Lemon with skin?
GruSha
Jeannette, lemon with skin, the only one - pitted
Janet
Thanks, I will definitely try! Why I specify, I recently made a lemon pie, according to the recipe, the lemon had to be boiled, cooled, chopped, etc., the pie was eaten by my husband, no one else wanted it, it turned out to be madly bitter! After your clarification, I am calm!
GruSha
Jeannette, it depends on the lemon, some are very bitter

cupcake is awesome!
instead of raw lemon, I had lemon circles in sugar, cat. no one ate, but still the bitterness from the zest in the cupcake was felt ... so whoever is not a fan - keep in mind ...
200gr. butter - the toad strangled me, gave me about 75g. oil + 3 tbsp. l. vegetable ... well, and another 1st. l. I splashed cognac - for greater fluffiness ... awesome structure of the cake, yellowish, fragrant :))
Thank you:))
Lydia
GruSha , I also baked this cupcake. You could go crazy from one smell! I only ate with my eyes, but the family really appreciated it! Thank you! Hell, however, in a slow cooker due to the lack of a cake pan and its laziness. But the cake didn't get any worse!
Rita
So that the lemon does not taste bitter, scrape off the zest from it with a grater, and squeeze out the juice. Just add this to the dough. Everything else is in the trash!
The internal "partitions" of the lemon are bitter.
GruSha
Lydia, some recipes in the cartoon are even tastier.
Thank you so much.
Rita, a good tasty lemon is rarely found on sale, thanks for the advice

Here is another recipe for wonderful cupcakes (from the site 🔗):
1 lemon, 80 g butter, 0.5 cups sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla sugar, 1 egg, 1.5 cups flour, 2 tsp. baking powder, 0.75 cups of milk, a pinch of salt.

Remove the zest from the lemon and cut into small pieces. Squeeze juice from the pulp.
Sift flour, salt and baking powder into a bowl. Add lemon zest and stir.

Grind the butter in a separate bowl with sugar and vanilla sugar. Drive an egg into the mixture, add milk, 1 tbsp. l. lemon juice and stir quickly.
Add flour and zest to the butter mixture in small portions, whisk lightly. The whole procedure should take no more than 1 minute.

Fill the molds with dough. Place in the oven (180 *) and bake for 20 minutes.

200gr sl. butter or margarine at room temperature
200 gr. Sahara
3 eggs
1 lemon
250 gr. flour
1.5 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
I love lemon baked goods! Yesterday I baked your cupcake - flew away. One But. I didn't want to get out of the non-stick mold. I must also try in the silicone one. Although, perhaps, it's all about the thermoregulation of my oven: the bottom heats up too much, and in general, when I see the instruction: "Heat the oven to 180 degrees" - I start very well. grieve greatly. And I will also try to sprinkle the oiled form with ground nuts - with other recipes I rolled it.

Hello! I'm new to this business, I have an LG 206, it is written in the instructions to knead the dough in a separate bowl (I have a package of ready-made dough in a cake, just add milk and that's it), put it in a bread maker and turn on the baking. Question: can the kneader be removed?
Lydia
You load the ready-made cake dough into the HP, right? In my opinion, a stirrer in this case is not needed at all, since the bread maker will only bake. In the instructions for my HP it is written (if I remember correctly, for a long time in it, the instructions, that is, I looked) to remove the mixer. True, I have Panasonic, but it hardly matters.
Karoline
Yes, yes, yes, the dough is already ready, but the instructions do not say anything about the kneader. Thank you very much for your advice!
clever girl!
thanks for the recipe! no words how good !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! will be my favorite !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Tell me on which program to bake it in the Kenwood 450 Bread Maker? Maybe someone did and tell me?

Do you need to cover the bucket with paper, or just fill it up?

I baked a 260 in Kenwood on bake mode. Tip - Bake in the oven better. I put on baking 2 times (1 hour + 1 hour). The cupcake inside remained damp, I kept it in the oven, but you yourself understand ..... So next time I will only bake it in the oven.

And I baked it! GruSha, thanks for the recipe!
Sour, lemon, and aroma ... Baked in the oven at 180 * 1 hour, not dry, slightly damp. I love lemon baked goods!

I baked cupcakes, they turned out very tasty, crumbly, thanks
The husband says - he doesn't have enough jam inside. Girls, how to make such a cupcake with jam? Just sandwich? or can you add something tasty inside when baking?
