Christmas Reindeer Candy

Ingredients

Marshmallow
bitter chocolate
Milk chocolate
White chocolate
Iris
Sticks

Cooking method

  • Melt the dark chocolate in a water bath. On A4 sheet we make a stencil of horns. Put a sheet of baking paper / tracing paper on top and make chocolate blanks.
  • Melt the white chocolate. Draw eyes on paper (we make pupils with milk chocolate).
  • Melt the milk chocolate. We put marshmallows on sticks. We dip them in chocolate, shake off the excess. We put it in the refrigerator for a few minutes to set the chocolate. With the remaining chocolate, then glue the horns, eyes and nose.
  • The deer is ready!

P.S. In the center of the table is a profitable Christmas tree. But the stupid irregular work did not give a chance to do everything in the week. A similar recipe for the competition has already been posted, I will not repeat it. There is a slight difference: in the moment of baking and in the method of fixing. The video partially shows the process of its manufacture.
