thet, you just check carefully - there are different models DD1 and DD2, the price for them is different and the equipment is also different for the base model .. there is a thread on the forum and for the second model, ask so as not to make a mistake when choosing ..)
thet
Thank you Marina If I will ask you ...

thet, and it is better to take the model DD2, it is more functional, in it the temperature can be set from 30 * C to 150 * C, and in DD1 you cannot set a high one. And it's best to immediately buy an additional pan with a non-stick Teflon coating, complete with a base stainless steel.
In Eldorado, the price is less than in MVideo. On Ozone it is about the same as in Eldorado, but there you can also order a bowl right away.
thet
Svetlana I will definitely read about both models! They are very attractive and beauty including
lana light
Another difference is that if it is indicated in the name XL, then it is 6 liters, all the rest - 5 liters.
If DD2 is basic, then the set does not include a double boiler and a stand for a double boiler, as well as a set of ceramic cups for yogurt / baking with a stand. If Eco, then all this is included. The difference between BASIC and Eco is about 2t. R. in price
As for the cups, many of the Owners of the recall never used them. For example, yogurt can be cooked in baby food jars.
Steba steamer from Shteba - can be replaced with a steamer on legs from other pressure cookers or bought in household goods (for example, in Fixspras there were chamomile type with shrinking "petals")
Therefore, I personally bought myself DD2 BASIC and never once wished that I had not bought Eco
thet
Svetlana! Is BASIC only 5 liters or is there 6?
Masha Ivanova
thet, Tet! I am not Svetlana, but I will answer that the DD2 XL cartoon (it is the only one for 6 liters) also comes in different trim levels, but it has never been sold without cups and a double boiler. That is, it happens with a Teflon bowl, and sometimes without it. Recently, all the time it has been completed separately, that is, without a Teflon bowl.
And, despite the add. accessories that you may not need, I highly recommend the 6 liter. You can do more in it than in a 5-liter, this extra liter is very useful. If you need to cook a little, put or pour less food into the bowl, and if you need a large amount (for example, jellied meat or the same ham in a ham maker and much more), then you can't make a small bowl anymore.
Just pay special attention that Steba DD2 XL was necessarily a new modification, that is, with the "Heating" mode turned off, or rather, with its add. inclusion. Check this question with your manager.
And then you can sell the cups here on the website.

thet, and additionally a Teflon bowl must be bought, albeit not immediately. Without it, the functionality is significantly reduced. In it, all fry, bake, boil all the porridge and all the milk.
thet
Thanks to Lenochka for the detailed answer! Now it is clear what is needed - but everything in a heap turns out to be expensive for me - I will have to wait with the purchase, but at least there will be something I want ... I will read for now ...
Masha Ivanova
thet, look at the websites for the price of Steba DD 2 XL. New Year is just around the corner, closer to this time there are often discounts in online stores. For a long time, there were no discounts on the Steba 6-liter cartoon at Ozone, so perhaps there will be finally. I bought mine at a discount along with a Teflon bowl of 7 or 8 thousand. It makes sense to wait a bit.
Often at Ozone there is a discounted price, but you can take from the markdown only with damaged packaging, in no other cases is it necessary. And always, when you take with a damaged package, check this question by phone with the manager, so that he confirms it that only the package is damaged. As for the rest, such packaging is not terrible, while the price is sometimes reduced very significantly.
When ordering from Ozone, order, if possible, at a free pick-up point. Shteba weighs decently, delivery can sometimes increase the price too much.

Girls, hello everyone! Came to me by email. mail advertising link about Shteba DD2BASIS for 5630 rubles, I went through it and read one and only review on Yandex, negative ("terrible model")! And cheto became so offensive (even though I have the "first" Shtebochka)! A person, without understanding, immediately hates (excuse my French!) A good thing. It is immediately evident - NOT OUR PERSON, right? This is how people read it, and they will pass by! Sorry for the flood! Masha, delete it, if anything, okay?
Oh, I complained about the wrong topic! Maria, I'm sorry!

Good day!
I have been using Shteba (DD1) for two years, this morning I cooked broth, then I put the beets to boil - and that's it (Writes that it got pressure (0.7b is highlighted), but in fact even the water doesn't heat up in the bowl. Has anyone come across this?
Whether to run for repairs, or order a new one.I just ordered a new ring for her, she is going ...

