Condensed milk cupcake with fruit

Ingredients

Butter 100 g
Condensed milk 1 can (380 g)
Eggs 4 things
Salt pinch
Wheat flour 150 g
Baking powder 1 tsp
Vanillin
Fruits
Liquor any 40 ml

Cooking method

  • Cut the fruit into small pieces.
  • Beat soft butter with condensed milk. Add eggs, salt - beat. Pour in the liquor, stir. Sift flour, adding baking powder to it, stir. Pour flour with baking powder into the mixture. Mix gently.
  • Line a baking dish with baking paper and grease with oil.
  • Put the dough into a mold, flatten.
  • Bake the cake in a preheated oven for 50 minutes at 180aboutFROM.
  • I baked in a slow cooker, having previously anointed the bowl with oil and sprinkled with semolina.
  • Baking time - 1 hour. Then she took off the valve and the cake stood for about an hour.

Note

It turned out to be a very fragrant and wet (not unbaked) cake. It floats straight ... It smells of milk.
I had fruits - apricots, cherries and raspberries. Since the dough is thin, the correspondingly heavy pieces of fruit will sink to the bottom. If you cut into very small pieces and take a little fruit, they will remain on top of the cake.
