First, I added a glass of 5 cereal flakes to a glass of kefir (and they stood as if soaked), and then I mixed the egg with sugar and melted margarine. I added soaked cereals, flour with baking powder. Instead of baking soda, I put baking powder according to the instructions on the bag. I'm not very good at cinnamon ... so next time I'll replace it with something else.

They will always bake and come out well from muffin molds. I tried to do this - everything works out, that is, what was at hand, then I kneaded. Once I tried to break it, did not put the butter, as I put in the fatty sour cream and the dough had semolina swollen in sour cream, so the muffins stuck so that I had to soak the molds. Now - be sure to add oil and bake any muffins (airy with a crispy crust). Now I am not looking for different recipes for a cupcake, well, only if for the sake of interest. I think that the owners of cupcakes, like me, came to this on their own. And who is not, you can take advantage of this.
