These are gas cans. They are different in gas volume and composition. In principle, any will do, but butane is recommended for culinary purposes.It is purified better than others, and during caramelization there is an immediate contact of gas with food, so it is advisable to use it.
I find it difficult to say where to buy in your region, but look at the pictures. The manufacturer may be different.
