the porridge and blink the milk in the morning.
Kalinovich
And, by the way, how much can you pour the contents (in liters)? And then there are incomprehensible marks on the cradle - it's like not liters. If he writes that the saucepan is 4 liters, then you can probably maximum 3.5 liters?

let's make such dishes, like Beyron, on stew (porridge / soup). And if there is a lot of liquid when stewing, but you do not need it (for example, mushrooms or stewed cabbage), then you can easily turn on rice, pilaf for a few minutes and all the excess will evaporate. In general, I must admit that it is too hot, not Panasonic, although it looks like
