Well, I didn’t wait for advice, so I took and bought this miracle. I just unpacked it. I was looking for a long time, so that it is inexpensive and with a metal heating element. And now I bought Liberton LAG-03CM for 465 UAH. Which is almost the only one in this price category, together with the Supra 1201, which is also with a metal heating element. I chose Liberton, since outwardly - he is a clone of Supra, but + many additional accessories. True, it is a bit more expensive because of this. Here are some pictures, while no products, strategic tests are postponed until tomorrow.

By the way, there are 2 gratings here - 2 cm high and 7 cm high. And from my old micra (I’m throwing out the micra the other day) one of the gratings is 4.5 cm, just an average size. By the way, there is one more from the micra - 12 cm. This is like the fourth size, if you use it with a ring, and you need to put something high on the bottom, but also something on top. Here are the grates - side view. On the sides - from AG, middle from micro:

So take to your ranks! And thanks to my friend AZAZusha, who was an ideological and guiding force for me when buying this AG.

Mona1 Congratulations on a very useful purchase! Long and reliable service to him, and you enjoy cooking.
And now I ask for a consultation (I want to buy AG for children). Is the lid removable or foldable? AH you have, as I understand it, with mechanical control, right? How many speeds? And where they bought, if not a secret, but in our stores there are solid halogen ones.
I have a Hotter myself, but a little expensive. And your price deceived me.

The cover is removable. But the kit comes with a stand for the lid (on the left in the photo, where all the devices you see there is a frame so square) I really have not figured out how to put it.
The control is mechanical, the speed is not regulated. It is suitable for cooking mainly meat and fish, but if your children are fond of baking a variety of dough, then this is probably not enough.
I took it here
🔗 This store has a representative office throughout Ukraine, maybe yours is. Then or there you will pick it up, then do not pay for delivery or order to bring it to your home, then + 40 UAH. I did so, because this office is far from me, and there is no time to travel.
But type the name of this model in a search engine and it will give out somewhere else, maybe cheaper.
By the way, Liberton has 2 more models, but there is not a heating element, but a halogen heater.
Here is Liberton's site, where all the characteristics of the model and photos of all accessories. By the way, the instructions for this model say about halogen heating, although in the characteristics on their website there is a heating element. I myself called there myself, asked, they said that there was a metal heating element, and only in this model. And the instructions, you see, were ripped off from another AG.
Here is their website
🔗
Upon delivery, unpacked and turned on. It works, the heat is gone, if there was a halogen, then the red light should give, but nothing shone with me. Through the grating you can see something gray, like a rod, as thick as a pencil around the perimeter. You see this is ten? Turned on for a minute to check. Tomorrow I'll bake a chicken, then I'll definitely see if there will be light and music or not.
I wanted to take the Supra 1201 here, it also has a metal heating element (unlike the Supra 1211, which is halogen), and then I found Liberton LAG-03CM, which is a copy of it, but there are many additional useful things that, alas, are not in Supra. Although Supra has already been tested by Tanya AZAZA, she wrote here, she is very pleased with it, with her help I decided. I hope I will be happy with my AG, as well as she. And more among the inexpensive ones, it seems, there is no heating element, although UNIT seemed to have some kind of model flashed, but already around 600 UAH with a tail, but I'm not sure that there is a heating element. And here - Supra 1201 is inexpensive:

Mona1 Thanks, I get it. The removable lid is inconvenient for us - they have a tiny kitchen, everything is crammed (and appliances, incl.). The lack of different speeds is also not suitable - this is from my own experience. I'm used to the fact that my 3 speeds are very comfortable. Perhaps we will have to return to the Hotters, only the model is cheaper to find.

Pinkyif there is not enough space in the kitchen, it is not necessary to take a reclining grill. The main thing is that the kit includes a stand for the lid, then it does not require additional space.

