oh, there are soooo modes. Not only brioche, but even panettone is
why is there no such thing in Russian Panas ...
Not only are they not programmable, they also haven't turned on soooo modes ...

It is quite possible to do without them, dumplings are much more needed, but Europeans do not have them. Regarding programming, Panasonic HP is an automatic machine and that says it all.

Well, something terrible happened. My 253rd Panasonic has died. I'm sitting on Avito. It is possible to take 2500 or 257th. I still tend to the 257th, somehow it is dearer, the choice of programs by inscriptions, and not numbers.
What do you think?
sazalexter
Elena Bo, SD-257 but you have to look at the condition of the bucket.
Elena Bo
There are very few yuzanye and not expensive. The truth is very far from me. Everything is on the other side of the city, but there are no wheels. But there is no time to delay either. I can't even a day without a bread machine.
A citizen
Elena Bo,
Isn't the 257th out of production?
And like 2500, too, but while there are still some remnants here and there, I can even tell you where I ordered it for a gift (the person is very happy) for the sane 5440 rubles.
Elena Bo
Discontinued. I look at Avito. The shops are very expensive, I'm not ready to pay that kind of money. Where are the 2500 leftovers?
A citizen
Elena Bo,
Look at the PM, it seems like it's impossible.
Agree that now for 5440 rubles, it's just wonderful.

Hello, if anyone remembers, a month ago I asked questions here in connection with the receipt of a damaged bread machine from abroad. I'll tell you the end of my epic: it was never possible to return it to the seller, but he knocked out compensation. In total, it cost me about $ 100. I tried to glue the fragment from the plastic part of the bottom with dichloroethane, but dichloroethane did not take it: it turned out that the plastic consists of polypropylene - one of the worst materials for gluing. So I decided to solder it with a small soldering iron. Everything seemed to work out, the fragment fell into place well. True, the outer metal wall is quite deformed and there are small gaps left between the plastic bottom and the wall. Also, small gaps remained between the metal walls and the bottom of the inner part - the stove itself. But I hope that this will not greatly affect the operation of the stove ...
I decided to test the stove and today I baked the first two loaves of bread: the first with premium wheat flour, the second with a mix of second-grade wheat flour (about 70%) and rye flour (about 30%). Recipe # 1 (white bread, program # 1). The first loaf seems to be a little undercooked, since the crust was very light, and the bun was thin, and the second one was okay.
What can I say - because of the taste of both loaves I am in a slight culture shock. I have not tasted such delicious bread for a long time. Thanks to the forum for helping to determine the HP model.
There is one small unpleasant moment left: during the kneading, it staggers quite noticeably to the sides, even taps.I'm not the first one here with such complaints, but whether this is a malfunction, I still do not understand. Moreover, it wobbles especially strongly in one of the two positions of the bucket, but if you turn it 180%, then the wobble is much less. I put a mark on the bucket and I will always put it in the HP with the "right" side forward. And then life will show ...
serg1980
By the way, maybe someone will be interested: I measured the energy consumption of the bread machine.
The first bread - program No. 1, size "L", crust "medium" - HP ate 0.333 kW
Second bread - program No. 1, size "XL", crust "dark" - HP ate 0.375 kW
To be honest, I thought there would be more, for example, the oven ate 1.5 kW -2.0 kW, although in the oven it was possible to bake two or even three loaves at once ...

... with a bucket during kneading it quite noticeably sways to the sides, even taps. I'm not the first one here with such complaints, but whether this is a malfunction, I still do not understand ...
My bucket also creaked and knocked strongly, especially during kneading a tight dough. On the recommendation from the HP malfunction branch, I looked closely at the rim on the bucket, which stands on the counterpart of the HP: grinding flaws are visible - darker areas of the metal. I walked over them with a fine sandpaper, the creak disappeared, as expected. But at the same time, the sound of the bucket stopped - apparently, these microns were not enough for the bucket to go into the grooves to the end and the clamp was normal.

serg1980, I'm so knocking with novya !! I also put the bucket on a certain side and cut out the ring. Quieter now.
So all the rules! Successful breads to you!
serg1980
Thanks for the advice. Here is a video of the bucket swinging, at the end it even starts tapping a little ... Is it like that for everyone? Should you bother with the lining ring or leave it as it is, what do you think?

Thanks, interesting info.
I counted on the money, mere pennies.
Maybe she was wrong somewhere, but it turns out cheaper to bake 3 loaves in a row in a bread maker than in the oven at once, 3 loaves at the same time.

My HP is more than five years old and it has always been like that. I haven't done anything and I'm not going to.

But judging by the kolobok in the bucket, an extra spoonful of flour would not hurt. The dough is too "smeared" along the bottom.

No answer or hello from the store. I bought a used 257th. She has already baked bread for me perfectly well, quiet in the batch (mine has been rattling a little lately). I hope it will last as long as the previous one.

Agree. It should not be smeared along the bottom if it is bread.
Such a dough when kneading cake and rye bread.

