Oh God!!!! error E3 took off .... What to do Really only through the service center
Denis BR
Good day! Do you have an E3 error in all modes, or only on "Baking", by about 1 hour of work? Please write in more detail about your situation. There are options without the participation of the SC, if it is not in your city.
hellmak
As soon as Borodinsky was baked, an error occurred at the end of the program. Disconnected, stood for an hour. Then I turn it on and as soon as I start to press the menu button, so again this E3 ... it already turns out I can't select anything
Denis BR
If there is a SC in your city, use their services. You will need to replace the upper temperature sensor. It's about 30 minutes. If this is not possible, then write to us - we will offer alternative options for replacing the sensor.

Good afternoon everyone. I choose a multicooker. this will be my first saucepan) settled on the 502 model. I read that in most cases everyone likes it, there are some points under the question. for example, the mode is hot, they wrote that someone is overcooking, someone does not work at all. although for me this regime is not necessary there, we still do not eat fatty food. and if we do eat, it is very rare. I don't have a very good oven, and the baking mode would be relevant for me. let it not completely replace the oven, but I would like to bake something on it. how good is he really? and the main question more often. write that over time everything starts to stick to it. Has it happened for everyone and how to deal with it?
Denis BR
The multicooker 502 "does not fry" if you pour a lot of oil. With the optimal amount - the crust is provided! There is no problem with that. Brand 502 is more delicate than the others, but you can fry cutlets, chicken, and meat, and even with a crust in it, although deep frying won't work there. You just need to fry in small portions and longer. To combat the resulting stickiness, it is recommended to cook kefir in a bowl!
Manna
And if you wash the bowl with lemon juice? Or a lemon diluted in water?
MariyaS
I have a sterilizer and there in the recommendations for removing scale from the heating plate (very similar to a ceramic coating) it is written as follows:
"Descaling the sterilizer should be done in the following way.
Before descaling, you must disconnect the appliance from the mains and wait until it has completely cooled down.
Pour 80 ml of white vinegar (5% acetic acid solution) and 20 ml of water into the water tank.
Leave the solution in a water container until the scale dissolves completely.
Empty the water tank and clean the heating plate with clean water. "(c) Philips

Probably suitable for our bowl.

Tell me, please, does the 502 model have sensory modes of porridge and milk porridge, or do you need to set the time yourself?

Tell me, please, does the 502 model have sensory modes of porridge and milk porridge, or do you need to set the time yourself?
milk porridge - set the time as you need, by default - 1 hour. And porridge, that is, cereals (express, standard, pilaf) - automatic, that is, the time is not set for them.
Rick
Sensory programs are programs where you don't need to set the time, they work to evaporate the liquid. That is, these are the programs "Groats". And automatic programs are programs where you need to set the time, that is, Milk Porridge is an automatic program.
If the program is touch-sensitive, the multicooker will not give you the opportunity to set the time yourself.
Nikasa
Rick, this issue has already been discussed somewhere. In Brand 502, the Groats program is automatic, not sensory, it works NOT until the liquid evaporates, but the time set in the program. Moreover, this time is not adjusted.

Zhen, you are generally right, but in the case of the 502, the time cannot be set on Krupa itself, but these modes are not touch-sensitive, but automatic with a fixed time.
Rick
Tada I apologize And what, time does not depend on the quantity of products? Is it possible to cook 1 mst in the same time. cereals and, for example, 5?

Here. I also had this question after reading the instructions))) It turned out that you can. Buckwheat is perfectly cooked 1 mst. and followed by another 4 mst.
Denis BR
Quite right! Only strict proportions must be observed: 2 measuring cups - water up to the 2 CUP mark, 5 measuring cups - water up to the 5 CUP mark, etc.

Girls and boys!
Help me please! When the MV is working, something clicks all the time. Should it be so or not?

quiet clicks - the thermostat is working. it turns on and off heating to maintain the temperature set by the program.
so that's the norm. cook for health! and don't worry about trifles!

