Not yet .. but the next dish will definitely be THIS recipe! it's just that the potatoes were already peeled in advance .. yesterday I started looking for recipes in the internet and from the fact that simpler and faster it turned out the "fried" version, and there are a lot of "village" recipes .. I will definitely try ... and lay out my own version, which will move from ovens to the grill!

Anyuta, if you cook for sure, then my recipe is in a bowl: masticatory, or melted butter, chopped with a blender garlic with dill, salt, pepper and potatoes, cut into 4 pieces, mix and, if you have time, let stand slightly at room temperature. Then into the preheated grill on the wire rack. Do not leave "wet" under the lid after cooking.
Cut (peeled) potatoes can also be marinated a little in the same mixture, you can instead of butter an egg, and bake in a frying pan, or in a form, bake in the grill, as soon as the potatoes become soft, sprinkle with cheese. Ours fly away from such a dinner.
if you want a recipe for potato casserole - I'll write.
The grill is so great.

I read about potatoes and cutlets and decided to share my cooking recipes with you too. I cooked before in Hotter, and recently I have Brand 35128, the price is 2.5 times less, and the analogue of Hotter itself is even better.
So, I make potatoes all the time in this way: I cut them into strips like for fries, salt, add oil to just slightly grease the potatoes and put them on the upper wire rack on a form with holes; baking mode 20 minutes. It turns out wonderful potatoes, dietary.
Conveyor grill: model selection, tips, reviews (1)

And I like cutlets in the sleeve for baking, "chicken" mode for 40 minutes; cutlets are not dry, as if they were just opened in the AG.

My potatoes turned out to be as similar to yours as possible. And I did the same .. First I put it on the lower grate, but then I moved it up, because at the bottom something was not particularly "cooked", but I don't have a metal mold with holes ... That's what I think ... ... is it ok to use a metal colander or is it not worth the risk? I'll take a picture of him tomorrow and show him how he looks on me ..

This form can be found in the airfryer section. And what is there to risk? I think you can drushlak. Only it is most likely not metal, but aluminum or something else, but it is still possible.

This is a slightly different topic, but stainless steel is a metal alloy that is half iron and 10.5% or more chromium, and there are pots in which it is iron. By the way, the magnifying ring in AG is apparently also made of such an alloy, so I think that your drushlak will do.

What is good about AG is that you can open it at any time and check readiness, which means you can change the temperature or add time if you see fit.

Girls, and no one tried to dry grapes / apples / pears in the AG?

Another question arose (while I was digging in the internet) ... how to use the ring? Where should I put it? When buying it, it was worn on the glass flask itself, but now I saw a photo where the flask stands on top of the flask ...., that is, it turns out that the AG cover should not be put on the flask, but on the ring? So how is it correct?

Anya, if there is no shape with holes, then you can take to lay the foil and beat it thicker with a knitting needle or a knife or a wooden skewer for barbecue.

The ring is placed on top if, for example, you are baking a whole chicken or something on the upper wire rack, and it rests against the lid. And in the beginning, everyone had it on their side. This is how it is packaged.

On the foil yesterday, potatoes were ... not very convenient .. and including ... all the same dishes have dishes, especially when bulk food is being prepared ..

And also, for example, I put a ring when, for example, according to the recipe, the average speed is. And my AG, like yours, has one - high. Therefore, lifting the ring and moving the fan away, I try to get closer to the average speed.
By the way, I also have 2 grilles - lower and upper. And the middle one also appeared - the size of the microwave oven was perfect. True, I don't use it, there are enough of them.

A cat in the AG?
I, too, almost Happiness came (if the light was not turned off every 10-15 minutes) - I fried a chicken (low-fat), and on a new pallet under it the potatoes were golden. For the first time in seven months of use I was able to cook this.Delicious! Before that, I was happy with cutlets from the freezer, which are fried without turning over and covered with a crispy crust.
Who can tell you where you can buy a pallet with holes and a "middle" lattice, no matter what, for a 12-liter AG? Can be delivered by mail ...

The whole ambush (what you have, what I have) is that we do not live either in St. Petersburg or in Moscow .. There are much more accessories there ... We have a PROBLEM with THIS! I’m, while I’m going to go to St. Petersburg, I’m thinking that I’ll buy it there ... as long as there is an opportunity ... Otherwise, I’ll soon go broke on mailing various small things ..

Girls, here is the link, someone was interested in buying a halogen lamp for AG, and at the end of the page there is such a perforated thing for steaming. They write what is suitable for AG. True, they have only self-delivery, but I often met such things in the ordinary market, where they sell all kinds of kitchen stuff for 5 kopecks. In winter, it seems, I bought a small one for 15 UAH.

This information will be useful, probably, only to residents of Moscow and the nearest Moscow region. I bought gadgets for AG in Brand at a markdown (tray, lattice). Maybe you can order by mail, I don't know, those who wish can ask the managers. And who is fundamentally only new, then the site has a section of accessories, there are accessories for AG (grates, pallets, skewers, rings, bowls, etc.)

