Berry ice cream

Ingredients

Milk (fat) 700 g
Chicken eggs 2 pcs
Sugar 200 g
Flour (starch) 1 tbsp. l.
Berries (raspberries, gooseberries, currants) 2/3 cup

Cooking method

  • Ice cream for those with a sweet tooth, tastes like custard. This is a simplified recipe Plombir from Lagri... I don't want him to get lost!
  • You will need: a silicone spatula, a blender and a multicooker (you can do with a pot and a whisk).
  • Cooking:
  • 1) We put 650g of milk in a multicooker, for example, on the "Steam" mode.
  • 2) We turn sugar in a blender into powder, pour berries, flour, 50g of milk to it, break the eggs, mix everything until smooth. If there are few sour berries like red currants, then you can reduce the amount of sugar to 150g.
  • 3) Cook "jelly", pouring the berry mixture in a thin stream into the hot milk, stirring constantly with a spatula. Bring to a boil, turn off the multicooker, stir for a short while to further thicken the mixture and remove the bowl from the heater - put it in a bowl of water to cool. It will be necessary to stir the mixture several times as it cools.
  • 4) Since there will be a lot of ice cream, it is advisable to put the bowl in the refrigerator for additional cooling, and then move its contents to the ice cream maker.
  • 5) Setting time 35-45 minutes (depending on the refrigerator). Finished ice cream can be put into muffin baking tins.
