You can simply knead the dough with your hands.

Yes, raw meat, finely chopped.

I will torment you a little with questions, I just don’t remember the last time I encountered the yeast dough ..... but how long does it take after kneading the dough? add all the flour at once? oh, loser I'm a loser
vernisag
Yes, all the flour at once, knead the dough (knead for a long time with love, about 10-15 minutes), cover the bowl with the dough with a towel and put in a warm place until it increases in volume, knead and leave until it increases by 2-2.5 times. Make pies from the prepared dough and then follow the recipe.

Ira, a little question: can you replace pressed yeast with dry yeast?
vernisag
Thank you! Yes, of course you can also dry, this is about 3/4 teaspoon.

How I dream at least once in my life there were some pies. Seeing your photos, you drove me crazy. I caught fire from cook. But I have never made yeast dough. Specify plizz your phrase "pour 50 ml of warm milk in a measuring cup, dilute yeast and sugar in it, add an egg and add 200 ml of warm kefir to the mark." I misunderstood something about the egg. In what state is it added to milk? Do you need to whip it up first or just like that, entirely (I mean without scarloop)? And yet, the egg cannot be boiled in warm milk and kefir?
Eiphnh
I forgot to ask you something else. And this dough can then be used in at least some pies? Sweet, salty? Well, that's what I asked, what if I succeed. To be honest, I'm afraid to mess with yeast dough (you have to crush it, wait, but I don't know how to do it), and I never did it.
vernisag
Nooo, you don't need to beat the egg, just shake it out of the shell and that's it, and of course it won't cook, since milk and kefir should not be hot, but warm (not from the refrigerator) up to 40 degrees. The dough can of course be used for any pies and buns.
Oh, do you have a bread maker? Or will you knead with your hands? If with hands, then the liquid may need a little more.

Unfortunately, I will knead with my hands. We are a young family and have not yet purchased HP, but in the near future we plan to buy it. ...
annnushka27
And now I have a dough according to this recipe in HP, I put a double portion. True, the filling will be different.
Eiphnh
Say one more thing. And if I made a lot of dough, what should I do with it? Throw it out? Or maybe in a refrigerator or freezer? And how many days will such a dough be stored? Can you also make pizza from it? Sorry for stupid questions, but I am a complete zero in this case. And here the family grows, you need to feed and learn to cook.
annnushka27
It is possible in the refrigerator and in the freezer. Or you can just bake buns empty, in the morning with butter, a great breakfast.

Cool. Simple buns or sprinkle with sugar or put jam inside.? And how to bake yeast dough in the oven on a simple program or with a vetilator inside (sorry, I don't know how it is in Russian)?

Can be empty, can be with jam. I bake in the oven with a fan, the main thing is to let them rise first.

Thank you Anya, I would answer in the same way. Of course, you can freeze the dough, but it is better to immediately bake something like buns, cheesecakes, donuts, or even just as bread or a bar. An, and if you knead a double portion, you can make only one egg, replacing the second with liquid (for example, kefir). Excess baking for pie dough is completely useless.
Natalia K.
Irina, thank you for such delicious pies. I went to put the dough

I made with 2 eggs, just doubled the recipe. I thought I would make one portion in the cartoon, and the second in the pressure cooker, but then I changed my mind and made it together in the oven, some with cabbage, and the second with rice, egg, and fried and green onions. In general, I made fun of the recipe as best I could. Sorry!
It turned out, just a full baking sheet, 18pcs. 66gr each. A photo later. Great pies! Thank you!
Natalia K.
Irina, thank you very much for the pies. It turned out sooo tasty. Who has not tried recommend!!!

To the health of the girl! I am very glad that you liked the pies!

Girls and press yeast. Is it live or dry? And if there are no living ones, then how many dry ones do you need in this case? Can you replace kefir with something? I still can't make up my mind to make yeast dough. I'm afraid of him.
vernisag
Pressed is live There are many recipes on the forum for yeast dough that does not need to be kneaded, look

Ira, and I want to clarify.
Do you need to put butter and sunflower in the dough? Don't you need to heat the butter?
vernisag
Yeah, I knead in a bread maker and just cut the butter into pieces and take it straight from the refrigerator. And I always add very little vegetable (I like mustard) to the dough and bread too.

And I am with my report. Baked with dry yeast. For the filling I took a turkey fillet, due to the lack of pork in the house. The rest is strictly according to the recipe. It turned out such a yummy, mmm ... Irochka, thanks a lot for the recipe.

The pies have received a permanent residence permit from us. Thank you.
vernisag
To your health! Did you do it with pork and butter? My mother just salted the minced meat, adds butter and bakes pies. He doesn't add anything else and it turns out very tasty.

Yeah, the filling turned out juicy and everything baked very well in the "cuckoo". The color of the crust is so beautiful.
vernisag
Yeah, the color is sooo beautiful, so neat, you and the cuckoo are great
Olima
Girls, did anyone make these pies with a sweet filling? The dough is already on two slow cookers, but I want to make it not with meat, but with pistachio paste.
