In general, purely subjectively, these PMMs look like Ariston five or seven years ago (just cars of those times are still working for people).
As for the convenience of placing dishes - I have 45 cm and some Tetris elements are present, but this applies to all machines of this width. This is a matter of habit and does not bother you already. And when I looked into the 60 cm Haier (the one mentioned in the quote, detached), my heart sank and rolled into the bushes. There is where to throw pans, without looking.

I have a narrow Bosch. With the shortest drying program - 30 minutes, Tetris is not needed. But in the morning I put on Auto. That is, I use a short program when time the sink is running out.

I have Siemens for more than a year, made in Germany - it took so long to choose - so that the nozzle for washing trays and a half load and a beam on the floor and something else - would be happy! But I do not use half of the functions - and so everything suits me. But my friend, having decided to try - whether she needs it or not - bought from her hands (5 times cheaper !!!) an old Ariston ... and she is also glad - the same clean dishes! So ... I think ... was it worth paying more? ..

Oh, and I put the baking trays and washed them without any nozzle. And of course, having bought salt and rinse aid, I was convinced that it is much better than just tablets.
