Chris
Maybe someone had a similar experience. If the pressure is set to 0.3 on the "porridge" mode, then sometimes the pressure is not accumulated. That is, the head goes into working mode, the countdown begins, but the lid is not blocked and as a result, the porridge is semi-cooked. This does not always happen, about 2 out of 5 times, under the same conditions, and at a pressure of 0.7 this has never happened. What do you think, with what it can be connected?
Creamy
Chris, I read something like that from someone, it seems to be due to a lack of liquid for the formation of steam, so that the lid is blocked. I successfully cook porridge on gas, on a flame divider, sometimes on two at once. When pressure is needed, I always turn on "Meat" at 0.7 volts, and cook peas in mashed potatoes also on "Meat".

Chris, read here on this link https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/in...com_smf&topic=392333.5800 I ask, starting from post 5804, Alex_Fil answers me
Chris
Thanks for answers.

Still, it's strange, the amount of liquids is the same (5 cups) and in the case of a lid lock and without a lock. But in the case when the lid is not blocked, the porridge turns out to be undercooked, although Alex_Fil wrote:
do not expect that at 0.3 the valve will necessarily block. If the cooking time has started counting, it means that the temperature of the sensor has reached the set value, and there is simply not enough water for the formation of steam and the force that would raise the float. But this will not affect cooking.
I'll try to experiment some more.
Masha Ivanova
Chris, you know! I also do not always cook. Therefore, sometimes I turn it on at pressure 03, when it has been working at this pressure for a while, I remove the lid without turning off the cartoon, and put on the lid again, it closes, as it were, with some effort. And during the second "dressing" of the lid, the valve itself is blocked, since it is already quite warm and hot inside. Then I turn off the cartoon and set the desired program on a new one, the required time pressure is 0.3, I do all this with the valve locked. And then everything is cooked as expected.
Antonovka
Oh, and maybe I'm doing it wrong, but it's easier for me - 1 min. pressure 0.7, and then 0.3 for the required time.
liusia
Why cook porridge on prog 03, when they are perfectly cooked at 07, choose the right time and leave it on the heat to cook, and a wonderful porridge is ready like from a Russian stove. And the o3 program is an ordinary multicooker, and it takes much more time to cook porridge. Here is program 03 for biscuits and different pies, well, just right.
Antonovka
liusia,
Well, everyone has their own cockroaches - I like milk porridge more by 0.3, I make side dishes at 0.7. And believe me, I made this conclusion for myself, owning Shteba for a single year))
liusia
Lena, well, I'm in a hurry, I love everything quickly !!!!
Antonovka
liusia,
I myself am so)) But sometimes you just want to taste better))

Plus by 0.3, milk porridge practically does not burn (I use a stainless steel bowl), in contrast to 0.7.
Antonovka
Chris,
I do not burn by 0.3 or 0.7, but I like quite liquid cereals

Hello everyone! Apparently, my valve is out of order, it does not close. Probably it was not necessary to wash the lid in the dishwasher ((((I did not pay attention that the valve is not metal, like the lid itself, but aluminum. Aluminum cannot be washed in a typewriter. The valve has become rough and because of this apparently does not work.
So what I mean, I can't find it, it seems like there was a topic for spare parts somewhere. Maybe you can buy a cover. Could you tell?
Alex_Fil
Irina, well, why buy a whole lid because of a small valve?
If the valve becomes rough, just polish it with at least toothpaste. Ideally, of course, it would be to use a special GOI polishing paste, for example, but first try what is in every home. Aluminum is a soft metal and easy to polish. And everything should work fine!

Thank you! I'll try to clean it. If it doesn't work out, you'll have to buy a new one. Thanks for the advice and link.

Masinen, Masha, good afternoon! Please tell me on what mode and time how much boiled pork (Admin recipe), a piece of 900 gr.?
Masinen
Elena, first you need to fry until crusty, and then turn on the pressure 0.7 mode meat for 30-40 minutes.
Is there pork or beef?
spring
Masha, thank you, pork, answered in time, thank you, thank you!
Masinen
Elena, then 30-35 minutes is enough, I think)
But fry, otherwise all the juice will go into the pan.
spring
Maria, Mash, I understood everything, thanks, as prompted me in time, I got stuck at this stage.

