Good day! Maybe there is someone from Ukraine? Respond! Where to buy cu-ku 1055 in Ukraine?

This is a novelty, it's hard to say when we have them, just like that in an instant, it seems to me, they won't be brought to us.

If I'm not mistaken - 1054 has been on sale in Russia for a year and only then came to us alive.

martula
Newbie diary, day two

I cooked a compote of dried fruits, rose hips and lemon - on a standard program for 20 minutes at 80 degrees, then heating. Everything is delicious, I will do it, I liked everything! No questions.

Then there was vegetable soup with meatballs ... and here there are questions and the "soup" mode for my set of products I absolutely did not like ... details and questions:
If I were on email. I cooked soup from the same set of products on the stove, the cooking time would be much shorter + I could remove the scale and add broccoli 10 minutes before cooking ... having put on the "soup" program, I basically did not know how long this process would take how to stop it and what will come of it ... it all came out digested. Maybe the "soup" program is designed for cabbage soup, borscht, but for vegetable soups (IMHO) this program is not suitable (((((

I ask the audience for help and call a friend:

Teach, tell me how to adapt to Cuckoo 1055 my soups that I make on the stove. Interested in the phased pressing of buttons and programs if the total cooking time is needed no more than 25 minutes.
I want to remove scale and add vegetables step by step ... and be able to open the lid during cooking, which means I need a mode without pressure. I would be very grateful for clarification !!!

The recipe book on page 39 gives the recipe for "Chicken Noodle Soup" ... in the list of ingredients 80g. boiled noodles and then the noodles are not mentioned anywhere at all, that is, it turns out that for the soup it is necessary to boil the noodles separately and then add it to the ready-made soup? Maybe I don’t understand something, but the logic of this process does not fit in my head ((((and a saucepan on the stove in this situation is better for me, IMHO ...

She left to test the Cuckoo further, on the agenda:

- orange sponge cake with zest page 177 of the recipe book (oven program)
- eggplant rolls page 153 (on the "vegetables" program)

I didn't have any breakdowns.
If you do everything correctly and follow the instructions, the multicooker will delight you with reliable operation!

Girls, why did they prefer this company. After all, a lot is very much and cheaper. Well, if you don't take into account the manufacturer? Don't consider it a stupid question.
Thank you everyone in advance for your answer. I was very worn out with the choice. Of course I tend to this one. many acquaintances have polaris, redmond, etc. from cheaper ones. everyone discourages them, they say that there is no need to clog up the road. Well, in cheaper models, then over time there are some problems, for Redmond, in general, the lids break at the mounts. in general, I'm tired of choosing. 1055 - induction
and 1051 - ten
They do not duplicate each other.
Practice has shown that housewives have three cuckoos at intervals
Multicooker, induction, shade
the order may be different - but all three are for sure!
simkawomen
55 is better at induction heating. on the other hand, 3 d heating is similar to a Russian stove, but I doubt that you can compare electronics in this regard with a wood-burning stove.

Anna, can I ask you to help me determine the mode for cooking soup?

My acquaintance began with a Panasonic friend. Looked - decided - mischief
Acquaintance with the forum - when choosing HP - led to the realization that since so many people use them, then there is something in it!
I bought an inexpensive multicooker for 2 tr
I liked the very idea of cooking.
But I didn’t like that there were many problems. It will work - it will not work - there are no instructions, etc.
Began to study the forum
I went on a visit - cooked cutlets and a casserole in a cuckoo and realized - Yes - this pot is worth its money

Like what? Prepare!!!!!
When we cook on the stove - we have 4 burners
To speed up the process - 3 multicooker - minimum

In the second side dish or pilaf or other dish
In the third, deliciousness is baked for dessert, etc.

I suffered for a year before buying the first Cuckoo -
do not need?
Is it expensive - okay?
Compared the build quality and work - other multicooker
The cost of high-quality tableware of famous brands - which at the same time do not prepare themselves
I counted the time that I spend - "dancing" around the stove
And Cuckoo outweighed!
I won't take the money to the next world - so why not make it easier for yourself - automate cooking?
In addition, I have never been a fan of cooking - but I like to eat deliciously.
Cuckoo made me feel like a cook

Recipes from 1054 are suitable for 1055. And do not try to immediately grasp the immensity. The device will come - you will cut it all at once by poking the buttons. Yanata0077, hello!

I don’t understand anything in cartoons, but yesterday 1055 still appeared with me. I do not feel any squeals and delights yet ... I rather carefully look at this thing. Outwardly, a very pleasant model, it blended into the interior very well ... from what I cooked so far I liked only the compote
About soup - my review on page 7 of this forum, I baked an orange sponge cake with zest from a recipe book - there are no complaints about the quality of baking, about the recommended mode, everything worked out ... I didn't really like the recipe itself (but this is a matter of taste, I will experiment) .. ...
I just tried to make potatoes with mushrooms ... there is no such recipe in the book, I decided to take the initiative, what happened - Multipovar 35 minutes 120 degrees - not enough, the potatoes are damp, I started it again.

