Zucchini pickles

Ingredients

zucchini (seedless young squash) 500 g
Red onion 200 g
garlic 3 teeth
chopped dill 100 ml
sugar 100 ml
water 250 ml
vinegar 8% 100 ml
small pepper - chili 1 PC
Bay leaf 1 PC
salt 1 tsp
pink pepper 1/2 tsp
black pepper (peas) 1 tsp

Cooking method

  • For zucchini lovers. Pickled very quickly and very tasty.
  • Cut the zucchini and onion into small pieces
  • Cut the garlic into wedges
  • Seed chili and chop into small pieces
  • Mix vinegar with water, salt, sugar and put on fire
  • After boiling, add zucchini and onion to the marinade and let it simmer for a minute.
  • Remove zucchini from heat, cool slightly, add dill, garlic, chili, pink and black pepper.
  • Cover and cool completely
  • Put the cooled pickles into a jar and refrigerate.
  • Pikuli can be consumed after 24 hours, but the longer it is marinated, the tastier.
  • Stored in the refrigerator for a month

Note

Original recipe-

vinegar 9% -90ml
I did not find pink pepper, put 1 1/2 hours. l. ready-mixed peppers (black, white, green, pink)
The marinade did not completely cover the vegetables, therefore, while the mixture was marinated, I turned the jar several times

Maybe someone will come in handy too. Yesterday I muddied the eggplants according to this recipe, only added cilantro and mustard seeds. Today we tried it for dinner, also delicious.
