Ingredients

Lemons, thin 3 pcs.
Sugar 900 BC
Saffron (stigma) pinch
Water (boiling water)
Regular soda

Cooking method

  • Wash the lemons thoroughly, cut into slices with the zest and place in a blender jar.

  • Start cooking and bring to a boil. Turn off.

  • And immediately strain, throwing back on a sieve. Cool down.
  • This is how it turns out, thanks to saffron, a cute, bright lemon syrup!

Note

I just want to add that if the lemons are thick-chested, then it is better to remove at least half of the zest. Otherwise, the lemonade may taste bitter. It will also taste bitter if you do not strain it immediately, but leave it to cool with the zest. It will infuse and give bitterness.
