In 1010, the valve can be raised and placed diagonally, and if it does not hold that way, then the plug can be substituted
Maybe you can do that in Bork too?
Why, if you can just twist it, but I'm afraid, it’s painfully all computer smart, suddenly it will be interrupted and turned off by such physics? ))))
julifera
I propose an alternative - so as not to twist and not be afraid

But then you have to watch yourself.
In short, cooking borscht in a pressure cooker is a perversion

I don’t know about Borok, but if pressure is not reached at 1010, the handle turns and the lid can be opened.

good day! you have MV Bork U700 Brand 502 Redmond RMC-M90 in what way do you mainly distinguish induction from tenes? and how you are satisfied with Redmond 90, otherwise I read a lot on the forums that its lid in the mounts is cracking.
Yanata0077
My cuckoo has arrived today! Tomorrow I will start the first tests. While the feeling of joy is somehow incomprehensible. I think I'm a little afraid of her. And already the first question - where can I see how to remove the protective screen, tell me.
Sneg6
It's simple, pull it over.
Yanata0077
Thank you, and we talked with her, and took off the lid, and carried out the steam treatment. I study the recipe book, the quantity is impressive. I remember how difficult it was with Marusya, there were practically no recipes, and I was a beginner multi-water. The cuckoo is already bolder, just to figure it out with cooking under pressure.

Let's share the already tested programs from the 1055 book? Especially the cooking time and how did it come about? Do not mind?

My humble experience:
- stew with potatoes (p. 63) on the "Stew" program - I didn't know the time, but everything worked out well.

- rice, on the "rice" program I tried to cook porridge for dogs in a ratio of 1: 2 + added frozen zucchini from the freezer, cut into cubes, the rice was long-grain. It turned out to be a viscous porridge, burned a little, next time I will make such rice in the "buckwheat" mode, where the proportions of cereals to water are 1: 2, in the "rice" mode the proportion is 1: 1 - perhaps because of this I did not get what I wanted.

- compote (p. 191) set the time for 20 minutes, temperature 80 degrees, then let it brew on heating. Everything is fine.

- vegetable soup with meatballs (as an example, I took the recipe from page 25) the "soup" program, if I'm not mistaken, it lasts about 40 minutes. The soup turned out to be terribly overcooked, I didn't like it.

- orange biscuit with zest (page 177) - duration 1 hour, everything is baked, not raw ... ideally, the crust would have been baked a little less from the bottom, but nothing burnt. And in my opinion there is too much sugar in the recipe 1 + 3/4 cups ... I added one glass and it was sweet and that with sour oranges.I poured pine nuts and chocolate drops (purchased) from myself - it was not superfluous.

- millet millet porridge (page 143) - after "the dish is ready" it seemed a little thin, but when heated it completely reached the desired condition, everything worked out.

- potatoes with mushrooms, there is no recipe in the book, I tried to follow the recommendations from page 177 - multi-cook 35 minutes, 120 degrees ... it seemed to me after "the dish is ready" damp, but everyone said that it was impossible ... complete lack of knowledge and experience, I probably agree with this and double-check the recipe maybe where I messed up in the settings.

Girls, I read you and persuaded my husband to buy a novelty cuckoo 1055, she only came to me. Now you need to surprise the family with goodies, justify the price))). The multicooker is my first, I don't even know which side to approach it. Sorry, maybe I’ll ask stupid questions, but I hope you will understand me))). In the morning I want to try to cook porridge for the child. Here's a question, if in the evening you put all the ingredients (milk, cereals, salt, sugar) and put on the timer, the milk will not spoil?
zvezda
Julia..... I'm falling straight from you
1. I recommend trying on the PP mode !!! The temperature is preset there 95-97 *, I think that's the best for the soup !!!! I cooked jellied meat at 93 * in 1054 - 1.5 hours and 2 hours on heating (not on purpose, but almost always it turns out like that !!!!
2. The YOGHURT mode is tested !!!!!!!! Cook boldly !!!! My recipe cannot be changed .... 1 liter of milk + 1 bottle (small) or 2 boxes of 150g each. Activations without fillers. Further, sugar to taste !!!!
3. RIS mode tested !!!! Proportions 2m. Art and water up to mark 2 !!!
4. MILK Porridge has been tested (recipe posted)
5. Now the next step is PLOV-I will cook today ...... I shoot everything on video .... but I can't post it here .... look in YouTube !!!
What questions ..... ask !!!!!

Induction, indeed, works faster, and is much more economical, with this it bribes me.
BUT!!! I constantly drive these thoughts away from myself, although there is nowhere to go from them - all these electromagnetic radiation are harmful. I try not to use the microwave, since this principle of exposure is definitely harmful, and induction is the same microwave ((((
Therefore, I do not refuse teng, what is called bridges I do not burn. More and more worried about health risks

No, not harmful, the main thing is not to stick your head into the microwave working chamber and not to read about scientific nonsense on the Internet, this has a bad effect on digestion. Induction and microwave frequency are two big differences. In the microwave, it is a magnetron loaded onto the furnace chamber.

Hello everyone
I am the happy owner of a small Panasonic and a large moulinex (I am not friends with him, I only cook meat under the high pressure). So the cuckoo caught fire, I don't want to be strong, but for now I decided to read what's what ..

