Maikla
Galina, so I think, let's play with a couple of oranges and abandon this juicer, I will look longer.

I have the same set, except for the juicer. And these buttons .... oooh .... couldn't they have gotten rid of them in 25 years?
Cirre
The set includes 2 lids, one with a pipe, and the second deaf, usual for whipping. Here is such

I choose a harvester, blender, processor
Maikla
Galina, here, and it is necessary? You can grind or beat without it?
Cirre
Tanya, you can knock down with a pipe, put a plug there, but it's not very convenient (it seems to me) This cover is, as it were, more compact. You, or on the site, find out or in the service whether it is possible to order. It’s strange that she’s not there.

thanks, I'll look.

I have never used this blank cover. As I put it with my throat, I did everything with her. True, the coffee was not ground.
Cirre
I break everything with a blank lid for adjika and other salads

The answer is no longer valid, delete the message.

Maikla, my mom caught fire, after your message, buy this Energy. She also has Soviet equipment for 30 years without repair and she watches with horror how I have to buy new gadgets every 3 years due to the fact that some plastic trick has flown, and the repair is equal to the price of a new device. There is a declared ice pick, can he really? The power seems to be low ... Write reviews on this thing, since graters / shredders work well in Chinese budget processors (they don't need much), but they suffocate on viscous dough or frozen berries. If the thing is good, then figs with it, with this design!
Cirre
CoffeeberryElena, the ice breaks, though I didn't load much, all the same plastic, albeit strong. I believe that Energy is very good for summer residents, for a house it is still cumbersome. Although if the kitchen allows it, then why not.

I didn't make the dough in it, but I always freeze frozen berries.
Coffeeberry
Galina, no, well, if the ice hurts, then the berries can!
Her kitchen allows, the main thing is that it works and does not break. And then it's hard for an elderly person to wander around the service centers.
Cirre
My first one has been working for more than 20 years, my parents were still buying, and the second one I bought on Avito a year ago, a new one, and then only because the plastic was worn out and the buttons began to sink in on the old combine. He works like a horse during the harvesting period
Elena Bo
Girls, do your harvesters Energy how do buttons work? Do they lock when pressed or do they need to be held? For so many years this question has tormented me.

You push and fix. Red shutdown button. 2 white - speeds, and yellow - instant speed

And I do not register. From the very beginning. So I thought it was marriage. Why else is there a stop button. Okay, I'll hold it. No getting used to. Now I will just know for sure that it should not be so.
Cirre
They stopped fixing on my old one, so I took the other one. And it's hard to throw the crop into processing and hold the button
Coffeeberry
Galina, but this pipe on the left, so as not to chop into the bowl? I see on sale the model that Maikla I wanted (KP1581E-100), but I do not understand from the description whether the mill is included in the package or not.Or is it supposed to make nut butter right in a huge bowl?
Cirre
Lena, yes, you can immediately put it in a frying pan, grind or saucepan, or where else it would come to mind to chop
Coffeeberry
Girls, I still do not understand about the mill - is it bought separately? And what is she outwardly? Mom will not grind coffee in it, of course, but she periodically needs to grind chocolate for baking or nuts. And I can't understand what size it is, won't everything be smeared on the walls, if it's like a big bowl? I apologize if I'm tired of asking questions.
Cirre
Lena They have such a complete set, what they call from this a mill

For grinding, they use knives here or put a white casing on the knives, so it is probably called a mill
Maikla
Cirre, Coffeeberry, sorry, I didn’t see your messages, for some reason notifications about new replies didn’t come.

The harvester is just excellent, I don't know if it will last for 20 years, but it plows like a beast. A mill is just a lid, put on instead of a lid with a sleeve on the same bowl. I want to buy it, because, for example, when grinding crackers, a little wakes up on the table through the flap, not critical, but every time I forget to substitute a plate. Unfortunately, I can't find it anywhere, I look at a used Avito harvester of the same type, but in our city they don't sell such, and I'm afraid to buy from other cities. If anyone has such a cover that is not needed, then I will buy it.

The bowl itself is not big, but due to the "sleeve" you don't notice it. I didn't crush the ice, but I ground the frozen apricots quickly, without straining, the frozen liver is just as good. I tried to cut the sausage, or the sausage was soft, or the combine was too fast, I didn’t get thin, even pieces.

The white casing is put on a knife, this is for batter or creams. Something like an emulsion nozzle. I made mayonnaise with this attachment.

Here is a video of this combine in operation. My daughter was grating potatoes on potato pancakes.

I cannot say that it is bulky, it is right there on the table. I use it, if not every day, then every other day for sure. It's easier for me to wash than to cut with a knife for a long and tedious way.

Z. Y. For small volumes, such as chopping potatoes into soup or one head of onion, I have a burner grater

pawllena
Maikla, mine is already 25 years old. It still works fine.
Maikla
pawllena, I hope mine will work as much, because I'm tired of buying equipment every 2-3 years.
Coffeeberry
Tatyana, yeah, well, then in fact there is no mill there. Thank you for the video! At the end, do you catch the potato slices that have not been chopped up, often they remain? With me, it's just that if something happens to not be crushed, then the grater remains on top, it does not fall into the bowl.
Maikla
Quote: Coffeeberry
At the end, do you catch the potato slices that have not been chopped, often remain like that?
I won't tell you about the frequency, they chopped the potatoes for the first and only time so far. There were probably some slices from a tea plate. Then we tried to throw them again and grind them, but they immediately flew out
There weren't so many leftovers with carrots
then the grater remains on top, does not fall into the bowl
Probably if you do not rub for a fly, then here the same will remain on top of the grater. Next time you need to try to grind the leftovers with a closed damper
in fact there is no mill there
Yes, there is no separate mill, this is the same bowl only with a different lid.

