Cookies a la Tuk (pasta machine Philips HR2355 / 09)

Ingredients

Flour 240 gr.
Grate cheese on a fine grater 60 gr.
Softened butter or melt 60 gr.
Tomato juice or diluted tomato 80-90 ml.
Soda 1/4 tsp
Provencal herbs 1 tsp
Salt to taste 1/2 tsp
Sugar optional 1/2 tsp

Cooking method

  • Mix dry ingredients, including cheese, turn on the pasta machine, add oil and tomato. If the oil is softened or the tomato is thick, add accordingly to the open machine. I had thick juice so it took 90mg. if liquid, then 80 mg., see for yourself, so that the crumb is not too dry and when squeezed hold its shape.
  • Bake for 15 minutes. at 180 top-bottom or 160 with convection.

Maria, thanks for the delicious cookie recipe! What kind of attachment did you do?
Maria093
With a smooth cookie cutter, for beauty, I pricked it a little with a fork, in the photo it's really not visible. We appreciated it

And I somehow ignored these attachments, it turns out that in vain

Cookies are made so quickly that they will always help out! They are the most inexpensive of all baits on Ibei, I bought from a seller from Japan, about 900 r for two, smooth and ribbed. I think you can try the lasagna attachment, but replace the cheese with flour. I tried, for fasting people I replaced cheese with flour, and butter with lean, the difference is very small, with vegetable oil they crunch even more

By the way, I also thought about climbing. Now I will try to create, then I will report.

Very interesting

Maria, I'm reporting)). I liked the crunches to taste, I put tomato powder instead of tomato paste, and adjusted the liquid accordingly. She melted the butter, grated the cheese finely. But through the "Lasagne" they squeezed out with breaks, changed to "Shells". They turned out scary, but did not affect the taste)))

Cool, I'll try lasagna too, sorry for the shells, but they are thicker than lasagna?
