And yesterday at STEWING I tried to cook two chicken legs, and then I wanted to add potatoes to it in order to get meat with potatoes in one person. Something didn't work out, after 5 minutes the MV turned off. And the second time too. I had to do it on the HEAT. Now I think what was it? I put in 2 thighs and wanted to fry them. They covered the bottom of the bowl not completely, but somewhere in half (I did it for 2 people at a time). Maybe the overheating of the MV has worked? At the same time, I closed the lid. Has anyone had this? Or maybe I have a marriage?
And the potatoes with chicken thighs came out very even, fried, but did not burn. I did it with the lid closed. ... But I just can't remember the exact mode, because I turned it on, then it turned off itself, then I changed the modes ... I will still do it.

I had something similar today and also on extinguishing.
I read somewhere that the "buckwheat" mode is touch-sensitive. maybe extinguishing too?

Nelechka, I would advise you to take Delphi, with all your love for Saturn. Let the daughter learn to cook in the cartoon, and then she will taste the taste and give the pressure cooker. Moreover, Delphi's price is excellent for beginners, and you will always tell me
Vitalinka
Nelya, I also agree with Natasha! Take her Delfochka, the saucepan is very good for its price!
nila
I found 215gr in our Zaporozhye! Gathered to order, eldest: spiteful: why are you spoiling her? I say I'll give it for my birthday, but my birthday is still far away.
But the cartoon is already in my basket
Marselieza
Tell me, dear girls, what turns out to be much tastier in the cartoon than on the stove?
irysska
As for the tastier - my opinion is that it is tasty there too - but this is a subjective opinion, and there, just in the cartoon, it is much more convenient to cook and there is no heat, like from the stove in summer, for example.
But for me personally, baking in a multitude and in the oven are two different things - although I do both there and there, and baking from the oven is very tasty, and from multi it is just delicious.
Although the hostess should have a stove with an oven, and a multicooker.
nila
Everyone, they brought home the little girl Delfochka! How small and neat she is: wow: I hope my daughter will like it and she will make friends with her!
I barely slept at night, I was afraid that I would fly by like with Saturn. And in the morning, let's call:! On our city site / warehouse the price is 215g! I call them earlier than 9 - they are not working yet, but they promise to call back. Waiting ... but ringing a few more warehouses. They say there is, the price is 280-290g. I'm waiting ... I hope for the price of 215g, but just in case I call the nearest Foxtrot. They say there is a price of 222g, but there is a revaluation and it is the last! Then they call back from the site / warehouse and say the price is already 295gr, then what hangs on the site, they forgot to remove the price! I ask the girl to look in the hall ... not to overestimate ... leave !!! In short, I wake up my husband, he is still sleepy, but grumbles what kind of MV for 220g ... if you take it, take it ... but it's going to!
In short ... we took it !!! The last one from the window and the price was removed after us!
Now I will register here too ... she will ask questions!

Today I tried out yogurt in a cartoon.
It is tasty, but you need to do it without heating later, otherwise there will be cottage cheese. So the option from evening to morning does not suit me.

I make milk porridge in the proportion of half a multi-glass of porridge and 2.5 milk.

Stuffed peppers with us every other day, it turns out so delicious, I season with tomatoes and carcass for 1 hour 20 minutes.

Stewed rabbit in sour cream, with onions and carrots, very successful. First she fried for frying, then stewed for an hour.

I also set it for the night yesterday, and then I remembered that at the end of the heating it would go away and set the alarm for 4 am))))
I thought I would turn it off and leave it in the cartoon until morning. I looked in, and he was ready, although he stood for only 3.5 hours.
True, I poured the milk already warm. But all the same, quickly he somehow)

In the topic about DEX 60, I posted a link to it.

hello girls. Accept a newbie on the site ... I will share my impressions of Delphi, because I acquired it as a company for my cartoon Vitek. I can compare like this:
- general view - Vitek is a rather powerful construction, and by weight it is twice as heavy. Delfa is very delicate and thin
- heating element: Delfochka has a spring in the middle of the disk that confuses me. Vitek has just one heating disc and the saucepan lies flat on it. Delphi heats up much faster (possibly due to its thinness of the saucepan).
- a saucepan - Vitek's saucepan is so strong (I use it for half a year, no excesses) and is twice as heavy by weight as Delfochka. In Delphi, this thin saucepan still confuses me. She is very weightless.
Now for cooking: in Delphi I cooked only: - super soup (45 minutes); stewed potatoes with vegetables and meat - super (40 min), I did pilaf yesterday - in 30 minutes it burned all the same (in Vitek this is not observed) and at the same time I watched the preparation all the time. I write it off again on a too thin saucepan.
I haven't tested baked goods and yoghurt yet.
Conclusion: since I took it as an additional cartoon, it's very good for that kind of money. I bought at 5OK for 245 UAH (in Foxtorot three days ago the price was already changed to 299)
Lada_lada
nila, and in what foxtrot they took in Zaporozhye, I took it to Metallurgists, felt and turned on the one in the showcase, but for the purchase they brought us another one. Maybe I felt your ...
nila
Lada_lada, I took on Angolenko. In Foxtrot near the central market. I called there, they gave me hope and went there. The last option was Foxtrot on Sovetskaya. On Metallurgists, I don't even know where he is.

