Today I cooked chicken broth in MV, naval pasta, oatmeal milk porridge (oatmeal for 15 minutes).

Everything turned out very tasty, next time I will take a ratio of 1: 4 for rolled oats. When cooking milk porridge, I put a double boiler on top (I did it in time), when I opened the lid, there were traces of flakes on the double boiler even inside. But the MV cover and valve are clean.

I thought for a long time whether I need a multicooker or not? Now she is sick, I have no strength to stand at the stove. And this "magic pot" prepares everything himself, the main thing is to press the buttons correctly. I am very grateful to the members of the forum for all the feedback, advice and suggestions.

Forgive the inexperienced with this technique
Can you please tell me if it is possible to cook meat with bone in MV?
What do you use as a ladle or do you put the whole dish in another dish at once?
In which modes can I open the lid or cook with the lid open?
And yet - removed the sticker from the lid, and traces of glue remained, how can I wipe it off? Sunflower oil somehow helped in these cases before, but here not a drop of S ten, by the way, the sticker peeled off well.
francevna
lyublyu85, I boiled half of the chicken today, but there are no sharp bones. I poured the broth and strained it, I like it clean without foam.

I cooked today on the "frying" program with the lid open and closed a little during the frying process, so that the onions and carrots would give juice.

I have a whole set of plastic dishes (I bought them for Teflon pans) there is a ladle, only spoons are made of silicone.

Today I cooked three different dishes, so I transfer all the food to other containers.

But I couldn't remove the stickers.
Nikasa
lyublyu85, traces of the stickers can be removed with alcohol or a universal cleaner.
I cook with bones, sometimes even just bones - a chicken skeleton after removing meat from it. The main thing is not to turn it over there in the MV, put it neatly and that's it. And then I gently hook it up and pull it out, nothing is scratched.
Better than a silicone ladle, or the one in the kit - only I try not to scratch it on the walls.
The lid can be opened in all modes except for Groats
Rick
There are also silicone tongs. Like these ones

Silicone ladles are now on sale. If not, you can use plastic.
You can open the lid in all modes, but if you do this on Baking, it will settle. The more often you open the lid, the longer the cooking time, as this will disturb the heat balance in the bowl and the more condensation will occur.
It is better to immediately transfer the cooked to another dish.

Thank you all for your answers !!!

Tell me who cooked 2 dishes at once. I want to steam fish, and below, for example, rice. How much rice and water do you need? If I understood correctly, then pour rice according to the marks, for example 2 m / st. and add water to the 2 cup mark. Which program is better to cook "Steam cooking" or "Express cereal"? For the preparation of oatmeal milk porridge, I recommend taking the ratio of cereal and milk 1: 6. This will prevent milk from escaping.

I bought it in such a way to make kvass, kefir, cottage cheese, etc. By the way, it already has the experience of successfully making kefir. So I think the kvass will work. The minimum temperature is 25 g in 5 g increments. You just need to extend the program, because in manual mode, the time can only be set for 10 hours.
... in Manual mode, the time can be set to 9:59 in each of five steps. Isn't that enough?

I recommend preparing this duet on the Krupa Standard mode.

Thank you Elena for your answer. Yesterday I cooked pilaf on the corresponding program. It turned out a little dry and a little stuck together, I don't know what the reason is, maybe a little more water was needed

I decided to check this ratio today, I covered the top with a double boiler, but today even the multi lid was covered in cereals and milk. The porridge turned out to be watery.
But pilaf from Krasnodar rice turned out to be tasty and aromatic. If the grandson appreciated him, he said that it smells very tasty and ate with pleasure (grandson is 3 years old).

Thanks to the manufacturers for such a wonderful helper.

Girls, please tell me. where the display icons of 502 or 37501 are clearly and not finely visible !? so as not to be mistaken by sight. And how quickly did you learn how to cook pilaf, porridge on automatic programs? Wow, I understood exactly to GUESS the proportions of products and liquid. Will I be able to? I am afraid of something 502, suddenly nothing will work for me. But in 37501 there is no 35 degrees for its sour cream. You write something a little, how you practically cook in it, more for how much and where to buy. If you are planning to buy, then you will find where to mani. To Panisonicus 18. Which snuggle is better? I am so sorry, if I wrote something wrong. Answer, it is very necessary. Good luck to all. Thank you.
Rick
Of course, you will quickly adjust to any MV! After sensor 37501, I was also afraid of the automatic programs of Redmond 01, it turned out, it's okay! Rice turned out right away, although she was afraid that it would not work. About the display. Personally, the display in 37501 is more convenient for me, no need to bend over. My mom has 37502, so I can compare. As for the "blindness" of the display, I can't tell you anything, both there and there I'm fine. Maybe it's just that there are no problems with near vision yet.
Decide simply how much the temperature of 35 grams is important to you. And you will learn to cook in it very quickly, do not even hesitate!