Regarding the place for the hot cover of the AG, I suspect that it can be put into the stand (holder) for the covers, which is hung on the wall / rail. Mom has a stand, AG lives with me, so I can't test the hypothesis.
Mona1
Well, the first pancake is not lumpy. I barely managed to take a picture of one of the plates, they snatched it out. My husband just came in and said: "And what kind of smell is this, as in a good restaurant, dishes smell like that" And I marinated the chicken in spices, the yummy came out. And the children are wildly delighted. A young potato stood below. When I removed the meat, I brought the potatoes for about 15 minutes. I put it, by the way, not raw, but pre-poured boiling water on the stove and cooked it for 2-3 minutes. Then she mixed it with a bit of sunflowers. butter, a spoonful of cornmeal, salt and a few cloves of young garlic, finely chopped. It turned out both the chicken and the potatoes are soft inside, and the outside is crispy, yum-yum.
Conveyor grill: model selection, tips, reviews (1)
She put foil on the bottom, so that the flask remained practically clean, the grates were only smeared with grease. But I told my husband without the right to argue that since it is delicious, it will be like this - I cook, you - you wash. He agreed, said that it was a trifle, that he was ready to do it all the time.
Yes, another such moment. When, before the first use, I ran idle for 10 minutes so that the dust from the heating element burned out and what else burns out in the new one, and so, somewhere in 5 minutes after the start, something brushed. Such a short sound, rather a click, as if it was electrified and discharged, or like a dry branch (or hard plastic) when it breaks. One such click. And then it works as if nothing had happened. Then, after the end of the idle run, it turned off, I waited 10 minutes for the food to cool down a little and turn it on. All the time it was preparing, there was no such sound anymore. What could it be?
Yes, I also want to ask. The bottom of the AG was closed with an expansion ring, it was not used. Maybe it needs to be removed from the case, maybe it was because of it that click was?

I take off the ring, it (as it seems) will be very hot. And the crackling and crunching was the same as in the oven during heating. But then it did not repeat itself. And when I once washed and shook the lid for a long time, a miracle happened: the fan stopped humming! It was already quiet, emitting a low-frequency "oo-oo-oo-oo", and now only the rustle of air remained, barely perceptible in the usual daytime noise.

Yes, that was exactly the sound. By the way, my and yours are aerogrilled externally - like twins, probably from the same conveyor, only in your halogen, in my heating element. Otherwise, everything is the same. Maybe this is a feature of our AGs to make such a sound once? Has anyone else had this?
azaza
No, I didn't have any crackle. The fan works very quietly without additional shaking.
Mon, I forgot to tell you. After the end of cooking (or even a dry run), do not leave the lid closed, open it a little. Otherwise condensation will form and damage the electrics in the cover.
Shouldn't the lid stand be attached to the flask handle? In my opinion, her place is there. This is the beauty: the lid becomes vertical, and practically does not take up space.
With the initiative you! With the beginning of a new, limited life! Soon, your neighbors, like me, will be scared by the dark They say: here we go, somehow, and kaaaak ... Tanya, well, I'm a deer! Twisted, twisted this stand. As in the fable "Monkey and Glasses" by Krylov. I went, looked right now, took off the expansion ring from the sides, otherwise it would interfere with putting on this stand, although I would not have figured out where to put it with it myself. And in the instructions - silence on this score. And so - it turned out, once again, forgive my heart for the photo of poor quality:
Conveyor grill: model selection, tips, reviews (1)
And the neighbors just started to move away from the smells of my bread, but right now we grill them! And I still live on the first floor, the window to the kitchen is open all the time, and right under the window is a place for gatherings. There is not even a shop there, and the neighbors pull out chairs and sit, they track everyone entering the entrance. Now I will distract them with the smells of bread and grill. How I already love him !!!
Mona1
I think, Wasp was right, that the crackle is like when the oven heats up, and something metallic will bend there. Apparently, this expansion ring made such a sound for me, I didn't remove it from the sides of the flask. Now I removed it and the lid can now be attached correctly.
Oca
And when the oven was first turned on, it also cracked and clicked violently, probably the equipment was not warmed up after assembly, but the screws were twisted or not tightened ... so it straightens out.

Yes, I have exactly one in my Liberton. It’s even strange, a direct copy. But Brandt is not in Ukraine and all these things are not sold separately. Therefore, it is necessary for Ukrainian women who do not have the kit to invent from improvised means.
Mona1
Since Soviet times, I have such a stainless steel barbecue maker. I tried to insert it into the airfryer, it did not work, it is 2 cm longer, and a stand, and 8 pretty skewers. I was upset. In the kit I have 4 frail skewers, but for 4 people we need at least 2 pieces to eat. everyone, and they are put on the grate, it is not so hot to wash it afterwards as you want, my Soviet one would be so useful there. There she is:
Conveyor grill: model selection, tips, reviews (1)

But today I told my husband about it. Just like that, I shared. And he says: Well, that's the whole problem. So I'll shorten it, and the stand, and the skewers. I'll take a file for metal and cut the excess. “I’m so glad, but let him cut off the stand first, and I won’t let the skewers be sawed, maybe they will work in the oven someday. He will just buy long skewers from the market and cut them into pieces of the desired length.
These are the thoughts out loud.