Girls, does anyone have a Braun Multisystem K-3000 or K-1000? True, in Russia it did not seem to be on sale. In some topic I read good reviews on him (K-3000), in my opinion from Tsyganka. And now AVITO has a new K-1000 (it seems to be the same in appearance and power, maybe there are fewer nozzles, but there are basic ones), so I think, is it worth taking or not? On the Braun Multisystem K-3000, reviews on the Internet are good, but I did not find anything about the K-1000

I bought this shredder (a discounted product, yes points) - I have a small shredder and a medium one, and this one is quite large, but very compact on the table, and for a small volume - it seemed to me convenient - to get the combine for half a liter of finished vegetable mixes ...
I don’t know how he will show himself further, while I really like it
kirch
Irina, And I have something he did not go. I wanted it for the dough in 21 seconds, something didn't work out, the liver for the pate is also not very good. I still look like Vicki's from time to time and want to, but when I think how much it costs me, I hit myself on the hands

Please help me choose a mixer that could knead the dough on dumplings.

Lyudmila, I don't know if it's still relevant or not. There is no mixer (namely, a mixer with a whisk, not an analogue) capable of kneading tough dough, like on dumplings. This function requires power. Rather, a blender with knives will do.

We have a wonderful dough recipe on our forum, which many people use for noodles and dumplings. Pay attention to the aggregate used by the recipe author

Dumplings dough without kneading in 21 seconds! (dough for dumplings with knives in a food processor) + video (Doxy)

I choose a harvester, blender, processor
Mirabel
Irina, Ludmila, Girls! I do not have such a processor, the Germans charge almost the whole cost for the shipment.
I bought Philips like this
🔗
very happy with it! copes with the test in 21 seconds and other types of test perfectly!
LudmilaAnd the one that Ira showed is also in 800ml ... well, it grinds well, but not very convenient to use.

Mirabel, Vika, is 350 enough power? And 500 g of flour with liquid fit?
Mirabel
kirch, Luda, yes yes, everything is fine! I did not knead tough dough in it, but the crumb turns out great and made shortbread dough, everything is fine too.
kirch
Vika, thanks. And it's kind of compact. What is its height?
Ludmila (Luda)
Kara, Mirabel, $ vetLana, Thank you. The topic is relevant, but as a beginner, I did not really formulate the question, and it seems in the wrong topic.
Thanks for the tip on the model of the combines. I just do not really know what and what (except for planetary mixers) you can knead the dough.
Please tell me, dumplings can be kneaded with a hand mixer which has hooks.

I wanted it for the test in 21 seconds,
well, he is still a chopper, not a harvester, the knives are small, low, not rigidly fixed

I didn't use it on raw meat, I don't really like minced cutter, although it's very convenient for making cutlets for kids, the portion is not large

and I liked this grinder specifically on vegetables, fruits, berries, in terms of functions it is akin to a stationary blender
but Bosche hospitals of such capacity and volume are both more expensive and more cumbersome

it is convenient for me to use, there is something to compare with, there is not one grinder of different types, * his head * is not very heavy, it is put in a special position without fitting, the glass bowl is heavy, which gives good stability during work

It is unlikely. Irsha knows how to use hooks on a hand mixer, maybe she will tell you something useful, but I didn't even try - I was sure in advance that it would not work. Firstly, hand mixers are weak (even a large Kenwood dumplings knead with great effort, it's already scary to look at), and secondly, my hands simply won't be enough to hold it.Then it's easier right away with your hands. ((Although all my life I have been making custard so that it is difficult not to knead so.
Rituslya
Ludmila (Luda), I have a Boshevsky mixer with a bowl. So, when there was nothing more suitable in stock, then I tried to cope with dumplings in it. The mixer together with the bowl walked straight, but nothing ... Cope. Later, of course, I still searched for him with my hands.
Kara
Ritul, I, too, a long time ago, as a child, kneaded the dough with hooks with a mixer, we had a German one, probably lived for 30 years. I did so, did not knead the full amount of flour, so that there was already dough, but not yet dumplings and kneaded with hooks. Then she took out the mixing with her hands, adding the required amount of flour. So I think any mixer can. But so that from the beginning of the process to the end

Lena said correctly, I have Keshka when the dumplings are kneading, I'm scared
$ vetLana
Ludmila (Luda), the bread maker kneads perfectly, but that's another story and different prices. With mixing hooks, only the initial dough can be kneaded, and kneaded by hand.
My food processor is small. I still have an old Philips (he is already 25 years old). There the bowl is more convenient. There is a dough hook, but I didn't use it - it's inconvenient. The dough was made only with knives. If the harvester could not cope, she would stir it with her hands.

especially, if such a non-pelmeni dough is allowed to lie down for a while, then it is stirred quickly and almost does not stick to your hands, the gluten will develop

if you make it not crumbs, but immediately ready, as in dough mixers or xn = its structure is cycling

my mother, who doubts very much about any equipment in the kitchen, my dumplings from the combine (SANYO = Energy is its wonderful counterpart) always praised
Bijou
And how to do it so that "not a crumb"? The knives crush the protein threads, but they need to be pulled. ((

I totally agree!!! Moreover, once I got this dough sucked between the knife and the frame on which it is attached. I thought everything, Khan Keshke. I barely picked it out. Since then I have been making dumplings dough only in a bowl with a hook