Girls, and not girls, those who have had a cartoon for several months or six months, maybe more, tell us how the ceramic coating behaves at such times.
The fact is that I want to take this cartoon for myself, but I'm afraid of ceramics, since I already have experience of communicating with non-stick and ceramics, other manufacturers of cartoons, I'm happy with non-stick, but after two months ceramics began to attract everything, and I I really don't like it. No aesthetics in the dishes.
and the additional bowl to 502 is only ceramics, so I would take two different ones and not worry, but since there is nothing to choose from, I think for now ...

I read the reviews and wonder ... but I was not so lucky ?! I read reviews about this slow cooker, bought it .... and, alas, was happy only for a month. When cooking, I began to give an error E3. The bowl was even, and she wiped it regularly after each cooking. Somehow they took them for repairs, brought them two months later ... dirty, shabby, without an act from the service department ... Thank God they returned the money, and this Chinese miracle was taken away with a mark of marriage! My sister also bought the same one and also her happiness did not last long - 1.5 months, was taken for repair ... it is not known what will be returned to her ??? I began to read reviews on the market ... I'm not the only one ... for many who have a purchase since January of this year shows an E3 error. I will say openly, I cooked with joy, so I got used to it in a month ... now I don’t know which one to choose !?

E3 error disease has long been eliminated! Starting in May shipments, the 502 has a built-in temperature sensor from a new supplier. New multicooker does not fail due to the sensor. There has not been a single case yet. The E3 error is encountered by users who purchased multicooker from the same batch, in which, in some instances in a row, the sensor was filled with incorrect epoxy resin. If you buy a 502 now, you will no longer encounter an E3 error, except in exceptional rare cases. And, I repeat, there weren't any. Your sister will simply have the old sensor replaced with a new one. The replacement itself is 15 minutes. work. If only the sensor was available SC. And the multicooker will work like new.

Nastya, you do not write where you are from, if from Moscow, then it is best to contact the service at the company itself: Egoryevsky pr-d, p. 2 or call the master at home.
And about the "Chinese miracle" - all the multicooker and pressure cooker in our market are from China. Some are better, some are worse, but from China .... so we have everything - a "Chinese miracle". China has long been a global manufacturer.

I have 37502 - a bowl with a ceramic coating, I cook in it almost daily. I got it in early February. The bowl is fine. At first I only washed it with the soft side of the sponge with "Fairy". Then I read what people write, I began to use the hard side of the sponge if necessary. As practice has shown, this is quite enough for the bowl to be in perfect condition. Before washing, I always soak for 20 minutes with "Fairy". It is imperative to be careful not to pour cold water into the hot bowl. This deteriorates the coating.

I live in the Nizhny Novgorod region, I bought it through the "techport" online store.

Sensor failure cannot be qualified as a manufacturing defect, because the number of multicooker with the risk of sensor breakage is less than 1%. And that's just one delivery. In deliveries that were earlier, or since May - there is no such problem. Of the 40,000 latest multicooker, none have shown E3 yet. Because there is a new thermal sensor from another supplier. The Brand multicooker is very reliable. SUPOR is the plant with the name where it is produced. And about replacing the sensor in more detail, I will write to you in a personal.

Hello! Recently we bought a Brand 502 multicooker, I wanted to make yogurt. To do this, you need to make a sourdough that must stand for 12-18 hours at a temperature of 37-40 degrees. I set two stages in manual mode: 1) 40g -9.59 minutes and 2) 40g- 7.59 minutes. I put it at night, in the morning when I went to watch until the end of the second stage it was about 6 hours. When I opened the lid, my starter was peeled off with whey. I measured the temperature in the multicooker and the thermometer showed 41.6 degrees, that is, I overheated the leaven. But how? if I specified 40 in the settings? Once again I double-checked the manual mode settings - everything is correct 40g. What should I do now? Is this a factory defect or what? I bought a slow cooker just to make yoghurts for a child!
RepeShock

And what did the AVAILABLE Yogurt program not suit you?
Why reinvent the wheel when it has already been invented?
I suspect that the manual one just overheated, for sure there is a different heating algorithm.

By the way, the program "Yogurt" in the 502nd works great.
zolata
The yogurt program did not suit me because when I put it in the boiling mode, the temperature there dropped to 36.1 grams. Now, for the sake of experiment, I set the manual mode to 35g and measured the temperature and it showed 40.5g. Why??? It doesn't have to be this way?
RepeShock

Did you need boiling? I do not use it, I do it on yogurt without boiling, in jars, so I liked it the most.

