Ilmirushka
Yulia, I once tried it once and didn't get it anymore, for some reason water drips out of it for a long time, I don't know where. It's easier for me to wash it with my hands.
kavmins
A.lenka, thanks, Lenochka, I have already contacted Valery, I hope everything will be fine!
Girls, you will understand me, life is not the same without Shtebochka ... I'm so sorry that my faithful assistant got sick ... you can see that when I filled her with jam, it did not go in vain ... Girls, take care of your Shtebochki, they are our workers and do-it-yourselfers! Without them, as without hands ...

Ilmira, and so I have never washed the lid in the PPM.
Maybe that's why something fell apart in the lid, from washing in the dishwasher
A.lenka
In my lid DD2 a piece fell off from the black cover-handle. It does not affect working qualities, although it is not particularly pleasant to look at this jaggedness. But the cost of a new cover somehow dulls vision temporarily.

Jenealis, and you washed the lid in the dishwasher?
a couple of times a long time ago, mostly with my hands. And what not? Ilmirushka, in normal stores the lid is not available, and in comfort the maximum is an irresponsible price for delivery, a quarter of the cost of the lid. moreover, when ordering, its cost is automatically calculated, there is no way to choose.

Good day! Please tell me a proven service center in Moscow! Yesterday, the stem was covered ... something clicked and smelled of wiring inside ...

I also need an address where I can make Shtebu DD1.

I want to express my deep gratitude to all those who wrote to me in a personal message with a desire to help in my situation with the lid from the stem. Once again I was convinced what a friendly and responsive forum we have. True, all the advice was a little late, or maybe I was in a hurry, but the cover was ordered. And what was my disappointment when she came not working. Something stuck in it (the float, as I understand it), and it did not close. But here Valery Shtebovich came to the rescue and sent me a new cover without waiting for the old one to return from me! Hurray, little red riding hood is with me again! With such a service, I am now really not afraid that it will break. Valery wrote to me himself (!) With a proposal to resolve the issue with little blood, although today the bulk is only trying to find financial benefits in everything, and stayed in touch until the whole situation was resolved. But the guarantee for it has ended TWO years already. Here is this service! I am happy with the device, but now I am even more happy with the brand it represents. Well, thank you again, girls, for your concern
A.lenka
Jenealis, Eugene, congratulations! It's good that the problem with the lid is finally solved!

Our Shtebovich - a very clever girl! He also offered to give me a damaged part from my Shtebka. But, unfortunately, I will not be able to get her from my village. But the fact itself is amazing and pleasant!
Thank you, dear Valery!

Ha. It has already been noted - there are more problems with covers for new Shteb than for old ones. After the death of the first Shteba, I got a second one. At first, I didn't even get the new cover, I was saving.)) The old one works, despite the fact that inside it all the plastic stubs have long crumbled to dust. And then even it was necessary to urgently change the smells, and brought a new one.So she closed from the very beginning with some sticking. Well, I used it a couple of times and put it off.

Then for a couple of months I existed with the thought that the old lid began to junk - how tight it closes and the float is jammed in the upper position. But I don't need tightness for baking, and I haven't steamed. And so I needed stuffed peppers. That is, at least a correctly working float. I knock over the lid, looking at the ring, and here they are! I still have a new lid in my hands! That is, in a couple of months, she not only did not work in and did not close without grinding and strength exercises, but also the float in it turned off!

I changed it to a well-worn old woman who was washed in a dishwasher, who survived her disassembly and the death of her mistress, Shtebka, not to say that she was perfectly clean - it works great, closes softly, and the float moves correctly and independently, and not exclusively with the help of a Chinese stick.
Jenealis
Elena, Thank you. All representatives would work like this ...Lena, here it also stuck with me, or rather did not close at all. I’ll look closely at the new one, otherwise, don’t bring me away like this, and the float will not rise. 😨 I had it like that once with the old one, the whole bottom of the dish burned
Venera007
Oh, my lid also fell recently, it fell well, the plastic cracked at the bottom and a piece fell off. But while it works, the pressure is gaining, I will not buy a new one yet :)

ABOUT! And I also did not understand what kind of canoe with a recessed pin, when I assembled the metal part from the old cover with the plastic sent ... There, in the end, it turned out to be skewed, so I screwed the pin with the plate from the old one.
Anyway, thanks for being there and sending spare parts!