I have something strange going on. I cook soup, and the next day it is already spoiling. I cooked on different modes (both soup and stewing), immediately after cooking I pour it into another container, store it in the refrigerator, use different products (both fresh and pickled and sauteed). The result is almost always the same. The soup is bad the next day. tell me, maybe I'm doing something wrong
RepeShock

Maybe the refrigerator is not working well?
This has never happened.
Rick
I also immediately thought about the refrigerator. Or maybe also because you are pouring into another dish? I have always believed that if I pour soup from a saucepan into a saucepan, then it is imperative to boil it after that.
RepeShock

I always pour over the same, but not immediately, but when it cools down.
Elena Bo
It is either the refrigerator or the dishes you pour into it to blame. This was my case when I used an old enamel pot. We bought a new one and everything was fine. Also, if you use a stainless steel with a thick bottom, then it cools down for a very long time. Therefore, in the heat, it can also sour. In the heat, I cook soup at night so that I have time to cool on the balcony until morning. Well, or turn on the fan to cool. It is necessary to pour into another bowl immediately, while the soup is hot.
Luchanna
Hooray, now I have this miracle of technology too!
But I have one question: many write about a terrible smell. To be honest, I did not feel anything terrible, the smell of just new technology, but I really want to remove it!
Girls, tell me, please, everyone writes about lemon, but I don’t understand how to cook it. Someone steamed it, someone on the soup mode. And how much water do you need and for how long should you put it?
valushka-s
Luchanna , congratulations on the mullet!
and lemon is brewed differently! water, some half, and some a third of a cup, lemon, some with a couple of slices, and some with half a lemon cut into slices, basically everything is cooked on the "steam" program (lemon in water), (some with a double boiler, just in case), minutes 10-20. here's some soup for you! everything is conditional.
go for it! it's hard to go wrong! the main thing is not to include empty!
Kamyshanka
Good evening! So I joined the (I see already very close) ranks of the owners of this miracle for a couple of months. Even a chip that had already appeared on the bowl did not greatly overshadow my delight with this device. During operation, the question arose - are there any lids for the bowl so as not to be involved in pouring and transferring, followed by boiling from the bowl to other pots?
Vei
You can pick up glass from ordinary pots-pans, at my house 2-3 came up on the go. I also know that silicone was picked up by someone. I still pour everything into containers, it's more convenient for me to store it.
Elena Bo
It is better to store cooked in a different container. If put right away hot in a clean, dry saucepan or bowl, then everything is wonderfully stored without additional boiling.
Luysia
And I shift the hot immediately and don't boil it afterwards. It cools down and in the refrigerator later.
valushka-s
and I always transfer-pour mainly (most often) into glass pots, both hot and slightly cooled food.
it's better for food, and I'm calmer that my son will not accidentally fit into the bowl with an ordinary spoon! and in the glass it is also immediately clear (to my son) that there is food there, what to choose for yourself, without rattling lids, something tastier or what you want now. and by the way, pah-pah-pah, nothing turned sour!
Nikasa
Yesterday my mother-in-law bought a brand 502 multicooker as a gift, the same as mine. Even in the store, it seemed that the bowl was slightly different from mine, although they were bought in the same store ...
And in fact, there are differences in multicooker.
Positive differences (new):
1. Protective film on the display.
2. The pan sits like a glove (in my MV it is worth spinning the pan, it will spin until you stop it). That is, it turns out that it adheres better to the heating. element. But at the same time, she immediately had scratches on the bottom outside, and on my old one, whatever one may say, there are no scratches.
Negative differences:
1. The lid does not come off 90 degrees, but less. (not critical)
2. The smell of plastic MB (after boiling the lemon has decreased, not yet disappeared)
3. The smell from the saucepan is some kind of chemical (after boiling the lemon it seems to have disappeared)
4. The saucepan is 30 grams lighter (and the coating is blacker and smoother than my old saucepan)
5. After the first boil of the lemon, a small piece of the coating on the heating element fell off.
I think all this is not critical, just for information.
Denis BR
In a multicooker, it doesn't matter if the bowl is spinning or not. The main thing is that it sits correctly geometrically on the heating element. But about the chip on the heating element after boiling the lemon, that is, after the first heating of the element - send us a photo. We will send you a new, chip-free heating element if necessary. And you can change it in the SC Ryazan. Or you can immediately contact the SC if they have a new heating element - they will replace it for you.

Denis, thanks for the explanation. Look at the photo, maybe this is not critical? chipped at the very edge ...
And then with the replacement of the heating element it will not turn out very well - give the multicooker already on June 15, and before that time we definitely will not have time to change anything, if only the MV is entirely in the store (is it possible?). Maybe you don't have to change? Do you think this coating is heated during operation. element will not split further?

In fact, this chip is not critical, it does not have contact with food, since it is not inside the bowl, but not inside the heating element. This will not affect the cooking process. Will new chips appear? This question is difficult to answer. Only time can tell. The company will always be ready to send you or already those to whom you present a new heating element, if necessary. I assume that you purchased a multicooker in Ryazan? If in the Ryazan "Globus", then according to the internal rules of this hypermarket, you can exchange a multicooker. If there is a factory defect (and in this case, a chip can be classified in this way), Globus gives its own warranty - 2 years.

