Polinka, I have the same HP. I have been baking everything magnificently for a long time Here are two proven recipes for good bread:
1. Bread with rye flour:
yeast - 1 hour l.
wheat flour - 360 g
rye flour -70 g
salt - 1.0 tsp.
margarine -20 g
water -310ml
Program - French bread (6 hours) Loaf with a good dome, airy, weight -624 g (now baked and weighed)
This recipe is made with a small amount of rye. flour, slightly gray in color.

2. Darnitsa bread
This recipe is more rye:
yeast 2.25 h. l.
wheat flour - 375 g
rye flour -225 g
salt - 2.25 tsp.
sugar or honey 1.5 tbsp. l
margarine -28 g
coarsely ground corindry - 2 tbsp. l
water -370ml
Program - BASIC (4 hours) size XL

I baked rye in vitek 1991 according to the recipe from Slava. RU. There is no rye mode. For all programs there are two batches. Baking on normal mode (1). Before the second kneading, I pulled out the kneaders, so the dough was mixed once. The bread turned out. I advise everyone!

Hello! I have a Tarrington House bread maker. If I am not mistaken, then it has a mode for rye bread. The instructions say that bread is baked in this mode, where there is mainly more rye flour, whole grain flour. But since rye bread is mainly baked with the addition of wheat flour, I bake it on the main mode, that is, on the 1st. This is a setting for bread made from wheat flour with different additives (bran, nuts, seeds, other flour, etc.). I sometimes buy ready-made rye bread mix. This mixture seems to include malt, which is what kvass is made of. The bread turns out to be real black. But more often I buy rye flour and bake according to the recipe on the package. The bread is not very bad, I like it, although not so black, it is more gray or dark gray. The recipe is as follows:
Rye flour - 230 g;
Wheat flour - 250 g;
Salt 1-2 tea. spoons;
Water - 275 ml;
Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. the spoon;
6% apple or wine vinegar - 1 tbsp. the spoon;
Dry yeast 1 tea. the spoon.
Program 1 main, weight 1000 g, and on my stove 2.0 LB.

Sugar is not included in the recipe, but I don't remember whether I added it or not, but I think that at least 1 table. lies. not prevent. I also add 2 tables. lies. bran and a little (by eye) cumin.
