Lean rolls with dogwood jam

Ingredients

premium wheat flour 500 BC
water 240 g
pressed yeast (dry) 15 (5) g.
sugar 70 g
vegetable oil b / s 60 g
vanilla sugar 10 g
salt 1/2 tsp
dogwood jam
very sweet, strong tea

Cooking method

  • Lean rolls with dogwood jamDissolve yeast in water. Add sugar, vanilla sugar and flour. Start kneading the dough in any way you can. I kneaded with a hook.
  • Once all the flour is well moistened, gradually add oil and add salt. Knead a soft, smooth dough.
  • Lean rolls with dogwood jamThe dough does not stick. Lightly dust the table with flour or grease. Dump the dough and roll it into a ball.
  • Lean rolls with dogwood jamTransfer the dough to a greased dish, cover and leave to ferment. Fermentation for 90 minutes with one workout after 45 minutes.
  • Dough at the beginning of fermentation.
  • Lean rolls with dogwood jam
  • Lean rolls with dogwood jamDough in the middle and end of fermentation.
  • Lean rolls with dogwood jamLightly dust the table with flour. Roll out the dough into a layer 3-5 millimeters thick.
  • Lean rolls with dogwood jamGrease the dough with dogwood (any other jam). Leave the edges free on all sides.
  • Lean rolls with dogwood jam
  • Lean rolls with dogwood jamFold one edge of the dough to the center and cover with the other edge. It turns out a rectangle. Jam inside.
  • Lean rolls with dogwood jamCut the layer along the short side into strips. I cut into eight.
  • Lean rolls with dogwood jam
  • Lean rolls with dogwood jamTwist each strip into a flagellum. Roll up into a ring. Tuck the ends underneath.
  • Lean rolls with dogwood jamTransfer the buns to a baking sheet. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and leave to proof. Proof for 45-60 minutes.
  • Lean rolls with dogwood jamBefore baking, grease the rolls with strong, very sweet tea. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
  • Take out, let the buns cool and brush them again with tea for shine.
  • Lean rolls with dogwood jam
  • Cooking is not difficult. Fasting is delicious. The main thing is to do it with love and not eat each other!