Valery helped me very quickly, a deep bow to him for his responsiveness and quick solution to the problem - and now I am again with Shtebochka fully armed !!!
Girls, how wonderful it is that our forum is such a friendly family that we share advice here, support each other, that we have a super multicooker Shteba and a representative of the brand Valery is always with us here, who will definitely come to the rescue in which case!

Recently I just read a message about replacing the DD1 board with DD2 and here you are, you needed information, I cut off the socket, Shteba cooked a ham for me at night and my favorite saucepan does not work, but on the Comfort-maximum website I did not find the board in the assortment, you need to write or call ?
LudMila
tatlin, I wrote to them through the "Feedback".

Girls, who in the near future ordered the Shteba in Ukraine? Where did you order? Price?
optimist
I'm still in anticipation of cooking, although I can't imagine which side to approach it from. Here is interesting pork soup for how much will it cook? By default or should you set your time? I mainly plan to cook soup and broths in it.

The outlet costs UAH 3000. But dd2 is out of stock now and doesn't smell there.

optimist, by default there is a very long time on all programs. The same vegetables are cooked not in 15 minutes, but in 9. You need to put buckwheat for 1 minute, I don't even know how much is there by default. I rarely cook soup, I won't say it depends on meat. If portioned pieces, then 5-10 minutes, a bone or a large piece, 30-40 minutes. but the compote is also cooked in a minute.
optimist
TwigFor example, if you set the soup program by default, is it possible, for example, to turn it off after 10 minutes and let off steam?
kavmins
optimist, the default soup is there for 30 minutes, but why do you need this default? you just need to press the minus button and put 10 minutes, everything is very simple there ... I myself am a terrible coward of any technique for the first time I'm afraid of it, but Shtebochka is a miracle as simple)

as for porridge - cooking in time is very dependent on the cereal itself, for example, I put long rice of the same variety for 12-15 minutes, only then it is ready ... buckwheat - for 8-10 minutes ... then decide for yourself, meat also different in quality ... time can be added and subtracted on the scoreboard

Of course, you can turn off the program earlier, without waiting for the completion of the program. But for me personally, it is easier to set the right time at the beginning than remembering to remember to turn off the cartoon after 10 minutes, if you do not change the time before starting cooking! You leave to read a couple of pages on the Bread Maker, and wake up in an hour, oh, my husband will come now!
I do not advise you to forcibly let off steam on soups / borscht immediately after the end of the program. In addition to a strong jet of steam, it can start splashing in all directions. Shteba type is a geyser!
Better to wait at least 10 minutes, the temperature will drop, the pressure will also drop, and the steam will be much less.
It is advised to put a towel on the valve and then bleed it so that it splashes less, but then the valve will still have to be washed - it's not pure water, the splashes will be, but fatty broth! Therefore, I personally do not practice this. But for almost a year of use, I have never disassembled the valve, since nothing ran out and did not stain it. If honestly, I'm afraid to climb to disassemble .. Something wrong, I'll put it back together or put it crookedly ... And so it works and okay! As a big secret, I will say that the O-ring has never been removed from above with a sponge with a washing rinse, rinse and that's it!

It is also better not to forcibly release the pressure when cooking milk porridge, there milk can rush out through the valve! you will have to wash everything around - both Shtebik and the lid / valve and the countertop.

Marina, we mainly eat oatmeal. I put it on all night long. Rice porridge is very tasty in Shteba. Straight the most delicious. But we can't cook rice, that's why I no longer cook porridge in Shteba

Laris, and my husband and I are bastard with thin milk vermicelli made from soft wheat. On Kasha 1 minute. however, I sprinkle the vermicelli in boiling milk, stir and slam. Pressure picks up instantly and drops too quickly. Yum!

I also cook milk porridge in Dex60, there is a very soulful program "Milk Porridge"

Marina for me, the volume is large in the Shtebe for porridge, I cook a little at all, but here 5 l: crazy: only the bottom will smear, in the main broth therefore I clean the ring with a brush and everything.

Is it okay that it is a couple of thousand cheaper in Eldorado? And nonsense about induction heating is not written there ...
Interestingly, the power was actually added or about a thousand watts is also a lie?

Well, on induction with ambush bowls - they are expensive and the range is low. So "everyone has their own shortcomings."

Yes, I thought that maybe in Mvideo there are some coupons or promotional codes .. In the last half-year, they do nothing at all in simplicity - constant, like "promotions" - sometimes games, then SMS codes ... You can't win much , but sometimes it can be lucky.
Good luck.