There are no recipes for this cartoon on the net, I'm tired of looking, I realized that I have to try everything myself ... and what else is left?
And I also realized that for my family a 3 liter bowl in this cartoon is not enough, buying a second multi is just a matter of time.

Yanata0077, hello!

Multi-cook 35 minutes 120 degrees - not enough, the potatoes are damp, started over again.

35 minutes 120 degrees and the potatoes are damp ?! You haven't messed up anything ?! Pressure cooking (although how else to get 120 degrees)? Do you have any liquids, don't cook dry? Because the potatoes are ready in it at 120 degrees in 6 minutes. I've cooked it a thousand times already. And in an ordinary pressure cooker, the potatoes during this time will not only be ready, but boiled.

Do not worry, you will be rolling in for a long time precisely because of the complexity and multifunctionality of the device. Then you will get used to it so much that it will be very difficult to do without it. I've made lazy cabbage rolls in it (I have 1054), my recipe is here. Carcass lamb, any meat. Would you like to teach the whole chicken to bake? The oven mode, I think, is identical with us.
martula
No, I'm not confusing anything .... right now my men are eating it, I set the second run for 10 minutes. Now everything is fine.
Since I have no experience and knowledge, I turned to similar recipes from the book to my cartoon ... (p. 77 "Chicken with potatoes") it is recommended there on a multi-cook 35 minutes 120 degrees. I cut mushrooms and potatoes large ...
Julia
Scarecrow
Julia, I think something in the settings was a little different. Because in 35 minutes at 120 degrees it will be ready, trust me. Only there should always be a little liquid. If there is too little liquid, no steam is generated. pressure is poorly generated and the product is cooked much worse.

Cut raw potatoes coarsely, mushrooms, grate carrots, you can onions (do not put), a piece of butter, salt, black pepper and peas, bay leaf. Pour water so that it reaches half of the products. 30 minutes multi-cook 120 degrees. Everything will be great. Can be made with meat (chicken, beef, pork). Also add raw and simmer for 45 minutes.

Scarecrow, I will be glad to everything ... any recipe, any hint

You, most importantly, do not be afraid of her. And don't get hung up on recipes. Grasp the algorithm of its work and you yourself will easily adjust the dish to it. Because it's just a saucepan. Smart but a saucepan. It's easier for me, of course. I have many years of experience with pressure cookers, and you have it all from scratch. Nothing, everything will come.

Stew meat (beef / lamb): cut into pieces (for example, 3x3 cm cubes), a lot of onions, do not grate carrots, but in slices, a can of chopped tomatoes in their own juice, cumin, black pepper, peppercorns, bay leaves, salt, sweeten (I use honey, you can use sugar, but literally sweeten it a little, the sauce should be sweetish, like in goulash), if it's beef, you can also add ground paprika or cut fresh bell pepper. Add water to half of the food. Stew mode. After the end of cooking, you can take a quarter of a glass of cold boiled water, dilute a tablespoon of starch in it (I use corn starch), turn on the frying mode on Kuko, and when everything boils (immediately boils), pour in water mixed with starch, stirring constantly, bring to a boil and disable. The broth will thicken. If not strong, but you want thicker, repeat the addition. This will be the gravy that you will pour over the side dish. You can just have broth, but it's still water: the side dish floats in it. Although someone is so good. When I do it.
Yanata0077
Tell me, if you set the temperature above 100 degrees on a multi-cooker, does it cook under pressure? Also, pressure cooking means cooking fast? My main problem will be to deal with pressure cooking.
martula
I agree with you)))) the main thing is to understand the algorithm and begin to understand the principle of operation of multi in general and of each program in particular.
Thank you very much for the meat recipe, I will definitely try
Can I have a question about soups? Excuse me, but I'm all about mine, about painful
On which program without pressure to make vegetable soup? (As if 25 minutes on an electric stove?) On which program can you open the cartoon during the cooking process to remove scale, to add broccoli to the end of cooking, and so on? This is the most important moment for me now

Tell me, if you set the temperature above 100 degrees on a multi-cooker, does it cook under pressure? Also, pressure cooking means cooking fast? My main problem will be to deal with pressure cooking.

With the shutdown and non-shutdown of pressure and temperatures, we got lost here malya. But the standard is exactly as you wrote it and it should be: the boiling point above 100 degrees is achieved by injecting pressure. Cooking under pressure and at temperatures above 100 degrees is fast cooking. This is a pressure cooker. This will give you the main pleasure))). Usually those who have never dealt with pressure cookers before are very happy about its capabilities.

martula

I won't help you with soups. I NEVER cook or cook soups in a multicooker.

The browning mode works exactly when the lid is open. Pressure modes, of course not.
martula
Thank you! About soups, I heard you

Can you ask a question about jellied meat? Does it work in Cuckoos? Which program should you try? What are the nuances to consider?
And yoghurts ... I want to try, but so far it seems that everything there is so tricky and complicated ...
Scarecrow
Jellied meat on multi-cook or manual mode (in 1054 it is not). If under pressure, then about 2 hours (chicken is faster), if not - just like you used to stew on the stove.

