Cupcake Poinsettia

Ingredients

Butter (conat temperature) 220 g
Sugar 350 g
Eggs 4 things
Flour 340 g
Baking powder 4 tsp
Salt 1/4 tsp
Milk 160 ml
Vanilla extract 2 tsp
Frozen cherries 150 g
CREAM
Cream 38%
Powdered sugar (to taste)
Dye green and red

Cooking method

  • Beat butter at room temperature with sugar. Add eggs and beat. Add flour, salt, baking powder and beat. Add milk and vanilla extract. At the end, stir in the cherry.
  • Put in the form. Send to an oven preheated at 200 degrees for 1 hour 30 minutes. Willingness to check with a skewer.
  • Whip cold cream with powder. We divide it into parts, paint the largest of them in red, the smaller one in green. With the wilton 366 nozzle we make red petals, and with the wilton 70 nozzle we make leaves.
  • I decorated the middle with marzipan balls.

P.S. In the center of the table is a profitable Christmas tree. But the stupid irregular work did not give a chance to do everything in the week. A similar recipe for the competition has already been posted, I will not repeat it. There is a slight difference: in the moment of baking and in the method of fixing.