Girls, did anyone buy a Unit USP-R10 silicone ring on Ozone, is it suitable for our Shteba? Or do you just need a "native" one, which is "STEBA DD silicone ring for the multicooker lid"? Something the price of this ring
Lerusyonchik
It fits, somewhere in the topic they wrote several times ... I won't say exactly where, but they also wrote that the quality is worse. I bought, but did not have time to use, we are being repaired
Lera-7
I compared the dimensions - the same, except for the outer diameter. STEBA has 24.5 cm, and Unit 23.5.

Lerusyonchik, Thanks for the quick response. I will think if it is worth saving
marinastom
I did not notice the difference between the family and Unit rings. All the same dyed and rolled over after a while ...
marina-mm
I bought rings and Unit and Shteba. I did not notice the difference and for a long time already confused them, now it is impossible to distinguish

Owners of the Shteba! Problem: seconds h / z 30 after the pressure was set, steam began to pour out from under the lid, took it to the rem. workshop. Repaired with an indication of the work done "seal repair"! Now with the ring that took away there are no problems with cooking, but with new steam it brings down! Before the repair I tried it with 3 rings, there was steam. Nobody admits that the cover was dropped at home. I think that maybe the problem is in her? And it will be cheaper for me to buy a new one ... When typing "seal repair" in the internet, an O-ring comes out in all links. Maybe someone had something like that ?!

Yulia, is there a detailed recipe?

Natusichka, yes, I did it according to the recipe below, there the girls wrote what they did in Shteba, so I also cooked

Bijou
Lerusyonchik, so it floated from the very first use or suddenly started? I don’t like this .. And return to the store? Once again, apply under warranty every time with a new ring and voila.))
Lerusyonchik
Bijou, bought at Ozone. A year has passed, I worked without problems, I did not cook often 5-6 times a month, the warranty passed and everything I thought I would have enough for the rest. The milk escaped first, put it on languishing ... I changed the ring, ran on ... I experimented on water and rings, steam poured. A month ago, I finally took it to the workshop, and now they did something that cooked with one ring and then ... After I wrote the previous message once again, today, I put milk on and again, after gaining pressure, she snorted from under the covers I'm already beginning to be afraid of her. And what will the next repair give? I will of course take you, but since the basic guarantee has already passed, then at the end they will advise you to buy a new one ?!
Masha Ivanova
Lerusyonchik, but there is no way to try with a different cover? I don’t know where you live. Maybe in your city there are still members of the forum who have Shteba? I wish I could try ?! And then the diagnosis will be clear.
Ilmirushka
Lerusyonchik, most likely the ring does not fit snugly, and it is possible that it does not fit in size, either the old one is stretched out, or the new one is a little larger than necessary. Try to order a new native - Shtebovskoe. Well, I would, just in case, take off and clean the valves.

Lerusenchik, and, in the end, buying a new cover is still much cheaper than buying a new Shtebu.
Lerusenchik
Masha Ivanova, it was only I who managed to find it on the Internet. All my friends hear from me for the first time about such a company and ask what I could not find cheaper! In the service, the receptionist asked me how the firm reads correctly, for the first time I saw such a miracle! I am from Tomsk.
Ilmirushka, I also tend to buy a cover, but I'm afraid my heart will not stand it if the problem is not in it. I took apart the lid and cleaned it. 2 native rings (meat, dairy) and 2 new ones from unit ...
Has anyone counted (roughly) how many times the ring lasts?
Masha Ivanova
Lerusenchik, oh, what a pity! Tomsk is very close! I would love to let you use it for a few days. The ring lasts for a long time. I have had one of the rings for a year and a half, it is stretched out, before cooking it, I touch it up and fill it in the lid with my finger, as it just slips, but everything works fine and nothing comes out. (Pah-pah-pah).
Ilmirushka
Quote: Lerusyonchik
how many times does the ring last?
I have been using Shtebka for five years now, and the ring is my own, which was in the kit. True, it has already changed its color due to the intensity and different dishes, but there are no problems (pah-pah). But I have an additional coated bowl for other (non-meat) dishes, and with it I put another (spare) ring, but it is also Shtebov's, so it is now as new.