And when did temper fall there? maybe it's already gone through the cooling period before adding the leaven?
zolata
It would be more convenient for me to do with boiling. Moreover, such a program exists. And how was the cooling period? As I understand it, it boils the milk and then cools down to 40g and continues to keep this temperature, in theory it should not fall below 40g, or did I not understand the principle of action correctly? And yes, the temperature dropped before I put the leaven there and it (temperature) continued to fall. That is, the heating element did not turn on and I did not even hear clicks indicating this either.
Nikasa
zolata, excuse me, is your thermometer accurate? Skill on yogurt without boiling temp. 38 °, did not measure with boiling, but the yoghurt was cooked normally, not overheated. And I never ferment it for more than 12 hours - if more, then whey appears.
And on the manual one it is necessary to check, now for the sake of experiment I will go to 40 °.
zolata

I have two thermometers, one mercury, the other electronic. I do not even know if they can lie .. Perhaps it is worth using some more. And the fact is that I did not make the yogurt itself, but the sourdough for it. According to the manufacturer's instructions, it must be fermented for 12 to 18 hours. And only then make yogurt from this leaven. I do not use as a starter various ready-made yoghurts such as activation or actimel / There are also harmful bacteria in store-bought yoghurt, for example, E. coli, but in an acceptable amount !!! And when you start to ferment on this, this minimal amount grows and can lead to poisoning, but this is just my opinion.
Rick
This is not just your opinion.
Did you make yoghurts before? Did it work in the time written in the instructions?
RepeShock

I only do it on Evitalia.
True, without ferment. I simply dissolve the "tablet" in a liter of UHT milk, pour it into cans and on the Yogurt mode for 12 hours.
We can no longer imagine another yoghurt

It seems to me that you are not eating yogurt, but sourdough. In principle, the manufacturer allows this.

It's just that Irina and I RepeShock It's like a cut recently discussed in another topic.
I have "Evitalia" sourdough at a temperature of 42 grams. after 7-8 hours the serum begins to leave. The instructions indicate a temperature of 40-43 degrees, so I have no overheating. I also make yoghurt at Narine, too, before the manufacturer writes, the whey goes away.

Irin! I tried to hold for as long as the instructions say, a lot of whey left and the consistency of the yogurt turned out to be different, thicker and sour in taste. I did not like. It would be nice to ask a specialist, a technologist.

Another thing that confused me. The instructions tell you how to make yogurt in a thermos. But in a thermos, the temperature drops over time, maybe the time is given with a margin, taking into account the cooling of yogurt in a thermos?

They are absolutely the same in taste and consistency. Moreover, in the first fermented yoghurt there are many times more beneficial microorganisms and they are "fresh")))
I also did it on the resulting sourdough, of course, then yogurt turns out in 6-7 hours. I'm just not comfortable.
And so, already a well-known script, I put it in the evening, take it out in the morning, refrigerate it and put it in the refrigerator until the evening. The result is 100% always. I am more than happy with that.

Yes, Zhenya, I also think that you need to be guided by your feelings, because everyone has different milk. Even the voltage in the email. networks are different, the time also depends on this. So do what you like best.

I make yogurt in jars only with sourdough (svoyoghurt. Russian Federation), 10-11 hours, but no more. It turns out great!
By the way, now I measured the temperature in manual mode (40 degrees) - the water was 42 degrees, and the water in the jar, which was in the multicooker water, was exactly 40 degrees. So it's not for nothing that I ferment right away in jars)))
Rick
Nikasa! Different yoghurts have different leavening times, and it is not entirely correct to compare the leavening times of different yoghurts. But the temperature of the water when manually is interesting. I'll have to try it on myself (I don't remember whether I measured it before or not)

When boiling rice porridge, everything was clean, and when boiling rolled oats, even flakes came out through the valve. I have already changed the ratio in different ways, when I cover it with the top steamer, then at least the lid is clean. The last time I decided to see how the milk was boiling, I opened the lid after 12 minutes, and there was a very strong boil, milk with a cap.
Denis BR
You all rightly noticed that in "Manual" there are temperature deviations, both in the lower and in the greater direction, with an acceptable norm. A comparative table of temperature deviations on "Manual" is spelled out on page 17 of our instruction to 502. The exact same temperature, which is smoothly recruited from 37C to 40C, adjusted, is available in the "Yogurt" program itself. It is on it that it is recommended to prepare it. This is not a factory defect.