So a question arose: I cook oatmeal on the stove (all other porridge in Panasika), I need it to cook for no more than five minutes (long-boiled flakes), and the rest of the time (usually overnight) it is wrapped up and comes slowly. Here in the cuckoo, in manual mode, you can set the cooking time for 5 minutes, the temperature (I don't even know which one ??) and then what would the heating automatically turn on? And can I cook with a delay in manual mode? By the way, 5 minutes without pressure, that would be like on a stove ...
Thanks in advance for your answer, help with advice))))
martula
Today for the first time I made oatmeal in Kukushka on the "Oatmeal" mode ... the recommended composition was given in the recipe book:

- instant oatmeal;
- water.

I had oatmeal "Extra", which is boiled on the stove, that is, it is not Bystrov ... I used 50% milk + 50% water ...
I forgot to mark the time on the clock how much the cartoon will be cooking (well, why, why the developers do not indicate the time of each program anywhere). As a result, the porridge turned out to be very wonderful, it suits the taste, consistency ... in general, now this is a recipe for every day for our family.

Today I spotted it on purpose. Was really with a stopwatch! Installed on a multi-cooker 120 degrees and 8 minutes. I cooked potatoes. Cuco 1054. From the very start to "the dish is prepared" - 41 minutes !!! Fuck. Cook in a saucepan 2 times faster (((. One thing pleases - do not look closely!)))

I will set different times and see if the same time is added to the set time.

martula
Here I have a direct problem - I forget to count the time so that over time I understand which program is cooking how much .... I need to put a clock next to the cartoon, maybe at least I won't forget that ((((

Thank you, now I will know that there are no problems with the "oatmeal" mode, but my question is still relevant ...

shl. I would also very much like to know if the baking is really toasted and on top ??? There is no oven outside the city, I plan to use it for baking with might and main. In Panasonic, everything suits, but I would like to blush without turning over.

Well, okay, it's still the best I've seen ...

Unfortunately, this is my first cartoon and I still do not have an understanding of what happens in other cartoons .... when the signal "the dish is ready" sounded, I added ghee from Izbenka (I love him very much) + sugar, raisins ... and when the porridge was already in the plates, it was already soaked in all this ... therefore, I cannot answer your question, unfortunately ...

At 1054 - I make a tender casserole on "biscuit"
At 1055 - this is 1 level "Oven" - by temperature
By time 50-60 minutes
Then let stand in a bowl - I leave for about 1 hour
And I cook with an hour's "rest"
It turns out perfect - Keeps the shape - lukewarm (not hot, but a comfortable temperature for the taste buds)
The casserole is wonderful

Julia
Scarecrow
More than logical - pilaf or rice. I don’t use the pilaf program (I don’t even remember if I have it, I think I have it)))), I use programs for rice. Since pilaf involves meat, it must be well cooked and the program settings most likely take this fact into account. We have no meat and vegetables are cooked much faster. So the "rice" program will help you.

Only I do not fry anything and always add a frozen mixture of vegetables (green beans, peas, carrots and you).
martula
Scarecrow, I'm afraid to do the "Pilaf" mode .... he also assumes meat, but I just need loose rice for a side dish ...

On the "rice" program, I made rice for the dogs ... it turned out to be a mess, but perhaps the proportions of rice and water are needed not 1: 2, but some others for friability?

About pilaf, I wrote the same as you))).

Actually, Kuko's bowl is marked. And there is a scale on which not liters are written, but 1, 2, 3, etc. These are the rice cups are marked. You have directly above this scale and it says "White Rice".

Multicooker Cuckoo SMS-HE1055F - reviews and discussion

Pour a certain number of multi-cooker glasses of dry rice into a bowl (I cook 2 glasses completely for 4 people). Add water to the mark corresponding to the number of glasses. 2 poured - top up to mark 2. 3 poured - up to the mark three, etc. Salt, you can add a tiny piece of butter (in your case, it is not worth it - you will fry in butter, it will be present anyway) and turn it on!

You fry the vegetables, pour the rice into the bowl directly into the bowl (the rice in the glass should not be with a slide, not with a dip, but flush with the edges of the glass), then add water to the desired mark. The smear was simply due to the wrong ratio of water to rice or the wrong kind of rice. In addition, it is advised to rinse the rice to clean water (I do not always do this and it still turns out well. With rinsed it is even better). Measure out the required amount of rice with a multi-glass, pour into any cup and rinse with several waters (in lukewarm water). Then put this rice in a bowl with vegetables and add water as I said.

By doing this, you will wash off the top rice starch, rice dust from sanding. When cooked, it partly forms a "paste" in water and makes rice into a paste and porridge. It also depends heavily on the type of rice. How much he gives these substances into the broth. Therefore, take rice seriously too. Round grain rice for porridge. His job is to boil over. Just like arborio for risotto. Very starchy rice that forms a porridge. For friable rice, you need medium-grain, long-grain varieties or scented rice (jasmine refers to medium-grain, basmati refers to long-grain). Brown (brown) rice is cooked using a specific technology; it will not be cooked on a regular rice program. I stopped using parboiled rice a long time ago. And the classic varieties for pilaf (lazarus, devzira) are not found in our free sale.

Our family loves rice very much, so I even bought a Panasonic rice cooker my native Japanese induction and expensive one. So her bowl is marked in four places: for ordinary white rice. rice for sushi, brown rice and rice soup / broth / porridge.

Hope it helped!

Rice in a cuckoo will definitely not cook 1 \ 1 or 1 \ 1.25.
