I don't have 1055 yet, but I have Bork, which is very similar in theory. So I think that by the time from the recipes to 1054 you need to add about 20 minutes, regardless of the time in the recipe.That is, you just set the time for heating / pressure build-up and gentle steam release.

Regarding the amount of water for rice and pilaf - the proportion is not more than 1/1, if there is a lot of vegetables and meat, then there is even less water, otherwise there will be porridge.
