Killed on the spot! Tan, what are you putting bread on?
Oca
I am reporting Yesterday I bought a grid for a frying pan D25cm (I could not take out the handle - a wire of 8 centimeters in each direction leaves, it turned out that it was easier to bend it). That night she baked the simplest bread for 250 g of flour (kneading on Pizza, 45 minutes, since it was first hour of the night). The bottom crust turned out, but white and thin, like those of long store loaves. As in the last time (so as not to violate the conditions of the experiment) I set 20 minutes-180C. The top and side crusts grabbed quickly, then the bread rose more - the sides broke. As a result, about 3-5 mm of unbaked dough remained at the bottom. I can't bake in AG, it is really created for cooking meat, cutlets, potatoes and fish - where you need to get a crust in the first minutes that holds the juices inside the products.

Wasp!

I’m still horseless, you understand, so the question is - how many cm did you have to the bottom of the bread, otherwise the photo on the top is not very visible. Maybe it made sense to raise it higher? so that there is more to circulate under it ... and so the holes are cool on top ... (and the side cracked, so it just didn't get enough space, you were in a hurry, night and all that, of course ...)

and another question for everyone -: girl_cleanglasses: how much time do you grill chicken and at what temperature? (materiel)

I put the chicken (3 quarters) at 200C for 25 minutes - it "boils" so beautifully, it seems like it’s warmed up to the bone, it’s already been eaten
I measured the diameter, whistled in the store about the diameter of the D26 mesh - the maximum width is 25cm. She lay on the lower grate, 2 cm from the bottom of the flask, between it with the walls you can stick a finger + see the dimensions in the photo in Reply # 534, p. 27. Next time I will raise it, but then the top will be darker.
Py. Sy. Off-topic. For baking IMHO you need an oven. Now I'm just choosing, but I can't understand - does the luxell LX-3540 have convection or not? Internet shops answered that they themselves do not know ... I am afraid to order something at random.

Thank you, I'll go and have a look. I set the ring, you can see it in the first photo. Without a ring, the top will be fried at the moment - the AG for all 1300W is a stoker without switching off. Tomorrow I will put orange muffins in tin and aluminum tins. They have a plus in the fact that while the first batch is baking, I do not add soda to the second part of the dough, only just before baking. This won't work with yeast. I'll bake the first batch as it is, and I'll try to cover the second with foil, just so that it doesn't blow away.

found on the net all of a sudden, someone relevant when choosing. Sorry, if it was, but here are the figures for electricity consumption.

"Heating element. Aero grills are equipped with two types of heating elements: a metal heating element or a halogen heater. It is up to the buyer to decide which type of heating the air to give preference, but note that the models" with halogen "consume more electricity - their power is 1700 W." Classic " - models with a metal heating element - consume, on average, 1300 W. In addition, metal heating elements are stronger and more durable ... And, finally, although the power consumption of the device is relatively low (from 1300 W to 1700 W, depending on the type heating element), if you use it regularly in the kitchen, your electricity bill will still increase. "

I also read that the jam can be cooked directly in jars in the AG, they will not burn, they write and there is no need to wash basins and multicooker to disassemble and wash ... (this is already from my own experience)

I will come to you with a small report about my airfryer, maybe it will help someone decide whether an airfryer is needed on the farm or not. On the first day, they cooked whole chicken, I already showed it, yesterday they fried chicken legs, this is something, the top is crispy, but inside the meat is tender and juicy! Today, the first thing I did was try baking. Hell KIFLE from Elena Bo. 10 minutes and the game is ready. The first batch was set on a standard 200 g program for 20 minutes, but after 10 minutes I turned it off, because they were ready, I baked the stealing batch on the same program, only the time was reduced immediately to 10 minutes. Before baking, as advised Tanyuli, warmed up the stove.
And in the evening they fried a barbecue, yummyaaa ..., I will overthrow the fried, but inside it is juicy, not overdried. In general, until I regretted that I bought it. For meat and pastries, just a fairy tale! Even my husband, who was against his purchase, said it was worthwhile. Thank you all for your advice and help. Vera-Nevushka, special thanks to you for recommending it to me. If you are interested, I can post photos of my experiments.

Giraffe, no need to worry, I still watch how it bakes in a "stressful situation", when it is filled to capacity. Apparently, he did not reach the set temperature value. If the lamp turned off, then once every couple of minutes and then for 5 seconds. I looked at the freshly laid out photographs, now I understand that I am wasting almost a kilogram of dough in the AG in vain ... I had to start with 2-3 sausages. Of course, he does not have time to warm up with me ... There will be cupcakes tomorrow, but there are many in different tins, I will also write a recipe.
Catwoman, please share the recipe for sausages in the dough! They were sold in our school and at the university, only at home I did not try to make them: because of the five sausages, it was expensive to warm up the oven.
A question for everyone about kebabs. Can they be made from frozen meat? I found a pig cut into pieces in the freezer, there are pieces with ribs (it seems called entrecote) 2-3 cm thick - will they be fried in AG? And what to do with raw meat, please post a link for complete teapots.

Wasp, These are not sausages, this is Kifle with cheese from Elena Bo, but I think sausages can also be done this way, you must try. And all the same, it is better to defrost and marinate the meat, I like spicy, therefore I also use red pepper and adjichka, you can take marinated meat for meat, whatever your heart desires. Grease the meat with salt and it will lie for 10-12 hours in the refrigerator, and then on the grill.

marinal of course, ideally the meat should not be frozen. But, you can also from the freezer. I cut pieces about 5 cm in size. Then everything, of course, is for everybody. I will write, as I do, and you will already decide on your taste. Cut, salt, pepper a little, add black and allspice peppercorns, lavrushka, onion (a lot) in rings. As a marinade I take either tomato juice (sauce) or sour milk (kefir). She mixed everything, put it in a bowl under oppression, ideally for the night. I do a lot, I don't use it at a time, the longer it costs, the better. Of course, without fanaticism. I string meat, onions, tomatoes on skewers (they are frozen in circles in my freezer). I put it on the middle grid. First I set the temperature to 200, then I watch it along the way. Time depends on the meat (part and age) - this is the poke method. Well, somewhere like that. Good luck!

In the middle photo there are cupcakes with a filling, it just boiled and tore the top like that ... I will probably draw up the recipes separately (First recipe Delicate sour cream cake, The second recipe for Orange Cupcake (later link will appear here).
Temporarily I throw in the recipe syudy, then I'll transfer it as expected:
3 eggs (about 160 g),
200 g sugar
100 g of "Voronezh" margarine (in Magnet it is 8r 20k each),
0.5 tsp vanilla powder
1 juicy orange (about 200 g),
200 g flour
1 tsp without a slide of baking soda.

Take margarine at room temperature, cut into small pieces in a bowl with sugar and eggs, crush all pieces with a mixer. I got a little frothy head. Now put the orange crushed with the peel, mix, add flour and vanilla. Grease a baking dish with sunflower oil. Last of all, pour soda into the dough, move it again, pour it into a mold - and into the oven.

The muffin is moist, sweet, and with so much margarine not too crumbly, I loved it!

Attention, the question: which food processor can grind an orange along with the peel in a quality manner? I want to buy one, because I have suffered with this fruit.