Is DD2 Basic the same size as DD1? If you buy a new one so that you don't change the bowls ...
Alex_Fil
Evgeniyait looks like there is a problem with the pressure sensor in your pressure cooker - either it has misaligned over time, or the contacts are slightly oxidized, the contact disappears during heating ... If the contact on the sensor is open, the heating element stops heating, and the display shows 0.7b
The sensor itself is a fairly simple electromechanical device, it is very easy to get to it, from the bottom of the device, at the bottom, it is enough to remove the metal plate that covers access to the insides of the device. Maybe it will be enough just to clean the contact or check the sensor triggering. And also check the entire electrical circuit from contact to board. But this should be done by a specialist who understands this matter. If there are no skills and knowledge in electrical engineering, it is better not to climb, so as not to harm even more. Somehow earlier in another topic I posted pictures of this sensor:
Multi-cooker-pressure cooker-slow cooker Steba DD2 / DD2 XL # 6445
And the DD2 model is completely similar in size and bowls to DD1. The only difference is in the Simmering + program with an extended temperature range.

Alex_Fil,
Thank you for your prompt reply, especially on a weekend!
I didn't dare to disassemble the insides, I'll take it to the service. Or buy a new one and do not warm your head, the service is far from us :(

Hello hostesses.
Tell me please, the multicooker came yesterday, but I'm confused by how the lid sits in the "closed" position (a huge gap in three corners), so it should be or is it a marriage? Replaced the spare rubber ring, exactly the same.
Thank you in advance.

I rarely use pressure cookers for cooking, but I like to make canned food in a small barrel. This year I made mackerel, pink salmon and just a chicken with cabbage (nostalgia, in my youth I loved such canned food)

Zhenya, everything is simple in the same place, you put everything in jars, screw the lid, in a cartoon with water up to the hangers and under pressure for 50-80 minutes, then tighten the lids and turn it under the blanket. Everything is simple to disgrace.

Well, byra ran and put the recipes!
yes, please

Well, there is a recipe about fish, and in the same topic, Helen the Kubanochka shows and tells how she cooks in a pressure cooker. I cooked the fish for 60 minutes, but the bones in the pink salmon are still not very soft, they chew, but I don't want to swallow. Yes, and I added lemon juice to each jar, with acid the fish keeps its shape better. And salt, for a 0.5 liter jar of 1 tsp with a hill, for a 250g jar of 0.5 tsp or an incomplete teaspoon.

To your health With meat stew, everything is the same, raw meat in pieces in jars, salt, pepper and also cook for 90 minutes, take out, twist the lid and turn it over on a towel until it cools completely. You can wrap it up like additional heat and sterilization, but it seems to me that after high pressure, in 1.5 hours, this wrapping is no longer needed nafik

In general, here somewhere Lenchik wrote how she cooks stew in a bowl and in the freezer, puts it in bags. I did it, I liked it. If you need to quickly cook the soup or for the second.
So now terrorize Lenka about the details

Hello everyone! Tell me, pliz, is it like that for everyone? After switching on and during the operation of the pressure cooker, a rather loud knock is periodically heard, it seems as if the relay is clicking. It seems that from the very beginning this was not the case, although, perhaps, they simply did not pay attention.
marinastom
Knock? I didn’t notice ... There is a click, it is, indeed, the relay switches.
Creamy
Chris, I have such cans knock on the bottom of the Shteba. when these cans are pressure sterilized. What a roar!
marinastom
Alevtina, by the way, yes! I also thought that the cans should knock. Is it not critical for cans? Do you underlay something under them?
I have never done ...
Creamy
marinastom, Marina, I do not underlay anything. I've been doing it for three years. The first two times I was worried. And then no more. I sterilize everything in small jars. Most of all I like to immediately sterilize 8 cans at a time, but I have cans of 200 ml.
Chris
marinastom,
Well, maybe a click, but quite loud? And how often do you click?
marinastom
Not very loud, at least not annoying.
I can’t tell if it is constant or occasional, but I notice it regularly.
You know, we have a user here Alex_Fil, it is better to ask him about the technical part.
Chris