Prompt a completely inexperienced MB user. Is it not necessary to remove the "Attention" stickers from the housing cover and the inside of the housing? And is it possible to use unboiled milk in milk porridge and when preparing yogurt - I'm going to take MV to the dacha, and we buy farm milk there, drink it unboiled, it stands in the refrigerator unboiled for a week (or more) and does not sour.
RepeShock

It is not necessary to remove the stickers.
You can use any milk in milk porridge, I also cook it calmly from not boiled in the country.
For yogurt, it is better to boil. Otherwise, you will not get real yogurt, it will be like yogurt.
And do not boil in MV, I do not know why, but once I tried the "Boiling Yogurt" program, somehow it didn’t really work out. And in general, I did not like yogurt from such milk, but this is a matter of taste.

Good day to all!!! I have a Brand502 multicooker since March. The multicooker is good, the dishes in it are delicious, the bowl is solid, but there is, but for the second time it gives an error E3. The first time it did not work for a month, we handed it over for repair under warranty. And here again, the second time: I worked in soup mode and at the end of the program gave an E3 error. Please tell me it’s not possible, and this time it’s impossible to do without repairs, I would not like to wait again for 1.5 months.

Well, here I became a happy (hopefully) owner of the Brand 502 multicooker! She's my first. I bought it in a technopark for 5490 rubles. Yesterday I ordered, today I took it by self, so I didn't pay anything else for delivery. It seems that I checked everything: I examined the bowl, pulled the cord from the socket))) Now I will cook lemon "soup". But I can't say that it smells strong. I will experiment tomorrow! Tell me, are yeast cultures for yogurt sold in all pharmacies or in some special ones?

Congratulations on your assistant! May he please you and cook deliciously!
In Russia, starter cultures are not sold in all pharmacies in all cities. In large, of course, there is a large selection and you can go to the pharmacy and buy, and in medium-small ones - as luck would have it, it happens that you have to order via the Internet.

Eugene! Congratulations on your new assistant! Let it only please you!
We are neighbors. I think your pharmacies have everything the same as ours. Sourdoughs are everywhere. But we don't have much choice. Evitalia is everywhere. They bought me Narine in Bryansk. Maybe you can order it over the Internet later. First, ask around in your pharmacies.

About sourdoughs - I use Svoyogurt sourdoughs. рф They have addresses of representatives in different cities on their website. In Oryol including
They have excellent yoghurt, sour cream, and a bunch of all sorts of starters.

Right now I will ask the owners of this MV, since this question has been tormenting me for several days. Is it possible to make kvass in it ??? The temperature allows you to cook at + 30 ° C even in winter.

I bought it in such a way as to make kvass, kefir, cottage cheese, etc. By the way, it already has the experience of successfully making kefir. So I think the kvass will work. The minimum temperature is 25 g in 5 g increments. You just need to extend the program, because in manual mode, the time can only be set by 10 hours.

Hello. I still don’t understand: girl_cray: WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE OF MULTI 502 FROM NEW 6051 ??? Tell me,
Elena Bo
Here is a topic about 6051 model https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=275115.0
502nd multicooker, 6051 pressure cooker with a choice of pressure from 1 to 70kPA. This is short.
Milanya Touche
THANK YOU. HOW DO I REALIZE that the 502 has temperature control and the 6051 does not. but the presence of this function is very important right? means 502 is better?
Rick
Well, how is it not? The 6051 has a 3-step manual mode. Here look at all programs.
And what is better or worse - it's up to you to decide what is best for you.
Milanya Touche
sorry . but judging by these comparative data, there is no adjustment
Elena Bo
The 6051 has temperature control. This is a choice of pressure. At 1kPA, the temperature is 100 degrees. The higher the pressure, the higher the temperature and less cooking time. There is a Yogurt mode, there, respectively, a temperature of approx. 40 degrees. But, 6051 is a pressure cooker. The lid is locked during cooking in many modes.
So it makes no sense to compare these two models. They are different.

Elena, sorry, I'm new to this topic. I'm just starting to delve into it. Tell me which one is the most functional and more convenient to use? In your opinion
They are different. for quick cooking, this is a pressure cooker. But you won't just open the lid.
The multicooker takes a long time to cook, but there is always access to the contents.
What is preferable for you is up to you.