There is no yogurt mode in 1054, but it's not about the modes. The cartoon simply maintains the temperature, like any yogurt maker, and the process is the same everywhere, so there is no problem: take 1 liter of milk (you can warm it up a little so that the process goes faster), 2 tbsp. l. sour cream (good, without left-handed additives such as vegetable fats), mix, into the Cuckoo and set the program for 7 hours. All. Then decide to taste - you want sour or vice versa and adjust the fermentation time.
Vei
The main difference between 1055 and 1054 is the time setting system, in 1055 the total actual operating time is set, taking into account the set and automatic release of pressure, just like in Bork 700 and Kuk 1010. But it is better to focus on Bork, since it is inductive, and it takes time to heat up less than 1010.
More or less, there are recipes on the multicooker forum in the Bork section, here we have very few.
If you look at recipes 1054, then about 30 minutes must be added to the time indicated in the recipe.

Julia, it's strange that the potatoes in 120 g mode were not ready in 35 minutes. I usually use either the automatic Fry program, if potatoes with meat (it lasts about 40 minutes), or if one potato, then on Buckwheat mode (about 20 minutes), only I cut it in not thick circles and grease it with sour cream. It turns out a potato baked from below with a crust. You can also do with meat on Rice - Plov.It also turns out with a crust fried at the bottom.
When cooking in the Roast or Stew modes, I never add water, otherwise it turns out soup (!)

As for the first courses, soups like cabbage cabbage soup can be made with one tab along with meat and all vegetables, just do not salt (in general, even salty foods show their natural salt in kuku, therefore, salt is always ready-made dish). The manufacturer also does not recommend placing dry small spices in large quantities at once, so that during boiling they do not fall into the valve and clog it.

But I never got borscht. The most or less normal option was when I cooked the meat in Broth (Soup), and added all the other ingredients with different tabs and turned on the Heating program (NOT to be confused with Heating). Warming up quickly brings it to a boil and, in my opinion, even without pressure. That is, I threw the potatoes with carrots, onions into the boiling boiled broth, turned on the Warming up, at the end of the program added cabbage, then the tomato with herbs and pre-steamed and grated beets (then the borscht retains its color), and already Warmed up for 10-15 minutes. While this is the best I have come up with for BORSCH, the rest of the soups are easier.

And yet, with an open lid, you can cook on any program, but it is better not to do this, and there is no point in this (it will only be longer), and the brains at the saucepan can go crazy

If you have any questions - ask, otherwise I somehow confusedly answered, you can not figure it out)))

Pilgrim73
I want to tell you about borscht. Previously, I steamed beets and added grated beets to the finished cabbage soup. This dish was called borscht for me. Now I do it differently. I put all the products as usual, but I set the temperature to 95-100 'and increase the cooking time to 40 minutes (for 1054 + time for set and release of pressure separately). In this case, the beets do not lose their color. Try it!
martula
Girls, I'm almost in tears and snot (((

Yesterday, in order to wash the multi lid (after 5 cooks per day in it), I decided to wash the lid and removed the O-ring .... in general, I cannot put it back
I saw a video on our website, how a Korean woman inserts this ring there in 2 seconds ... I learned the instructions, found all 6 points on the multi lid and three (although the instructions say there are six of them) on the ring itself ... I tried to wear from the bottom right near the point, as recommended in the instructions ... in general, I'm crooked
This morning I caught my late husband, I thought we’ll quickly insert it together ... it didn’t work, my husband was late ... right now, I’ll bring the children from school, we will insert it in six hands ...
Before I took out the ring, I took a picture of the cover on the phone to remember how it was ... in general, I tried very hard to do everything right, but so far even dancing with tambourines did not help me ((((Is it really like that every time?
On our forum, I did not see long discussions of this process, which means that everyone succeeds easily and quickly ... woe to me (((((

You know, I've tried in different ways, all the options offered here on the forum. And in the end it is ALWAYS a brew, not borscht.

I have my own requirements for this dish, I spent my childhood in Ukraine and grew up on borscht. Both my Ukrainian grandmothers cooked borscht each in their own way, and each borscht tasted completely different. They were united by one thing - they never did frying for borscht and did not add vinegar, only tomatoes from their garden)))

In a pressure cooker, I have not yet found the optimal algorithm for the correct (!) Borscht for me. Therefore, for now I gave up this venture and cook it in MV.
Vei
Yul, I don't even know how to explain it, especially since my system in Bork may differ.
Try to call the multicook, can they advise on the phone?
Do you have Skype?

I agree that vegetables for borscht are stewed in a saucepan. I always did that too. And I also add tomatoes from my (mother's) garden. In winter they are the same, but frozen. I can add a little lemon juice. Vinegar never. Shred beets with all the vegetables, and cut one small beet in half and put all the vegetables in a saucepan. Then, when the vegetables are stewed, I put everything in a saucepan with broth, and rub this beet and add it at the very end. It saturates the color very much. How to reproduce this in Kuko - I have no idea, especially since its volume is extremely insufficient for my first one and I never cook in it.
