Ingredients

Vinegar 2 tbsp.
Coarse salt 200 g
Sugar 400 g
Seasoning:
Sweet pepper 100 g
Garlic 100 g
Carrot 100 g
Bitter pepper 100 g
Horseradish, bay leaf

Cooking method

I am doing this:
I thinly cut carrots and garlic. I cut the green tomatoes in the middle deep enough so that you can insert slices of garlic and carrots there. I put the tomatoes in sterilized jars on a horseradish sheet. In the voids I insert carrots cut lengthwise into 4 parts (carrots are not large), coarsely chopped sweet pepper, bitter pepper. I put half a pod of hot pepper on a liter jar. The husband likes it sharper.

According to the prescription, the jars need to be sterilized for 5-7 minutes.

I like pouring boiling water over the jars, letting it cool slightly and pouring marinade over. Cork.

Olya, the recipe is just a bomb, rolled up the last green tomatoes - it turned out 8 liter jars, and there was only one left: girl_cray: the tomatoes were small and it was hard to stuff them and I just cut them into halves so as not to suffer: girl_red: but it tastes like did not affect and fit into the jar more, and distributed the filling between the halves and did not sterilize it, but poured it once with boiled and then boiling marinade. I took the jar on a visit - swept them off the table first and drank the whole marinade. Thank you very much for the gorgeous recipe, I will definitely roll green tomatoes only according to your recipe - it turned out deliciously incredible.
