Madeleine with milk caramel

Ingredients

Butter 200 g
Wheat flour 200 g
Granulated sugar 200 g
Milk 100 ml
Egg 3 pcs
Vanilla sugar 20 g
Salt pinch

Cooking method

  • Melt the butter and cool.
  • Cook caramel from milk and sugar. To do this, heat the milk. Pour sugar into a saucepan with a thick bottom and heat until it melts (be careful, do not burn!), Pour hot milk and cook until slightly thickened.
  • Beat eggs with vanilla sugar and salt in a thick foam.
  • Add flour, mix everything (the dough will be thick)
  • Add cooled caramel in portions, while mixing everything thoroughly.
  • Then the cooled oil. Mix everything thoroughly again.
  • Leave on for 30 minutes.
  • Fill the molds with the already thickened dough.
  • Bake at 180about15-17min.