Thank you!
In the overwhelming number of models of multi-cookers and multi-cookers-pressure cookers (if we discard the induction and low-power, low-displacement heating elements), the temperature or pressure (which is interdependent) is maintained by supplying the supply voltage to the heating element through an intermediate relay. This electromechanical device, when triggered, of course, makes sounds - clicks.
Suppose the temperature (or pressure) in the bowl has reached the desired value and further heating must be stopped - click, the relay has opened the contacts. The temperature (or pressure) gradually falls and to maintain them, which is controlled by the sensors, the heating must be turned on. The relay clicks, turning on the heating of the heating element. And so the entire cooking cycle occurs periodically. This is normal and should not scare anyone.
Cook delicious dishes for your pleasure!

Good day ! Tell me, the staff broke. When plugged into an outlet, the display flashes, it has not yet been taken to repair. What could it be? Thank you in advance.

Girls, tell me what is the maximum temperature of Steba and in what mode?
lana light
maximum - on Zharka, in degrees - somewhere 150-160 * C probably
Olka D
good evening, my Shteba began to freak out with the temperature, several times tried to boil rice in the usual mode, porridge 0.7 - 10 minutes, the pressure was gained in a minute, after 10 minutes, raw rice, began to check on other programs, the pressure of 0.7 appeared at a temperature at 70 gr., chose heating, raised the temperature to 83 for another 10 minutes, then decided the last time for "porridge" by 0.7, but 15 minutes.
And, finally, the pressure was recruited as usual, 15 minutes of cooking and at the end of 98 grams, I understand that it is less than before, but the result happened.
Tell me what the failure was, the last time I cooked cottage cheese in it, I don't remember such problems before.
Where can you take it to the repair, In Moscow, buying a new head is not included in the plans))
Robin bobin
Does the valve rise? I had this when. sorry, a little pin is covered with dirt. Shteba then perceives it as raised and starts the program almost immediately, on unheated rice and water. Wait for the repair, maybe just disassemble and flush the valve.
Olka D
Robin bobin, Lena, yes, the valve rose, on the display 0.7, did a reset and to heat it up, showed a temperature of 70 grams, we wash the pin and valve after each cooking, of course, now I will try to rinse it thoroughly, thanks for the advice

Tortured
Help me please! We bought the staff only because of the languor function. Yesterday they brought the device. I set the pace and time. The valve is turned to an empty circle. The indicator rises to 33 degrees and already at the same time begins to puff and release steam. Mnogooo. I open the lid. Everything is in full swing there. Boils. The temperature goes off scale. She immersed the thermometer - 85 waited, put it off. In short, I tried languishing several times - it starts cooking under pressure and prepares everything for me in 10 minutes. What am I doing wrong? Who writes such instructions for the technique ???
Bijou
Tortured, and what temperature do you set? The fact that this is exactly the languor does not tell us anything - I, for example, make baked goods on it or fry potatoes.
And how does Ste6a lead on the Heating? Also, the temperature on the display underestimates several times?

80 degrees and 4 hours .... and pressure is related to temperature?

Bijou, and have not tried other programs ... try heating? But at 95 I was planning to cook jellied meat for 10 hours. Shouldn't she cook under pressure? I don't need this pressure at all
Bijou
Well, theoretically, the relationship is straight - the higher the pressure, the higher the temperature. The converse is also true, of course, but only for closed volumes. But to boil for 80 grams - it's somewhere in the Himalayas, probably, you need to cook.))

All over it turns out (if everything stated by you really exists) that the multicooker is faulty and should be handed over to the store - under no circumstances can it boil at 80 grams, regardless of the position of the valve. And even more so to display only 33 degrees.

Usually the degrees dance a little, but quite a bit. Around the set temperature. But this is logical: we set it to 50, the car warmed up to 50 and turned off. And the heating element is big and hot, it can't cool down instantly. And it continues to warm. The degrees on the sensor (and display) jump, then they move into the pan and the sensor cools down. As soon as its temperature drops a couple of degrees below the set one, the heating element turns on again and the cycle of oscillations begins anew. The wetter the content and the larger it is, the narrower the fluctuations.