I did not start a new topic, because there are so many similar ones ... so I will call my post so

Airfryer cutlets ... By trial and error ...

The preface is this: today is grandma's anniversary (with which I congratulate her) - 80 years. I was directly involved in the preparation of the table (it was not so much a desire to help as to experience a new AG and new pots for MV) ... and yet ...

Minced meat (that is, the rolled "pig" and beef) was bought on the market (so here we skip who has what ingredients) ... I'll post the recipe for my cutlets later.

So the cooking process itself ...
There were 4 potatoes left in the refrigerator .. I think .. I'll add them ... the juice will drip from the cutlets, just the potatoes will be cooked ...
Conveyor grill: model selection, tips, reviews (1)

By the way, in view of the fact that I do not have a tray for collecting fat ... yesterday at work I came up with an idea - to use a pizza mold (since it had already peeled off), but it turned out to be large, so I went into action an old frying pan with a broken handle, to which everything sticks for a long time, but which so wonderfully entered the AG ... (now its rightful place will be there) ...
It looks like this:
Conveyor grill: model selection, tips, reviews (1)

So, let's move on to cutlets ...
I installed the gratings (I put a small one on the large one so that a mesh forms - you will see how it looks like below) ...
I made cutlets ... At the same time (on the advice of users of this site) I smeared my hands with vegetable oil ... I laid cutlets (THE FIRST LOT) onto the wire rack ...
Conveyor grill: model selection, tips, reviews (1)
Conveyor grill: model selection, tips, reviews (1)

I fit 12 pieces (I made large cutlets, placed them compactly)
Time 25 minutes, temperature 250 C. (after 15 minutes I tried to turn them over)
After the signal, the cutlets were not ready ... the inside was still raw ... I put it on for another 15 minutes - the same garbage ... I add another 5 minutes and the temperature is 150 C ...in short, keep them on, otherwise they would be coals ..
Co THE SECOND AND THIRD PARTY I didn't experiment so ...
Again I stuck cutlets .. laid and ... covered (all the same!) With foil (again after reading the forum and many tips)
Time 20 minutes, temperature 250 C - REMOVED THE FOIL -...
Conveyor grill: model selection, tips, reviews (1)
......- OVERWEATED - Time 15 minutes, temperature 250 C. In this situation, the cutlets were "cooked" ... and baked ...

Despite the fact that I sculpted the cutlets with my hands "in oil" and sprinkled the grill, they stuck ... (maybe this stuffing too) ...
It looks like this:
Conveyor grill: model selection, tips, reviews (1)

After 3 games, the grid looked like this: (just more cells are visible here)
Conveyor grill: model selection, tips, reviews (1)

Well, the cutlets themselves turned out like this:
Conveyor grill: model selection, tips, reviews (1) Conveyor grill: model selection, tips, reviews (1)

PS The fate of kartoha is - trash can... I explain why .... All the same, the store (more precisely market) minced meat played a role .. I was afraid to eat such potatoes ... especially since there is so much fat from the cutlets (!) that the potatoes drowned in it! (Again ... the question of what the stuffing is made of - I don't know - that is, from what parts of the carcass it was twisted ...) ...
Well, this is my story ... Maybe someone will be useful to MY first experience in frying cutlets
Mona1
Girls who sterilize the blockage in the grill, tell me. Here is a recipe for tomatoes in tomato sauce. Tomatoes are poured over a boiling pot and then sterilized for 15 minutes. in AG. This is why count these 15 minutes - from how the banks were put in the AG or you have to wait until the tomato in the cans boils and then start counting. How to catch this moment? And yet, all the time I rolled it with a typewriter. Alternatively, you can use jars with screw caps for sealing. And then how to turn the can over or not, otherwise there is not a metal inside, but a type of plastic in the lid with a thread.

Everything turns over perfectly ... ALL tomatoes and cucumbers (and some of the snacks) have been doing it for 3 seasons in "twisting" jars .. the lid is completely metal ... Everything is fine .. Depends on the lid .. Elabuga - just AWESOME ... a package of 10 caps 4-5 can be bad .. scroll ... It's better to take "Svetlana" ones .. for such caps there is also a special key .. only plastic .. And one more nuance ... You will have to open such jars with the same key , which they twisted, but because of the material from which it is made, such keys break quickly ... and for some reason this happens precisely in winter ... so I have two keys at home .. (In winter you can buy such few places)

I have very little experience with sterilization in AG, but what I sterilized last year and this year is stored normally. I count 15 minutes for 1 liter cans from the moment the AG is turned on. While I roll up the first can, I prolong sterilization for the rest.

I just wanted to ask if someone would tell me where to buy an expansion ring for AG, and Mona had already given a link on the previous page, Thank you, Monochka.
Girls, a big request from whom the AG is 12 liters. - Can you tell me the diameter of the expansion ring? And then on the site they write that it fits all 12L flasks, but what if not? I have AG FlavorWave Turbo, I measured the lid of almost 32 cm. (31.7). I really want an expansion ring for my beloved AGushonochka, sometimes there is not enough height.
