Good afternoon friends!
I recently changed the bread maker, now I have a Daewoo with two buckets, as I dreamed. But - a problem immediately appeared. With a bucket for a large loaf, everything is clear, but for a double bucket where two small loaves of 500 g are baked, it is still difficult for me to calculate the amount of ingredients, I’m used to the size of a loaf from 700 grams, and for such small ones I have and there are no recipes. The standard book of recipes from "Daewoo" is attached to the HP, everything is also indicated there for loaves of 700 and 900 g.
Please help me with links to proven 500-gram recipes. Or into 1000 grams - I can divide it into two. :-)

I always recalculate using proportion:
on 700 gr - a qty
on 1000 gr - x
Means x = 1000 * a / 700

substitute for a- number of products per 700 gr and get how much you need for 1000, maybe she explained a little chaotic, if something is not clear, ask

Try this recipe, there is a lot https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=16786.0

We take as a basis the ratio here Amount of flour and other ingredients for obtaining bread of various sizes https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=1625.0

A loaf of 500-550 grams is the amount of flour about 250-300 grams, and then:

Wheat bread - REGULAR BULK.

7/8 cup tap water (210 ml)
Wheat flour 2 cups (sifted flour about 140-150 grams per cup)
Salt 1 teaspoon
Sugar (molasses, honey), 1 1/2 tablespoons
Butter (butter, vegetable) 1 tablespoon
Powdered milk 1 tablespoon
Dry yeast 1 teaspoon

Look in the instructions for Moulinex 2000 there are recipes for 500g ... I really like white and milk