No, I'm going to the Brandovtsy to go shopping. Pts. I need a second saucepan for Panasik and Supra, and at the same time I will supplement the airfryer with a tray and a stand for the lid (here I am the brake, I had to put it in reserve right away). Tomorrow morning we will try to make croutons, although how they come out, I'm in great doubt. Place it on the bottom of the flask or on the bottom wire rack? The instructions are not written. And maybe the top will burn, and the bottom is white? Today I made hot sandwiches with sausage, ketchup, mayonnaise and pepper. I put it for 10 minutes, as written on the upper grill, 200 degrees. They did, but the bread does not brown at all, but it dries up. Although it turned out delicious, but in my 15-year-old Klatronic stove on quartz lamps it turns out much tastier. And if I make croutons there, then they are reddened already, but inside they are soft, not dried. Maybe I was doing something wrong in AG? Or you should not just put the sandwiches on the wire rack, but on the baking sheet, and then on the wire rack.
Tell someone, otherwise I want to melt the old woman's stove, but if the croutons and sandwiches do not come out well in the AG, the old woman will have to plow more.
azaza
Mon, I would gladly tell you, but that's why I don't need a bread stand, because I don't make boutiques. Quite quite! I think this stand should be placed on the lower grate. But that's if it's just bread. What if a sausage-cheese sandwich? I think it's best to bake horizontally. But that's what I think. But how really
Moskvichk @
I once made sandwiches - I didn't like it. I didn't do it anymore.
Sasha
I sometimes make hot butter and cheese sandwiches. I put them on the middle grid and turn on the "warm-up". It turns out sandwiches with a crust on the outside and soft inside. I like it, although there is no particular blush.

I also wanted to, but I can’t overpower to read everything about them. can briefly tell the owner of this miracle what is the difference, what is better and most importantly the food is not harmful;) My husband will not let me into this forum soon, I also want a multicooker for myself. roofing felts a pressure cooker, Polaris, too, while I read in my free time about her

Anna, you ask questions - those who know will immediately answer. And as you put the question, someone should give up all their affairs and write for you a scientific work on the difference between airfryer, multicooker and pressure cooker and their advantages over each other, the design features of various models of the above devices, the possibility of cooking certain or other dishes, taste differences between products prepared in one way or another, the cooking time of a particular product depending on the selected unit, etc., etc. Too much, a whole treatise will work out.
So you still have to read. And if you don't want to read, buy blindly, you will learn in practice. But to understand what exactly you need - after all, read, absolutely all issues were discussed here.
There are also topics for those rushing about like you: what to choose - a multicooker or an airfryer, all about pressure cookers, the first days with a multicooker, etc.

cool to read that zvezde like AG more than a slow cooker. And she sees little sense in it in 2009 ... especially in light of the fact that the star is now the representative of Kuko's company in St.

I think that's right, you need to ask specific questions - on healthy nutrition - yes, AG - meat and cutlets without frying in fat. And MW-stews in its own juice and without oil can. We must take both that and others. First, IMHO MV. All the same, there are more functions in it and you need to adapt to it less. And so - choose what is more priority for you
azaza
IRR, I also think that you need to take the cartoon first. But I still wanted AG (but I bought MV after all).
Cartoon - well, very multifunctional! Therefore, Anna, it is advisable to start with buying it. Then, in practice, you will understand why this is so.
But grilling is also a necessary thing on the farm, especially if you love chicken meat, but at the same time, follow a healthy diet.
In general, read, join the kitchen tricks. And we, if anything, will help
Mona1
So, the chicken has already been tested in the new AG. Today we caught river trout (steaks) in the store and there are mushrooms. Can fish and mushrooms in sour cream be combined at all? And how do you arrange them? Fish on the upper wire rack, mushrooms in a baking sheet on the lower wire rack, should it be expanded. ring, and what temperature and time to do. The speed in AG is one, strong. And yet, will it drip from the fish onto the mushrooms, is that okay, or wrap the steaks individually in foil?
Anna_SHVEC
Thank you girls, I also want everything, there will be nowhere to put the current soon: the kitchen cannot be expanded. This is how I wanted a double boiler so I wanted it, my husband bought it - now I don’t know how to adapt it, while I’m sterilizing the current jars for a yogurt maker, and I’m boiling young potatoes. And a cartoon is really better than a pressure cooker (I probably read about it all the same, there is something that closes under pressure), I understand that in this and in that and cook and steam and simmer and even bake can. And in AG, you can also bake with a ruddy crust. I am interested in AG as such for meat and vegetables, so that there is less oil and a better taste. I have a grill in the Microwave, even a super grill (2 spirals) I tried meat, my husband said - this is not meat, this is basturma: girl_red: the juice is drained, and it dried up.the chicken does not work evenly in the oven, then the back will burn, then like boiled, and always take it out and water it with oil (fat). And so I want a chicken like on a spit, near the shawarma
Does the food come from the oven in the AG?

