Good day ITU! At first, I did not want any other AG - only Tiger, but as it was written earlier .... There were only Hotter Elite in the store (with a removable lid, I, in principle, did not consider the model, there is no place in the kitchen for a lid). Not long I broke down - they took it - a lilac (and there was a little white Tiger).
There is an insignificant difference:
1. Price. If you buy through the Internet, it is the same. The cheapest - 8,500 rubles + delivery, in the Elite store 10,000 (+), Tiger 12,000 (-).
2. Design. I liked the Tiger more, and it is a little more compact (+). The Elite has a ledge at the back (-).
3. The Elite does not have an on / off key (-). There is a place for it, and the keys ... It is plugged directly into the socket. Tiger, I was constantly plugged into the outlet, I used the (+) key.
4. Screen. Tiger has LCD, Elite has LEDs. Here + I put Elite, because it burns ... pluck out your eye!
5. The panel itself. Here, too, Elite (+) is more understandable, especially for beginners - there are pictures. You don't have to look at the instructions all the time!
6. Oddly enough, but Elite's pastries are better (+)! Maybe he's new yet, I don't know.
I adapted to the Tiger. The rolls were baked at 260 gr., High speed - 20 minutes. At Elite - as it is written in the instruction 205, low - and I bake!
7. Bowls and items are exactly the same!

But mine was not lazy either - the poor fellow survived so much, too, after all, I drive in the tail and in the mane. But my approach to all home appliances has long been this way - I look at the assembly (so that it is reliably assembled, without jambs and at the technical characteristics). And a prestigious company - from experience with my terrible Mulinex bread makers - is a secondary issue.

He took it back to use it for a couple more days and see what's what. Here I sit and wait and think, how should it really be?

The fact that the lid does not fit snugly is, I think, because of the bracket. Somewhere in this thread I saw how the AG was improved in order to "cure" this problem: on the one hand, the washers were screwed onto the substrate so that the saucepan would come closer to the bracket, and on the other hand, these washers, on the contrary, were removed. T. about. the gap decreases or disappears altogether. And something else on the bracket itself was adjusted. Study the thread for a more specific description.
I have an AG with a removable lid, it fits very tightly, no cracks.

Do not put more than 3 quarters of chicken without overlap. Written correctly Elena Bo: in the pressure cooker, we put the whole volume, and in the airfryer, differently. Imagine that it is an upside-down steamer that heats only by transferring heat from the heater to the air and steam in and from the flask to the food. You can't put several layers already.

I decided to try baking bread and making chicken. She took the very first of the recipes for HP, after the HP readiness signal, she rolled a bun out of it - and onto a flat glass baking dish (I simply did not buy another one). I put it on the lower grill, closed the airfryer, turned it on a little bit so that the dough would not freeze, and after 30 minutes I set it to 20 minutes-200C. To my huge surprise, after 2-3 minutes on the thermometer (which with its hook perfectly attached to the grid under the AG lamp) was already over 100C, then 150, 170! After 10 minutes, the top of the kolobok darkened (I reduced it to 150C), and by the appointed time, it was almost completely baked - only at the bottom the glass did not allow the dough to fry. I put it on for another 10 minutes, but still it’s not right ... there’s heating from above, not like in the oven. And the gap between the mold and the wall was small.
The chicken turned out to be a pensioner, but the smell was during the process mmmmmm! Kuru smeared the remains of mayonnaise + salt + pepper + seasoning for potatoes. Fat from the upper grate dripped into a mold with potatoes on the lower tier, which made the latter float in a puddle. I then caught it, salted it and baked it separately, after the chicken.
I am attaching the photo, I am glad that nothing has burnt. For myself, I concluded that glassware, which saved so well from a burnt bottom in a gas oven, does not fit the AG, due to its super-speed heating and the upper position of the heater.
IRR, more information for you on the volume in the photos (sorry for the quality, I shot with one hand). Bread with 500g of flour spread out over almost the entire form (27cm) and supported the thermometer with the roof, then knocked it down. The chicken lies on the upper lattice, from it to the AG piece of iron you can hardly put a matchbox on the edge. The top protruding parts of the food brown very quickly and well. So next time I'll put on the ring. It only seems big, but cooking in 12 liters is just right! Of course, if you do not use baNanotechnology in the kitchen