Lerusenchik, or maybe you yourself are not very diligently setting the ring and when you put the lid on the closure, it slides off a little? I always adjust the ring into the grooves before closing and turning on.
Lerusenchik
Everything seems to be the same as always, on the one hand there is a very tight "bend" and there is an effort to insert a ring, on the remaining circle without problems. The old sags a little, the new ones do not. And when you wash the rings, do you take out the lid?
Masha Ivanova
Lerusenchik, I pull out.
Ilmirushka
Lerusenchik, I pull out to rinse-dry well, but not every time. And when mine, I do not stretch, but as if with small steps I rub it with a soapy cup, and the ring does not deform, and does not stretch. Well, in general, I deal with rings very carefully.
julia_bb
Lerusenchik, I have my first Shteba for a long time, 3.5 years, and I also bought it at Ozone. And I remember, as soon as I turned it on, they brought it in and the steam poured down, I registered here on the forum and started asking questions. I corrected the ring, and each time I corrected it before putting the lid on, and stopped pouring steam. Since then, I have not changed the ring, only bought an additional one for cereals and baking
Ilmirushka
Quote: julia_bb
I straightened the ring, and every time I straightened it before putting the lid,
so it seems to me that this is the reason for the problems with Lerusenchik... SEAL RING NEEDED EVERY TIME!
julia_bb
Ilmirushka, yes, I think so too! Now from time to time I check how the ring is standing, it gave an additive, apparently, and everything became fine
Bijou
Quote: Ilmirushka
so it seems to me that this is precisely the reason for Lerusenchik's problems. SEAL RING NEEDED EVERY TIME!
No, well, the person used it normally for a year and suddenly his hands suddenly twisted? I do not believe.))

Okay, a ring is a ring, and is there one cup or several of the same symptoms? And then I put one aluminum well, it was already bent. It's good that I use it exclusively for baking bread, no tightness is needed. But it is possible that it will also poison.
Ilmirushka
Quote: Bijou
aluminum
Bijou, does Shteba have aluminum bowls? I have two, the stainless steel was included in the kit and I additionally bought it with a coating, I don't know how they can be damaged, bent ...
And then, if not a bowl, then all differently something is wrong with the ring.
Bijou
Well, they are coated with aluminum, otherwise how would we bake in them?

Ring, ring ... There are several mating parts at once, right? The ring itself this time. The frame that fixes it is two. There are three hooks where the cover clings. The protrusions made of bent stainless steel, with which the lid itself clings to the base, are four. Well, the evenness of the rim of the pan - for dessert. ((
julia_bb
Quote: Bijou
Well, with the same coating aluminum
I have a steel bowl in the kit, an additional one with a Teflon coating (is it aluminum?) And there is one with a ceramic one, I bought it for porridge ...
Ilmirushka
Bijou, I just do not know which of the above, besides the ring, can be damaged SO that the above indicated problem occurs.
Bijou
Ilmirushka, oh, I'm constantly shaking out of the frame.) I try to put it very carefully so as not to bump, or I will bend, or even the welding will fall off, there is not so much of it there, as for my taste.))) One thing pleases - the lids- then I now have two, after the first Shteba hiked.

If after the repair everything was preserved, and the steam cut through again, then personally I would sin not so much on the ring as on some kind of physical deformation. Maybe in the workshop some piece of iron was bent, it worked as it should, and later it straightened out again from the pressure. As an idea in the order of delirium is good, but again does not explain why from the very beginning the cartoon was floating with another ring that had not been in the workshop ... Absurd, in short ...

I would like to ask for a lid for experiments .. Otherwise, you will pay for a new pile of money, but it’s not the case. ((And there will be two lids and not a single pressure cooker.

Quote: julia_bb
Teflon coated (is it aluminum?)
Well, yes, and "ceramic", as I understand it, too. In general, stainless steel is rather an exception in cartoons, but mostly aluminum bowls in fact.
Ilmirushka
Quote: Bijou
And there will be two lids and no pressure cookers.
well yes...
Lena, what happened to the first Shtebka? I have had it for a long time, and I'm already used to it being so reliable, (t-t-t), but suddenly, so what can you expect, share.
