Ice cream with coffee

Ingredients

Cream 20% 600 ml
Egg 3 pcs
Sugar 80 g
Bitter chocolate 1 tile
Coffee 30 ml
Vanilla
Cinnamon
Nutmeg

Cooking method

  • I will share my experience, it may come in handy. I don't mix cream and milk. I always use 20% cream for ice cream and other types based on it. Or add juice for popsicles. If you want a creamier taste add 35% cream, and if less creamy add milk.
  • Pour in 100 ml. cream, put a bar of chocolate. Heat in the microwave, but do not bring to a boil. Brew strong coffee like for Tiramisu and add to the bowl. Cool down. Add eggs and start whisking. Then add sugar, the rest of the cream, vanilla and a small pinch of nutmeg. oerja and cinnamon. Pour into an ice cream maker through a sieve.
  • If you do not add coffee and spices, you get delicious chocolateice cream. My kids love him very much. Maybe yours will like it.

It will definitely come in handy!
But my daughter doesn't seem to like the overly creamy taste. Try to dilute it heavily with milk today.

So fruit will suit my daughter. I gave the recipe, look. It's just not that creamy. If he doesn't like very creamy, replace some of the cream with juice.

Maybe the cream has failed you. Some 35% add a thickener. I once took for a risotto. It was written something like confectionery. It turned out to be such disgusting.

I liked your ice cream very much
My daughter loves everything chocolate
The ice cream maker was just a Christmas present (along with the popcorn maker).

Do eggs remain raw in ice cream?
In the recipe from the book for the ice cream maker, the mixture with eggs must be boiled ...

And it is also written that the prepared mixture must be refrigerated for 12 hours. What for? You can't live without it?

drying, cream only 600 ml. In 100 ml. Melt the chocolate (preferably in the defrosting mode), and then when you beat it, add another 500 ml. Another important point. Pour all the ingredients into a mixer bowl, beat, and then add the chilled cream and eggs. If you add the cream right away, the chocolate may solidify at the bottom.

kolynusha Thank you very much, but I already muddied the cream there was much less, next time I will take into account all the nuances and about the microwave too, otherwise I had it all in milk today ... poor thing, I'll see what happened tomorrow !!! And I'm already preparing for an experiment with baked milk for tomorrow. I think to do it the same way as an ice cream ... or better, people, what do you think?

Girls, well, that's what came out of the coffee-chocolate ice cream))
At the end, I also added pieces of chocolate and cookies)))
My husband said the phrase that killed me "you can't find so many nuts in the store" (there was no nut at all, apparently confused with cookies))) Next in line (in the freezer) ice cream made from baked milk with burnt sugar, well, like crème brulee, I hope I will have time to take a picture, they will not eat
Ice cream with coffee

When the ice cream had already "grabbed" I put chocolate in small thin pieces (the half-eaten chocolate bunny was used))) and pieces of chocolate-covered cookies.

Excuse me, I didn't quite understand. Need to put in both the cocoa and the chocolate bar?
kolynusha
krapivkaI tried making chocolate ice cream with cocoa, no chocolate. Ice cream is delicious, but the taste is not so rich and pronounced. We love chocolate a lot. Try two options and choose one of your choice.
