Swedish fish soup in a multicooker Bork U700

Ingredients

Salmon or trout 300 g
White part of leek 1 PC
Medium carrots 2 pcs
Garlic 3 cloves
Butter 20-30 g
Potatoes medium 4 things
Canned green peas 100 g
Water (boiling water) 1 l
Milk (hot) 0,5 l
Ground cumin 1 tsp
Salt (*), pepper, herbs taste
Celery stalk (*) 30 g
Small chili pepper (*) 2 pcs

Cooking method

  • I took the basis of the recipe from here: https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=150180.0.html#msg578275
  • Many thanks to the author!
  • Cut the leeks into half rings, the carrots into small cubes, the potatoes into cubes.
  • 1. On the program Oven 2 with the lid open (run for 20 minutes, at the right time, remove by "cancel") dissolve the butter. Cover against splashes with a splash-proof mesh screen.
  • Fry the leeks in oil until transparent.
  • 2. Add carrots and potatoes to the bowl and fry in the program Oven 1 or Roasting (softer mode, if you don't like deep frying, like me) about 10 minutes. Everything is the same, with the lid open.
  • 3. Pour boiling water into the bowl, put the fish (in a piece), salt *, cumin. Close the lid and cook on the program Multi-cook 99 degrees 10 minutes.
  • 4. After the end signal, add hot milk, green peas and garlic crushed in a press to the bowl. Cook on Multipovare 95 degrees 10 minutes.
  • 5. After the signal is ready, leave the soup for Preheated 80 degrees for 10 minutes, brew.
  • When serving, sprinkle with herbs to taste.

Note

Background: I had 1 trout steak left after my fish with sauce, and I was wondering where to attach it to feed everyone
The recipe was found right there on the Bread Maker.
In the original, the soup contains a chili pepper and a celery stalk, which are not welcome in my family, so the celery was dry in the soup (thanks to the wonderful "Tasty Salt" salt), and the chili was completely absent
If you like it spicier, add peeled and chopped peppers when roasting carrots and potatoes, and finely chopped celery when adding milk.
Without these harsh products, the soup turned out to be very tender, fragrant and unusual. My men literally moaned with delight in the process of eating
And some were also worried when cooking:

Poor Fifa, there probably were such aromas, and the hostess took the last piece of fish :) Irin, I have never eaten such a combination of products, but for some reason it seems to me that with the advent of borusik "the menu folded over the years will have to be changed in full :) Thank you for recipe

Tanyush, As always, you see at the root. I didn't cook soups before Boris at all, and then the borscht came out, and pumpkin cream soup
And my husband is still a retrograde, he wouldn't want to hear about fish and milk, I didn't say anything to him, I kicked everyone except Fifa out of the kitchen and began to conjure
But then, my husband, having tried a couple of spoons, dared to clean it up with a purr: "Sooooo delicious!" And only then I learned the recipe

Judging by the photo, Irin, it seems to me that it must be something stunning, no less! I erased it in bookmarks. The next soup is yours! Thank you! Lord, I'd rather eat the pickle!

I report: I cooked it with all the indicated ingredients, without missing a single one (for the sake of interest). I fried on the "Oven" -3, because I don't have the patience to mess around for a long time. And instead of canned peas, I put frozen ones. I threw it along with the fish. Made it great. Summary: The soup is excellent. Preparing quickly. Inexpressible taste!

By the way, celery is not felt at all. He only gave the general taste a certain tonality. But, if you do not know that it is there, then you cannot determine. So he didn't ruin anything at all.

So glad
I'm going to repeat it today

Well done, Irish, for dragging this recipe into the multicooker. Otherwise, I would not know about him. I really liked it!

Linen, cooked today, got around. You know, I took a chance cook until milk at 100 degrees, and with milk at 99 - everything is OK, nothing escaped. I had a thick medallion, I was afraid that it would not boil. So you can safely change the recipe))
Yes, and together with crushed caraway seeds I shoved ground cayenne pepper - literally 1/4 tsp.
Fine! Such a warming soup came out, practically not spicy, but with such a specific hint of spiciness. You can offer both children and tender stomachs

You know, but I liked the result from the main recipe so much that now I will not change it for any price! And although I also had a thick piece of fish and I only divided it into portioned pieces so as not to break it in the pan later, it was cooked right. I liked it very, very much!

Irina! Thank you so much for the recipe! Yesterday I made this soup for my mother, who had been on vacation for a long time and had already lost the habit of homemade food. Moreover, I had never cooked any soups before, except perhaps broth. And then I wanted to pamper and please her, because I bought our cartoon only a week and a half ago. I looked closely at the recipe for several days and yesterday this long-awaited day came. It turned out even tastier than I thought.
The only thing is that I initially fried the onion on Frying, I'm afraid I still use the Oven. Everything else is clear according to the recipe.
