(I used a baking powder, and cooked the dough using the usual technology: in one bowl I mixed dry ingredients, in another - liquid, and gradually - dry into liquid, stirring quickly and gently with a spoon upward movements). Add cinnamon, zest and raisins to the dough. Mix.
  • Baking for 1 hour (I baked in a slow cooker for about an hour and a half). Get it hot.
