I think that water is not enough for a kg of potatoes. I immediately put the casserole at 1h10min (set it for an hour. Was light), then turn it over and for another 15 minutes.
I noticed that baking during the day and in the evening is different, depending on the voltage.

I made potatoes according to this recipe almost on the first day - yes, for a kilo or a little less potatoes - half a glass - wow, you ran, looked at your notes - this is my bobble - one and a half cups of boiling water with tomato paste diluted in boiling water. (It seems like I wrote on a sober drink) and on the "Stew" mode - everything was without punctures. The pressure should have picked up! Or the lid was not closed properly!
On "Manual" you can set both the time and the T to cook the beans.

Surprisingly, the yoghurt turned out to be delicious. Honestly, after reading the intricacies of its preparation (after I put it on), I did not expect that anything would work out there at all - yogurt at best. He took the yogurt, which was in the store with living organisms, ultra-pasteurized milk, poured it into ordinary glass jars of 0.5 and 0.72 liters (the second, by the way, fit right next to it), added a little sugar, covered with ordinary lids, added cold water to the bowl, milk too it was cold right out of the refrigerator, the yogurt had small pieces of peach at the bottom (I tried to extract them), I put on the Yogurt mode for 6 and a half hours. Despite all the violations, the product turned out. In the smaller jar, the liquid separated a little, in the larger one it is generally perfect quintessence and delicious.

Baking in 6050 is slightly different from 6051. That is, in 6050, you can bake a lot on Porridge and Rice, as well as on Baking of course. And in 6051 on Rice, personally with me, the program turns off, either with a casserole or with a biscuit. Therefore, I left this venture and use only Baking.
At 6051, the time on Baking is often increased by 10 minutes. For casseroles, I use Manual.