Strange, they called me the same day, and they brought it in the evening.
Maybe there are a lot of orders, the prices are very good.

The day before yesterday I decided to try stirring minced meat for a ham maker with a bread machine.
Minced meat chopped with a knife into pieces ~ 1. * 0.5 cm.Total weight 1.6 kg, divided into three parts, mixed each for 6 minutes in the mode "dumplings"... And so in a day only 5 times (this technology is supposed to be).

My Panasonic SD-256, vol. 2011, withstood such mixing, as there is nothing to do. The sausage turned out to be excellent, no worse than massaging the minced meat with your hands. The bucket had some heating, which could further damage the minced meat, but in the end it did not affect the quality.
Alex100
Countryman, sometimes it can and can be tried, but still the bread maker is not intended for this. It is possible to damage the oil seal over time
Countryman
I am from a generation that is accustomed to double-triple and other products. In a mode different from the standard one. In our time, craftsmen used to fill up the wash in washing machines to speed up the process. And for the campaigns, the stock of cooking meat was sublimated in vacuum chambers for testing on-board equipment. In 1971, in our construction brigade, cook Lenochka (from the department of microwave physics) in a concrete mixer chased away kitchen towels with powder.
Therefore, immediately a question.
Why mixing minced meat in a CP should cause damage exactly the oil seal?
It seems to me - rather a gearbox. But I insured myself against this by reducing the dose of refueling. And mechanically minced meat gives the impression of being less viscous than dough when processed.

As for the guarantees only in relation to regular use, in general, I agree.
Alex100
There were times when a drill was used instead of a mixer or blender)
When minced meat is cooked, juice is released, so I don’t know, of course, whether this affects the oil seal favorably
In any case, jams, preserves and sweet pastries eventually disable the oil seal)

There is no sugar in minced sausage, and the Pelmeni mode does not have a hot temperature.

Countryman, I also mix minced sausage in HP.

There is no sugar in minced sausage
I don't think I said anything about sugar. But for that matter, then ...
In fact, in any meat product, be it sausage, marinade for meat or its salting in dry, I always put sugar in a proportion of 1.5 to the norm of salt put there for the corresponding purpose of the process.
I recommend trying it - you won't be disappointed.

and the Pelmeni mode does not have a hot temperature.
You are absolutely right - there is really no heating by heating elements when mixing in "Pelmeni".
But there is a heating of the bucket in the "Pelmeni" mode. To a warm state felt by the hand. Try it yourself, for about minutes from the tenth mode. I believe that this is the heat generated on the engine or also on the gearbox. Since mixing the minced meat is not recommended at temperatures above +10, it was this heating that caused my concerns.

Countryman, I also mix minced sausage in HP.
So I knew from the very beginning that I'm not the only one here so smart.

Gentlemen, can you tell me what could be the reason for the appearance of an air void under the upper crust, usually in the middle of the loaf? As a rule, there is one void about the size of a 5 kopeck coin. Pressed yeast, but crumble into small lumps.

For whipping in the manufacture of marshmallow, rapidly gaining viscosity mass I still use a drill.

serg1980 Vary the amount of water and yeast. Better apart, not at the same time. Each component is first downward.

Yes, I meant that sausage meat and hot syrup cannot be compared in terms of the effect on the stuffing box. Probably not very accurately formulated the idea.

Probably a bucket or a non-working one, even the warranty is only 1 year, I took it as a gift to a colleague, so there is a 25-month warranty.

Yes, we also have 2500 for the same price and 2501 for 3490 rubles. I went to the store to find out what the catch was, the sellers said it was a defect. Non-working. My disappointment knew no bounds.

Damn, I creaked and I have HP when kneading rye bread. The loaf is about the 15th after the purchase. Moreover, pressing and fixing the bucket with your hand does not affect the creak. By the way, before that I cleaned well the rotating shaft of the bucket at the very bottom above the gum: between the gum and the spatula, a ring of baked bread seemed to form, barely removed it after soaking with water. And then this creak appeared, so I wonder if I broke something there when cleaning? Along the way, I wanted to ask - what are gentlemen bakers doing with a shovel? Is it taken out after every bake? It never falls out with my bread, but remains firmly fixed on the shaft. I can take it out only after I put a couple of drops of water on the hole and loosen it a little.
marinastom
I take out the spatula only when she took it out herself. Sometimes it happens. Or when I knead the dough.
Countryman
I usually bake without it at all. After the last stirring (this moment is easily installed even in the machine) I take it out. Pulling the bucket out of the HP. And immediately after removing it with a spoon, I disperse the dough evenly over the bucket. After that I put the bucket back. For the last climb and pastries.
Then I soak and rinse the spatula. Toothbrush. Everytime. And I put it next to the HP, so that later, after baking and rinsing the bucket, I put everything in place.
sazalexter
serg1980, I fill the bucket to the level of the shoulder blade, after soaking my shovel, the bucket, gently clean the rest of the dough with a toothpick.
maks592
I just like sazalexter I fill it with water and then take off. My spatula and a dish brush inside. (with long pile). Fast and convenient
