Pepper marinated with honey

Ingredients

Water 1.3 l
Vinegar 9% 0.7 l
salt 3 tbsp. l.
sugar 600 g
honey 1 glass
sub. oil 1 glass
Peppercorns 12 pcs
Sweet pepper (peeled) 5 Kg

Cooking method

  • Sweet peppers, preferably red, peel and cut into rings.
  • Prepare a marinade from the specified ingredients, bring it to a boil. Add pepper to the marinade, bring to a boil, cook over low heat for 5-7 minutes, put in jars and roll up.
  • Bon Appetit!
  • From 10 kg of pepper, 7.5 kg of peeled peppers and 10 liters of cans are obtained.