I have AG for a week. We made a chicken (above) and at the same time a potato (below). Everything on wire racks, not on a baking sheet. The son said that this is the most delicious meat and potatoes that he has eaten in his life. Yesterday they did the same, but below instead of potatoes, they laid out circles of zucchini in one layer, smeared with grows. butter + salt + pepper + on top - chopped garlic. Fall away! You fry them on the stove, they absorb fat so much, and then everything flows down. And the meat does not float in fat either, but the excess drips onto potatoes or other vegetables. I cover the bottom with foil to wash less, but probably it's better to put some kind of flat large plate.
Tomorrow the fish and mushrooms in sour cream are next.
But a charlotte with apples has just been baked. Tasty, but in the oven it's the same, even better, because the bottom in the AG turned out to be completely white, not baked. Well, I have AG without bells and whistles, 1 speed. Maybe the fancy ones are better. But baking is still better, probably in the oven, although I will continue to experiment with baking.
But meat, poultry, and they say the fish (the fish has never been done yet) turn out great. Actually for this I took it. And my oven is not so hot. Therefore, I am very pleased with my AG so far. By the way, it is not halogen, but with a metal heating element. Although, maybe this is not important, and those who have halogen, also love and praise them.
So the thing is so cool that all the time you want to throw something in there.
But healthy. And not like some kind of toaster, hid it in a cupboard and that's it. It is difficult to hide here, it is necessary either to move the walls apart, or to throw out something less necessary.
azaza
In AG the meat is tastier than in the oven. Well baked crust (and this is without a gram of butter!), And in the middle is tender, tender, and very juicy. Tastier than campfire kebabs (for my taste).
I won't tell you about vegetables in AG. I took it exclusively for meat and fish. They say that potatoes take longer to cook in it than on the stove and in the oven. But I haven't tried it myself, so I won't lie. I baked stuffed mushrooms, super and at the same time quickly. But mushrooms and potatoes are somewhat different things.

Regarding "something under pressure" - this is not a multicooker, but a pressure cooker. The thing is no less wonderful than the cartoon, but with its own characteristics. Personally, I like both.

It is impossible to advise one thing. You first decide what you expect from the unit, what kind of diet you have, what is more important to you - and we will already show you. For example, fried meat is AG, you will not get such meat neither in a cartoon nor in a pressure cooker. At the same time, the meat turns out, though well baked, but dietary, without excess fat - and it is fried without adding oil, and its own excess fat is melted during cooking and flows down. If you need more stew-cut-steamed - this is a cartoon. If stewed-boiled, but quickly - this is a pressure cooker.
And you can bake in all units. But if you are contemplating the Polaris 0105, keep in mind - it is without baking.
azaza
Mona, I would amend the fish. In AG, fish of fat varieties are amazingly obtained. River and low-fat marine, in my opinion, are better obtained in a cartoon on a vegetable pillow. The cartoon somehow ennobles them in a miraculous way so that the most banal hake tastes as close as possible to delicious scallops, if it is inferior to anything, so only density.