I decided to stew all sorts of vegetables with minced meat in sauce, turned on "Stew" - the cartoon worked and stopped, showing four eights. Turned off, turned on "Bakery" - the same thing. Turned off, turned on "Rice" - I'm sitting waiting: what will happen, but I wanted to go on business and leave the cartoon to cook - for this I bought it. There is enough liquid. A couple of days ago I stewed fish, it turned out great, but now she does not want to stew. I baked a pie with cabbage - excellent, charlotte - also soup, borsch - like from a Russian stove - delicious. And today is something naughty or am I doing something wrong?

The cartoon on the "Rice" function worked and switched to heating, vegetables with minced meat in sauce are stewed there. "Rice" still boils a lot, "Stew" works more quietly, but this time this function for some reason did not want to work.
Tomorrow I'll try to make the fish, otherwise I'm upset with something ...

Tell me, you can just make yogurt in a saucepan or put the jars in a water bath. Tell me the recipe for yogurt.

it is more convenient in jars.
I did both in jars that go to the yogurt maker and in half-liter ones. Half a liter is more convenient - you get one and a half liters at once.
In a saucepan, for the sake of experiment, I also fermented.Everything worked out, but still it's not very convenient - you have to shift it.

I read the recipe somewhere here on the site. For a liter of milk I take a jar of activity (classic, no additives), mix it thoroughly, but to avoid foam, pour it into cans.
Yes, milk must be taken either pasteurized or boiled. cool to 38-40 degrees, and only then add activity.
Then, every time I leave a mayonnaise jar of yogurt "for seedlings" and do not buy the activity. It may not be right, but it doesn't affect the taste in any way.
Although, now I figured it out, it turns out I put it somewhere three or four times, and then again I ferment it with purchased activations.
It would be necessary to buy a pharmacy starter culture for a sample, but all hands do not reach ((

In the topic about DEX 60, I posted a link to it.

Well! We don’t need another topic, let's lay it out here, everything should be in our topic.
Yesterday I made yoghurt in Delphi. Took our local milk Ilyichevskoe, 2.5%. Two liters of milk and half a glass (plastic glass, by weight 450 g of product) fermented baked milk (sho in the house bulo). She did not boil anything, she mixed everything at once and poured it into the bowl. After 5 hours it was ready. She poured them into jars and into the refrigerator. No longer, they ate. Of course, you can do it in banks, but then it will fit less, and so at least 2, at least 3 liters do ...
But on the prog, the yogurt will not be able to proof the dough? Now what is in the kitchen, what is on the program - the same thing.

I bought this pot for my parents in Foxtrot for 222.9 UAH. Interesting modes. Porridge \ soup - 95 deg. IMHO, there is no such thing in any MV. It is surprising that with such a small thickness, baking does not need to be covered with baking paper. But, as I understand, it is still necessary to lubricate with oil? In my Orion without paper, the pastries boil tightly, although the pan there is noticeably thicker. Is there really no steam condensation at all in any mode, because the lid (unlike expensive MV) does not have a heating element?
A bunch of books (pieces 5-6) on MB on fs. ya he is fs. then

Today I decided to experiment with saucepans. I put the Dexika pan in Delphu and turned on the charlotte for baking all
But Delphi's saucepan in Dexico behaved strangely. Put it on rice, it began to hiss and knock, I waited three minutes and turned it off. Fortunately, there are spare pots, poured the contents there and put them to cook on rice - silence, everything is cooked.
Most likely the Delf pan is higher than the Dex one, after three minutes a circle of the heater appeared on it.

It is thinner than Dex's, and the power of DEX is higher than Delphi, that's probably the reaction.

But on the prog, the yogurt will not be able to proof the dough?
Yesterday I baked these donuts... I switched it on to "yogurt" and turned it off after 2 minutes. I opened the lid after 30 minutes, and there the dough rose so cool! Then "baking" for 50 minutes and the top browned in the airfryer - another 15 minutes. Delight!
I came to the conclusion that it is not necessary to keep it on "yogurt". A couple of minutes and that's it, then it keeps the temperature like a thermos.

how are you doing?

If you are asking me if I did proofing the dough in MV, then - in no way. I have not put the dough in the CF yet. While something was going to bake in it, it got colder outside, and I decided to bake buns in the oven, and the dough just rose in the kitchen, because now it is warm in it. So the baking in MV will wait until it gets warmer on the street, or it gets colder in the kitchen.
But I make baked goods in MV, however, not yeast. I bake biscuits, manna, casseroles. I really like this pastry in Delphi. I leave the time by default, only for casseroles I sometimes reduce by 10 minutes, but not always, when I take less than 500 g of cottage cheese.

Girls, I'm new to your site, and I want to ask you. My choice fell between two MV Delfa and Dex-60, but since the difference in price is decent (and finances are singing romances now), I want MV, since I am a small child, and he eats milk porridge every morning. So I decided to make my life a little easier, but from the topic I read, I realized that milk porridge does not work in it, or can you still get some food?

in another topic already wrote - you can put milk in a smaller container in a water bath. For example, in a half-liter glass jar.