And I have river trout steaks for tomorrow. It’s dry, you see, well, I’ll wrap each one in foil, and open it a little bit to make it brown.
azaza
And grease it with oil. Or mayonnaise. It will be juicier. There, in foil, wrap the onion in rings - it will be even tastier. But in general, try this and that, everyone has different tastes. What tastes better to me in a cartoon may turn out to be combined in AG.
Anna_SHVEC
all the same, probably right now it is the AG that is not enough for me to be happy.
oh girls, how good. that there is the Internet, and this wonderful forum. what would I do without you all, and now the questions, halogen or electric ten is a heating element for them, are not so important when choosing?
and the convention, as I understood it, is the principle of distribution and what are the rings and what are the grates and containers in them.
sestema self-cleaning is what? They are probably all equipped with a timer?
azaza
The timer is simpler there than in the cartoon. The controls are very similar to the simplest microwave oven. Two levers: temperature and time. The temperature from 80 * (just the self-cleaning temperature) to 260 * is set manually, as well as the timer (for an hour). Set the temperature and time yourself, after a while the timer turns off heating and airflow.

Metal ten is a type of boiler, such a solid piece of iron. Halogen is a glass lamp with thin metal. spiral inside. Halogen heats up faster and better, but like any lamp, it is short-lived (2-3 years). Ten, they say, lasts longer.

Convection oven is a large glass saucepan (mostly 12 l volume). The glass cover contains a heating element (heating element or halogen lamp) and a fan. Teng is warming up, the fan drives heat through the saucepan. If the food is placed on the bottom of a saucepan, it will cook on top and remain damp from below, since there is no access to hot air. Therefore, in AG, everything is prepared on grates so that hot air blows over the product from all sides. Expansion ring - a metal rim that fits over the AG pan to increase its volume (for large products, such as whole chicken, or sterilization of cans, etc.).

Self-cleaning is a controversial regime. I use it occasionally, but usually I do it manually. Washing AG is a separate story, and not the most exciting. But ... if you like to ride, love to carry sledges.

The choice is, of course, yours. I, too, was convinced that I "can't get a cartoon for nothing, and can't get money for money" (c) I bought almost simultaneously both the cartoon and the AG. Satisfied with both. But AG does exactly what I expected of him. It does great, even amazing, but no more. But the slow cooker shook me to the core. Maybe precisely because I did not expect anything from her. I didn't understand why people were going crazy - everything can be cooked excellently on the stove. But in reality it turned out to be a magic pot. So think, think. And if there is not enough space in the kitchen, choose a cartoon - it will also be more compact. Not much, but still.

Read about halogen and heating elements on page 40 Answer No. 792 advantages and disadvantages. On my own I will add that a halogen element is a glass tube - a lamp. And the glass can break if, God forbid, you hit the lid on something or water drips onto a hot lamp. ...

I have Liberton. I bake on the top, I don't put the ring. in silicone molds not baked - light. Then again, sometimes I cover the pastries with a steamer. And first, I baked on the lower grates. everything worked out too. I bake and bake pies. I can't say which is better than an oven, just a big, electric oven. and I bake in small portions and therefore it is very convenient.

I keep the ring directly under the AG, I put the cup on it.

and more recently, I liked baking cutlets in AG. and then extinguish them. no frying or fat on the stove.

Mon, you'll laugh. On a carnation By the way, very convenient! Now I'm starting to repair, so I decided to refine this carnation as a thread. I think this ring will not fit on the rail - it is too bulky. I have a piece of free space on the side of the wall, so I'll write it there, this ring. In the same place, by the way, and the lattices on the carnation are pressed against. I won't change the place - it's so convenient for me, everything is at hand. It's just that instead of studs, I'll add more civilized hooks.
And with Wasp, today they came up with a place for the lid so that it does not take up half a table during loading and unloading of products. Drive a bracket into the wall above the permanent place of the AG, and hang the hot lid on it. And you don't need a lid holder, especially if you don't have one.

Oh, Monka, I forgot to tell you something else. Instead of a pallet, I adapted a silicone pizza mold for myself. It is slightly smaller in diameter than the bottom of the pan, but tick-to-tick rises under the grates

My grandmother's sieve hung like that. She is no longer alive, and after your answer she was remembered, already warmly ran.
And about the bracket, I imagined, well, only it must be strong, this time. The cover is heavy. And second, where will the cord be, which side will it not interfere with?

About me, there is a round metal pallet in which I baked charlotte. There were thoughts to put it, but it is 2 cm high and the lower grate is also 2 cm. I put the pallet, then the lower grates with potatoes and the upper grate with chicken. She looked and took out the pallet while she covered it with foil.Because how can air get under the lower grill? There, the sides of the pallet are right up to the grate. I will look for something with very small sides.
